考虑到易变质商品在一个销售周期内会有一定数量的商品发生变质,构建了一个考虑在一个销售周期内所产生的变质数量可折价回购以及库存水平影响需求的易变质品的库存模型,而且针对销售周期内的缺货数量,模型假定采取部分延迟订购的策略。针对这一模型,给出了平均利润函数并证明了其存在最优解,然后通过算例完成了不同销售价格、不同折价回购比例和不同库存影响因子条件下的最优订货策略的确定以及其余相关参数的灵敏度分析,分析结果可对零售商的订货策略有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

考虑一个由单一制造商和多销售点构成的二级集中式供应链,制造商采用积欠订货策略生产和销售产品,因而面临生产、运输和积欠订货型库存分配与补货的联合决策问题.综合考虑了延迟交货成本、库存持有成本、运输成本和生产成本,建立了最大化总利润的非线性混合整数规划模型,以联合优化供应链的生产、运输及库存分配方案.证明了最优的产品生产分配方案应该具有的结构性质:各个销售网点在任意销售间隔期末同时出现缺货或者库存剩余.同时,提出了基于逐级求解策略的分层求解算法,保证了解的全局最优性.最后,敏感性分析表明:单位产品的库存持有成本与延迟交货成本对最优分配次数及生产量的影响作用相反,固定运输成本也会影响制造商的分配方案及生产计划,但三者均不会影响每个间隔期末的产品分配方案(分配量).  相似文献

本文建立了一种考虑通货膨胀与时间价值的变质性物品的库存模型,在模型中允许短缺发生且拖后的需求速率与在缺货期间已经发生的缺货量有关.和已有相关模型的主要区别在于本模型把一个可重复的订货周期内的最大平均利润的净现值作为目标函数,且增加了在缺货期间最长顾客等待时间的限制,以确保库存系统拥有较高的服务水平.然后讨论了模型最优解的存在性与唯一性,并提供了寻求模型整体最优解的算法.最后用实例说明了此模型在实际中的应用.  相似文献

带有固定保质期物品的订货是供应链终端销售系统的一个重要决策问题,假设需求依赖库存展示水平并考虑"后进先出"的销售策略而建立了相应的库存决策模型,其中物品在固定保质期内仍具有常数的变质速率.然后以系统平均利润最大化为目标讨论了模型最优解的存在性及唯一性,并提供了寻求模型整体最优解的简单方法.最后给出应用实例,并分析了模型参数变化对最优订货策略的影响.  相似文献

企业为了稳定货源和供货关系,常与供应商签订一定时期的框架性协议。为了解决零售商在框架协议下采购报童产品的问题,本文运用强化学习建立库存决策模型并使用Q学习算法求取较优订货策略。通过生成样本随机数来模拟需求量,对比研究Q学习算法订货和传统方法订货的差别。通过多次数值实验,发现使用强化学习方法订货相比于传统订货方法(定量订货法、移动平均预测、指数平滑法)平均利润提高约7%~22%,且多次实验下强化学习方法订货相比于理想状态的平均利润相差约8%。这些发现验证了强化学习解决库存问题的有效性和可行性。本文还研究了相关参数变化对总利润的影响,发现利润随着贪婪率(ε)增加而降低、随着学习率(α)的增加而增加。该结论能够为解决相关库存问题提供新的思路。  相似文献

建立了无限期内冷链品具有Weibull生存死亡特征、随机需求且受售价影响的库存补货定价模型,其中售价是连续变化的,需求率是售价的指数函数,变质率服从的三参数Weibull分布,提前期固定。系统以利润最大化为目标函数,在(r,Q)库存策略下,建立库存模型,采用直接法,对模型近似求解,得到最优补货定价策略。利用Matlab进行算例模拟和灵敏度分析发现:补货提前期和单位仓储成本对补货定价策略影响较大,二者增大会导致系统利润降低;单位处理成本的增加,在一定程度上使得系统降低最优补货量,使系统利润增加;保鲜期固定的前提下,受冷链品的流动环境因子和存储环境因子影响的变质率对补货定价策略影响较大,它的增大会使系统利润降低。这些发现能够帮助优化系统模型,对现实问题具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

本文采用定期库存控制策略研究了需求服从均匀分布、订货周期与再制造周期不相等情况下的含有管理复原退货物流的库存问题。在考虑退货价格对需求的影响的情况下,本文建立了以使期望利润最大化为目标,对退货价格、订货量、订货周期和再制造周期进行同时进行决策的库存模型。本文通过数值算例分析了退货价格对需求的影响因子的大小以及退货率的大小分别对利润、最优退货价、最优订货量、最优订货周期和最优退货处理周期的影响。结果指出,商家在制订库存策略时应该考虑退货价对需求的影响,并且应首先确定退货率和退货价对需求影响因子的大小。  相似文献

在预付款策略中,引入熵成本来构建零售商的库存模型,并结合数值分析探讨零售商的最优订货策略.研究发现,考虑熵成本的预付款模型中,随着供应商要求的预付期的增加,零售商的最优订货周期和最优订货批量下降,单位产品流动产生的熵成本上升,单位时间总成本下降.随着利息率的增加,最优订货周期和最优订货批量下降,单位产品流动产生的熵成本在上升,单位时间总成本上升.订货批量越大,单位产品流动产生的熵成本越小.含有熵成本的模型中的最优订货量稳健性,高于不考虑熵成本的库存模型中的,并且受利息收益率和预付款提前期的影响较小.  相似文献

构建了一个需求同时依赖于销售价格和库存水平,生产率和变质率均为常数,允许缺货且缺货量部分延迟订购的易变质品联合定价与生产控制模型。首先证明了在销售价格给定的情况下,系统的总利润函数是关于生产计划的严格凹函数,平均利润函数是严格的伪凹函数,即存在唯一的最优解,并给出其充分条件。接着给出问题的一个数值求解算法。最后通过算例,展示了模型及相关算法的应用,并对相关参数进行了灵敏度分析,结果显示:当产品的生产成本、缺货成本和机会成本增加时,系统的平均利润将下降;生产成本和延迟订购阻力系数对最优定价和生产策略以及平均利润的影响较大。  相似文献

医院药品对保质期和服务水平有非常高的要求,同时,药品的库存空间在医药库存中也有重要影响。首先针对快速失效的医药药品考虑了医药库存的合同保质期以及库存空间约束,同时考虑医院库存以及制造商库存,基于经济订货批量模型和经济生产批量模型建立了二级供应链的医药库存模型,然后用MATLAB软件求解了模型最优解,并对一些重要参数进行了敏感性分析。研究发现,合同保质期对医院订购批量、制造商生产批量和总库存成本有一定的影响,其中对于制造商的生产批量以及医院的库存成本影响较大。如果不考虑合同保质期的约束,将会对总库存成本带来更大损失。  相似文献

传统的库存控制模型都视需求率为固定不变的,放松了这个假定,通过考虑库存费为存储时间的阶梯函数的情形:(1)全单位库存费用,(2)增量库存费用,并且在需求率依赖于库存水平,当库存水平下降到一定程度时,需求率变为常数的形式下,把变化的订购费引入,发展了两个离散性库存费的变质物品的库存控制模型。在模型中允许周期末库存水平不为零,并且提出了最优解的算法。  相似文献

Quantity discount has been a subject of study for a long time; however, little is known about its effect on integrated inventory models when price-sensitive demand is placed. The objective of this study is to find the optimal pricing and ordering strategies for an integrated inventory system when a quantity discount policy is applied. The pricing strategy discussed here is one in which the vendor offers a quantity discount to the buyer. Then, the buyer will adjust his retail price based on the purchasing cost, which will influence the customer demand as a result. Consequently, an integrated inventory model is established to find the optimal solutions for order quantity, retail price, and the number of shipments from vendor to buyer in one production run, so that the joint total profit incurred has the maximum value. Also, numerical examples and a sensitivity analysis are given to illustrate the results of the model.  相似文献

This paper considers multiple-supplier single-item inventory systems, where the item acquisition lead times of suppliers and demand arrival are random, and backorder is allowed. The acquisition takes place when the inventory level depletes to a reorder level, and the order is split among multiple suppliers. The acquisition lead times may have different distributions, the unit purchasing prices from suppliers may be different, and thus the order quantities for different suppliers may be different. The problem is to determine the reorder level and order quantity for each supplier so that the expected total cost per unit time, consisting of the fixed ordering cost, procurement cost, inventory holding cost and shortage cost, is minimized. We develop a mathematical model describing the system in detail. We also conduct extensive numerical experiments to analyze the advantages and distinct characteristics of multiple-supplier systems.  相似文献

In a real production and distribution business environment with one supplier and multiple heterogeneous buyers, the differences in buyers’ ordering cycles have influence on production arrangements. Consequently, the average inventory level (AIL) at the supplier’s end is affected by both the production policy and the ordering policy, typically by the scheduling of deliveries. Consequently, the average inventory holding cost is most deeply affected. In this paper, it is proposed that the scheduling of deliveries be formulated as a decision problem to determine the time point at which deliveries are made to buyers in order to minimize the supplier’s average inventory. A formulation of the average inventory level (AIL) in a production cycle at the supplier’s end using a lot-for-lot policy is developed. Under the lot-for-lot policy, the scheduling of deliveries (SP) is formulated as a nonlinear programming model used to determine the first delivery point for each buyer with an objective to minimize the sum of the product of the individual demand quantity and the first delivery time for each buyer. Thus, the SP model determines not only the sequence of the first deliveries to individual buyers, but also the time when the deliveries are made. An iterative heuristic procedure (IHP) is developed to solve the SP model assuming a given sequence of buyers. Six sequence rules are considered and evaluated via simulation.  相似文献

Previous studies in the issue of inventory models with imperfect quality assumed the defectives could be sold in a batch by the end of the inspection process and the manufacturing systems were push systems. However, the above assumptions may not be true in the pull system in which buyer is powerful. Therefore, in this paper, we develop a new inventory model for items with imperfect quality and quantity discounts where buyer has exerted power over its supplier. Based on the concept of powerful buyer, there are three considerations included in this new model: (1) the order quantity is manufactured at one setup and is shipped over multiple deliveries, (2) the defectives are screened out by a 100% inspection for each shipment but sold in a batch by the end of inspection at the last shipment of each cycle, and (3) the supplier offers quantity discounts to response the request of the powerful buyer. Further, an algorithm is developed to help the powerful buyer to determine the optimal order policy accurately and quickly. Two numerical examples are available in this paper to illustrate the proposed model and algorithm. Besides, based on the numerical examples, a sensitivity analysis is made to investigate the effects of four important parameters (the inspection rate, the defective rate, the receiving cost, and the ordering cost) on the optimal solution.  相似文献

We consider a short-term discounting model in which the distributor offers a discounted price for the retailers’ orders placed at the beginning of its replenishment cycle, in a non-cooperative distribution system with one distributor and multiple retailers, each facing price-sensitive demand. We examine the value of the price discount strategy as a mechanism for the distributor to coordinate the retailers’ ordering and pricing decisions under two common types of demand, linear demand in price and constant elasticity demand in price. Our numerical study reveals that, in the presence of homogeneous retailers (namely, retailers with identical demand rates), the distributor’s profit improvement due to coordination generally decreases as the number of retailers or the inventory holding cost rate increases, but increases as price elasticity increases. Although an increase in the inventory holding cost rate has a negative effect on the distributor’s profit, it may have a positive effect on the retailers’ profits. We further find that with heterogeneous retailers (namely, retailers with different demand rates), offering a discounted price under linear demand benefits the distributor when both the inventory holding cost rate and the variation in demand are either small or large. This cross effect, however, is absent under constant elasticity demand.  相似文献

An integrated producer–buyer supply chain is used to simultaneously determine the optimum levels of the safety stock, delivery quantity, and number of shipments in this paper. The scenario is created by scheduling a single-setup at the producer with multiple deliveries to the buyer, and all shipments to the buyer are equal-sized batches. This study attempts to study the effects of delivery cost and transportation time, assumes that there is a stochastic transportation time between both producer and buyer, and that shortages are allowed. The transportation time is assumed to be Weibull distributed. The objective functions of the integrated model include the setup cost, inventory carrying cost, and delivery cost. We analyze the scenario where the delivery cost is explicitly considered in the model rather than considered as part of the fixed ordering cost or insignificant. A numerical example is also presented to demonstrate the proposed model using actual shipping rate data. In particular, the results show that when the producer's and buyer's carrying costs are low, and/or the mean time of transportation and delivery costs are high, then this can benefit both parties with regard to sharing total profit.  相似文献

In this paper, a deterministic inventory model for deteriorating items with two warehouses is developed. A rented warehouse is used when the ordering quantity exceeds the limited capacity of the owned warehouse, and it is assumed that deterioration rates of items in the two warehouses may be different. In addition, we allow for shortages in the owned warehouse and assume that the backlogging demand rate is dependent on the duration of the stockout. We obtain the condition when to rent the warehouse and provide simple solution procedures for finding the maximum total profit per unit time. Further, we use a numerical example to illustrate the model and conclude the paper with suggestions for possible future research.  相似文献
