Multiparticle azimuthal correlations in central nucleus-nucleus collisions at high energy are described by a simple formula. The calculated results are in agreement with the experimental data of carbon and oxygen induced interactions at Dubna energy. The comparison between the calculated results and experimental data shows that particles are emitted isotropically in the rest frame of the emission sources, and the emission sources have movements in momentum space.  相似文献

The azimuthal distributions of final-state particles and fragments produced in high-energy nucleus--nucleus collisions are described by a modified multisource ideal gas model which contains the expansions and movements of the emission sources. The transverse structures of the sources are given in the transverse plane by momentum components p_x and p_y,and described by parameters in the model. The results of the azimuthal distributions, calculated by the Monte Carlo method, are in good agreement with the experimental data in nucleus--nucleus collisions at high energies.  相似文献

在中高能质子诱发散裂反应相关核工程设计中,可靠的蒙特卡罗模拟程序结合核反应理论模型具有较好的理论指导意义。本工作中,利用GEANT4耦合INCL4和ABLA理论模型以及FLUKA耦合PEANUT模型模拟计算了几百MeV至几个GeV质子轰击Be,Al,Fe,W,U等靶后30°,60°,120°,150°出射角产生的散裂中子双微分截面,并与现有实验数据进行了比较。结果发现,FLUKA和GEANT4模拟计算较好地再现了Al,Fe,W,U等靶实验测量数据。然而,模拟结果明显低估了Be靶出射中子能量小于10 MeV能区的实验数据。For the design of nuclear engineering related with medium-high energy proton induced spallation reaction,the reliable Monte Carlo simulation codes coupled with nuclear reaction models have a good theoretical guidance.In this work,the production spallation neutron double differential cross sections at 30°,60°,120°,150°emission angle for Be,Al,Fe,W,U target materials at incident proton energies between several hundred MeV and GeV are theoretically calculated by using the GEANT4 coupled INCL4 and ABLA,and the FLUKA coupled PEANUT.The calculated results were compared with the available experimental data.It is found that the GEANT4 and FLUKA calculations well reproduced the experimental measurement of Al,Fe,W,U target materials.However,calculations obviously underestimated the emission neutrons of Be target for lower than 10 MeV energy range.  相似文献

We report the results from detailed optical spectroscopy from MOCVD grown GaN/AlGaN multiple quantum wells (MQWs), as opposed to most previous studies where MBE was employed by means of photoluminescence (PL) technique. In this paper we will present theoretical and experimental results demonstrating how polarization induced electric fields and bound interface charges in GaN/AlGaN MQWs affect the emission peak energy, PL line shape, as well as the emission line width. Theoretically estimated fields in this work are consistent with experimental data. Transition energy of the heavy hole and electron ground state Ee-hh in GaN/AlGaN MQWs were calculated and it is found that it stays in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

A survey of theoretical and experimental investigations of the process involving the emission of heavy clusters from excited nuclear systems produced in heavy-ion reactions at low collision energies is given. The dinuclear system (DNS) model for calculating cross sections for the formation of heavy clusters in complete-fusion and quasifission reactions is described in detail. The results of respective calculations are compared with relevant experimental data and with the results obtained on the basis of different models. The role of the angular momentum, the asymmetry of the entrance channel, the N/Z ratio, and the excitation energy in the formation of final reaction products is studied within the proposed approach. A method is developed for calculating cross sections for evaporation-residue formation. This method takes into account both channels of light-particle emission and channels of heavy-cluster emission. The possibility for the formation of Rn, Fr, and Ra isotopes in channels of heavy-cluster emission from the excited compound nucleus of Pu is demonstrated for the first time. The calculated cross sections and isotopic distributions for residual nuclei arising upon the emission of heavy clusters from an excited compound nucleus of Pu are in good agreement with experimental data. The model developed in the present study permits finding optimum experimental conditions (projectile-target combination and bombarding energy) for studying processes involving the emission of specific complex fragments.  相似文献

The multi-layer computing model is developed to calculate wide-angle neutron spectra, in the range from0° to 180° with a 5° step, produced by bombarding a thick beryllium target with deuterons. The double-differential cross-sections(DDCSs) for the ~9 Be(d, xn) reaction are calculated using the TALYS-1.8 code. They are in agreement with the experimental data, and are much better than the PHITS-JQMD/GEM results at 15°, 30°, 45° and 60° neutron emission angles for deuteron energy of 10.0 MeV. In the TALYS-1.8 code, neutron contributions from direct reactions(break-up, stripping and knock-out reactions) are controlled by adjustable parameters, which describe the basic characteristics of typical direct reactions and control the relative intensity and the position of the ridgy hillock at the tail of DDCSs. It is found that the typical calculated wide-angle neutron spectra for different neutron emission angles and neutron angular distributions agree quite well with the experimental data for 13.5 MeV deuterons. The multi-layer computing model can reproduce the experimental data reasonably well by optimizing the adjustable parameters in the TALYS-1.8 code. Given the good agreement with the experimental data, the multi-layer computing model could provide better predictions of wide-angle neutron energy spectra, neutron angular distributions and neutron yields for the ~9 Be(d, xn) reaction neutron source.  相似文献

For the n+<'235>U fission reaction, the total excitation energy partition of the fission fragments, the average neutron kinetic energy <ε>(A) and the total average energies E<,γ>(A) removed by γ rays as a function of fission fragment mass are given at incident energies up to 20 MeV. The prompt neutron multiplicity as a function of the fragment mass, ν(A), for neutron-induced fission of <'235>U at different incident neutron energies is calculated. The calculated results are checked with the total average prompt neutron multiplicities ν and compared with the experimental and evaluated data. Some prompt neutron and γ emission mechanisms are discussed.  相似文献

The transverse momentum distribution and the transverse mass distribution of charged hadrons produced in nucleus nucleus collisions at high energies are described by using a two-cylinder model. The results calculated by the model are compared and found to be in agreement with the experimental data of the STAR and E895 Collaborations, measured in A~Au collisions at the relativistic heavy ion collider (RHIC) and alternating-gradient synchrotron (AGS) energies, respectively. In the energy range concerned, the excitation degree of emission source close to the central axis of cylinders increases obviously with the collision centrality and incident energy increasing, but it does not show any obvious change with the increase of the (pseudo)rapidity in central collisions. The excitation degree of emission source close to the side-surface of cylinders does not show any obvious change with the collision centrality, the (pseudo)rapidity, and the incident energy increasing.  相似文献

By using a new reaction model for light nuclei, the double-differential cross section of total outgoing neutron with LUNF code for n+^16O reactions at En=14.1 MeV and 18 MeV have been calculated and analyzed. In this paper the opened reaction channels, which have contribution to emitting the neutrons, are listed in detail. To improve the fitting results the direct inelastic scattering mechanism is involved. The calculating results agree fairly well with the experimental data at E,~ = 14.1 MeV and the deviation from calculated results and experimental data in low energy region at En= 18 MeV has been analyzed. Since the possibility of 5He has been affirmed theoretically [J.S. Zhang, Sci. Chin. G 47 (2004) 137], so 5He emission from n+ ^16O reaction is taken into account, which plays an important role at the region of the outgoing neutron energy εn〈3 MeV in total outgoing neutron energy-angular spectrum. The calculated results indicate that the pre-equilibrium mechanism dominates the whole reaction processes, and the recoil effect in light nuclear reactions is essentially important.  相似文献

采用Rayleigh-Ritz变分方法计算了B原子(离子)内壳层激发高自旋态(~(4,5,6)L,L=S,P)里德伯系列的能量和精细结构劈裂,利用截断变分方法改进非相对论能量,并利用一阶微扰理论计算了相对论能量修正和质量极化效应修正,利用屏蔽的类氢公式计算了量子电动力学效应和高阶相对论效应,从而得到了高精度的组态能量.利用精确计算的波函数,计算了这些高自旋态的电偶极辐射跃迁波长、振子强度和辐射跃迁概率.通过长度规范和速度规范计算的振子强度的一致性证明了本文计算的波函数是精确的.相比其他理论计算结果,本文计算的高自旋态的能级及跃迁波长数据与实验数据符合得更好.对于一些高位的内壳层激发高自旋态,相关的能级和跃迁数据为首次报道,本文的计算结果对相关实验光谱谱线标定具有重要意义.  相似文献

实验测量了294MeV20Ne+12C反应中出射α粒子的单举能谱及角分布,用三源模型拟合了实验数据,大角度出射α粒子的实验结果表明了靶核碎裂(breakuP)机制的存在. Inclusive energy spectra and angutar distribution of α-particles have been measured in the reaction of 294MeV 20N bombardment of 12C target. Three sources fitting was Performed for the experimental data. The fact of α-particle emission at large angles indicates the process of target breakup.  相似文献

The Judd-Ofelt theoretic transition intensity parameters A_(tp)~k of luminescence of rare-earth ions in solids are important for the quantitative analysis of luminescence.It is very difficult to determine them with emission or absorption spectra for a long time.A "full profile fitting" method to obtain A_(tp)~k in solids with its emission spectrum is proposed,in which the contribution of a radiative transition to the emission spectrum is expressed as the product of transition probability,line profile function,instrument measurement constant and transition center frequency or wavelength,and the whole experimental emission spectrum is the sum of all transitions.In this way,the emission spectrum is expressed as a function with the independent variables intensity parameters A_(tp)~k,full width at half maximum(FWHM) of profile functions,instrument measurement constant,wavelength,and the Huang-Rhys factor S if the lattice vibronic peaks in the emission spectrum should be considered.The ratios of the experimental to the calculated energy lifetimes are incorporated into the fitting function to remove the arbitrariness during fitting A_(tp)~k and other parameters.Employing this method obviates measurement of the absolute emission spectrum intensity.It also eliminates dependence upon the number of emission transition peaks.Every experiment point in emission spectra,which usually have at least hundreds of data points,is the function with variables A_(tp)~k and other parameters,so it is usually viable to determine A_(tp)~k and other parameters using a large number of experimental values.We applied this method to determine twenty-five A_(tp)~k of Yb~(3+) in GdTaO_4.The calculated and experiment energy lifetimes,experimental and calculated emission spectrum are very consistent,indicating that it is viable to obtain the transition intensity parameters of rare-earth ions in solids by a full profile fitting to the ions' emission spectrum.The calculated emission cross sections of Yb~(3+):GdTaO_4 also indicate that the F-L formula gives larger values in the wavelength range with reabsorption.  相似文献

提出了一个单气泡声致发光的简单计算模型.这个模型是在均匀压强近似下,考虑质量和温度在气泡内的非均匀分布,同时考虑了水蒸气在气泡壁上的凝结与蒸发以及水蒸气在气泡内相对惰性气体的质量扩散.通过Saha方程估算气体电离密度,利用电子与离子、电子与中性粒子的轫致辐射,电子与离子的复合辐射公式估算气泡的辐射强度.不考虑化学反应,计算了不同水温时的气泡发光强度,发现当水温在0 ℃时轫致辐射发光模型比较符合实验结果,水温升高时,如水温为20 ℃或以上,轫致辐射发光模型的计算与实验结果出现数量级差别.考虑化学反应,轫致辐射发光模型的计算则总是比实验结果低2个数量级.  相似文献

The prompt component at intermediate velocity of light charged particles is investigated. An improved coalescence model coupled to the intra-nuclear cascade code ISABEL is used to obtain light complex particle energy spectra and multiplicities as a function of impact parameter. The results are compared with experimental data from the 36Ar + 58Ni experiment at 95 MeV/nucleon, performed with the INDRA 4π detection system. The calculated prompt component is found to rather well reproduce proton spectra. For complex light charged particles the calculated components well populate the high energy part of spectra. Prompt emission can therefore explain the large transverse energies experimentally observed at mid-rapidity. Received: 27 July 2000 / Accepted: 20 November 2000  相似文献
