从LD端面抽运固体激光器的激光阈值公式出发,建立了双波长激光同时振荡的阈值条件,理论计算了腔镜对于两个波长的透过率关系,实现了LD端面抽运Nd:YAG 1319nm/1338nm双波长激光连续和准连续输出.双波长激光连续输出功率可达6W,斜效率为30%;准连续输出功率在重复频率50kHz时可达4.75W,斜效率为24.73%,脉冲宽度为55.05ns;腔内插入布儒斯特片,在重复频率为50kHz时,双波长激光准连续线偏振输出功率可达2.22W,不稳定性小于0.52%,M2 关键词: 端泵Nd:YAG激光器 1319nm/1338nm双波长 声光调Q 太赫兹波  相似文献

报道了一台激光二极管(LD)端面抽运Nd∶YVO4晶体腔内倍频和腔外和频相结合的声光调Q准连续355 nm紫外激光器。采用LD端面抽运双侧翼键合YVO4基质的Nd∶YVO4晶体,在腔内置入Ⅰ类相位匹配的LiB3O5(LBO)晶体进行倍频实现1 064 nm和532 nm双波长准连续激光输出,通过消色差透镜将双波长激光聚焦耦合到Ⅱ类相位匹配的LBO晶体中进行和频,并采用双向和频光路,获得了高效率、高光束质量、高重复频率的准连续355 nm紫外激光输出。在抽运功率为28.6 W、重复频率为20 kHz时,355 nm激光最大输出功率4.2 W,脉宽为20.6 ns,光-光转换效率为14.7%,激光器光束质量因子Mx2和My2分别为1.29和1.23。  相似文献

报道了一台LD端面抽运Nd:YAG晶体内腔三倍频355 nm激光高效率、高峰值功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器.激光腔采用紧凑型平平直腔,腔长仅106 mm.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为9 kHz时,获得163 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,光光转换效率达到最高2.84%.当注入抽运功率为6.7 W重复频率为5 kHz时,获得最高174 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,输出功率短期不稳定性为5%,光束质量因子M2为3.79.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为2 kHz时,获得112 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,峰值功率最高达到9.15 kW.通过采用内腔倍频技术和设计合理的腔结构,实现了中小功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器的小型化、便携化,进一步拓宽了紫外激光器的应用领域. 关键词: LD端面抽运 内腔三倍频 Q')" href="#">声光调Q 紫外激光  相似文献

研制了输出功率达瓦级的351 nm准连续紫外激光器。激光器采用激光二极管(LD)端面抽运Nd∶YLF晶体和声光调Q技术,实现了1 053 nm准连续基波振荡。在结构简单的V型腔中,两块Li B3O5(LBO)晶体对基频光进行二倍频和三倍频,获得了高功率351 nm准连续紫外激光输出。在LD抽运功率为14 W、声光调Q激光器的调制频率为1 k Hz的工作条件下,得到351 nm紫外激光平均输出功率为1.12 W、脉冲宽度为34 ns、单脉冲能量为1.12 m J、峰值功率达32.94 k W。LD抽运光到351 nm紫外激光的光-光转换效率达到8%,电光效率为3.4%,光束质量良好。  相似文献

 报道了采用激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦Nd:YVO4双端键合晶体高平均功率高斜效率1 064 nm声光调Q激光器。通过对大功率泵浦情况下激光晶体热透镜效应进行分析和估算,优化了模式匹配及热稳腔结构参数,实现了稳定的高功率高斜效率准连续脉冲激光输出。在泵浦功率46.8 W、最高重复频率50 kHz下,获得最大平均输出功率17.6 W,光-光转换效率为37.6%,斜效率达70.1%,脉冲宽度51.3 ns;在最低重复频率10 kHz下,获得最大单脉冲能量0.91 mJ,峰值功率为46.2 kW,脉冲宽度为19.8 ns。  相似文献

脉冲蓝光激光器在水下探测、水下通信和遥感方面有着重要的应用前景。根据高斯光束传输的ABCD矩阵,设计了对热效应不灵敏的Z型谐振腔。利用808 nm激光二极管(LD)端面抽运Nd:YVO4晶棒,在室温下实现了4F3/2→4I9/2准三能级激光谱线跃迁。通过声光调Q和LBO腔内倍频,获得了稳定的高重复频率、高峰值功率457 nm蓝光激光输出。当抽运功率为30 W时,在重复频率为10 kHz下,获得最大单脉冲能量为56 μJ ,脉冲宽度为217 ns,峰值功率达258 W; 在重复频率为20 kHz下,获得最大平均功率为760 mW,脉冲宽度为261 ns,峰值功率为146 W。在最大平均输出功率下测量了脉冲457 nm蓝光激光器的功率稳定性,20 min之内其最大不稳定度小于2%。  相似文献

报道了二极管激光抽运Cr,Nd∶YAG被动调Q Nd∶YVO4 1064nm激光输出.为了提高被动调Q激光的输出稳定性,谐振腔采用长腔,增益介质位于谐振腔中间位置.实验中获得了稳定的被动调Q激光输出.在最高入射抽运功率为17.5W时,脉冲重复频率达到71.3kHz,脉冲宽度为0.4μs.调Q脉冲幅度不稳定性低于±10%,脉冲时间波动性低于±3.5%.  相似文献

报道了579 nm高功率KGd(WO4)2喇曼晶体外腔式喇曼黄光激光器的输出特性.基于808 nm脉冲激光二极管侧面泵浦Nd:YAG陶瓷、腔内BBO电光晶体同步延迟调Q和Ⅰ类临界相位匹配的LBO晶体腔外倍频方案,并通过外腔式KGW晶体Ng轴二阶斯托克斯喇曼频移,获得了579.54 nm黄光激光输出.当脉冲信号重复频率为1 kHz、532 nm泵浦光最高平均功率为5.02 W、脉冲宽度为10.1 ns时,获得了最高平均功率2.58 W、脉冲宽度7.4 ns、峰值功率348.6 kW的579.54 nm二阶斯托克斯喇曼黄光激光输出;532 nm至579.54 nm的光-光转化效率为51.4%、斜率效率为54.8%,光束质量因子Mx-579.542=5.829、My-579.542=6.336,输出功率不稳定性小于±2.35%.实验表明:外腔式喇曼结构能够高效地获得喇曼黄光,具有很高的光-光转化效率及良好的功率稳定性,并通过脉冲LD结合同步延迟电光调Q可获得高重复频率、高平均功率、窄脉冲宽度和高峰值功率的黄光激光输出.  相似文献

A diode-end-pumped Nd:YAG dual-wavelength laser operating at 1319 and 1338 nm is demonstrated. The maximum average output power of the quasi-continuous wave linearly polarized dual-wavelength laser is obtained to be 2.1 W at a repetition rate of 50 kHz with an output power instability of less than 0.38% and beam quality factor M2 of 1.45. Using the two lines, the highly coherent and narrow linewidth terahertz radiation of 3.23 THz can be generated in an organic 4-N, N-dimethylamino--methyl-stilbazolium tosylate (DAST) crystal. Meanwhile, the multi-wavelength red laser at 659.5, 664 and 669 nm is generated by frequency doubling and sum frequency processes in a lithium triborate (LBO) crystal. The average red laser output power is enhanced up to 1.625 W at a repetition rate of 15 kHz with an output power instability of better than 0.53% and beam quality factor M2 of 6.05. Using the three lines, it is possible to generate the multi-wavelength THz radiation of 3.3, 3.43 and 6.73 THz in an appropriate difference frequency crystal.  相似文献

A diode-end-pumped high repetition rate, high peak power acousto-optical (AO) Q-switched 946 nm Nd:YAG laser was demonstrated in this paper. In our experiments, a 20 mm miniature acousto-optical Q-switch was employed in a 45 mm linear laser cavity for generating the short laser pulse. At a repetition rate of 10 kHz, a maximum average output power of 2.9 W was achieved with a pulse width of 24.4 ns, giving a peak power of 11.9 kW. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest peak power 946 nm Nd:YAG laser at high repetition rate operation. Moreover, pulse train with good stability was also obtained at the repetition rate of 50 kHz. At an incident pump power of 22.3 W, up to an average output power of 3.5 W pulsed 946 nm laser was generated at 50 kHz with a pulse width of 69 ns, corresponding to an optical conversion efficiency of 15.7% and an average slope efficiency of 24.1%, respectively.  相似文献

A diode-side-pumped simultaneous dual-wavelength Q-switched Nd:YAG laser around 1.3 μm is demonstrated. With the pumping power of 480 W, a peak power of 43 kW was obtained at the repetition rate of 5 kHz. The maximum average output power is up to 43 W with the slope efficiency of 20.5%, and the pulse duration is 200 ns. The continuous-wave (cw) and passive Q-switching operation of a diode-end-pumped gadolinium gallium garnet doped with neodymium (Nd:GGG) laser at 1062 nm was realized. A maximum cw output power of 6.9 W was obtained. The corresponding optical conversion efficiency was 50.9%, and the slope efficiency was determined to be 51.4%. By using Cr4+:YAG crystals as saturable absorbers, Q-switching pulse with average output power of 1.28 W, pulse width of 4 ns and repetition rate of 6.2 kHz were obtained. The single-pulse energy and peak power were estimated to be 206 μJ and 51.6 kW, respectively. The conversion efficiency of the output power from cw to Q-switching operation was as high as 84.7%.  相似文献

A compact efficient diode-end-pumped acousto-optically Q-switched intracavity-frequency-tripled Nd:YAG 355 nm ultraviolet laser was realized. Intracavity sub-resonators with anti-reflection and high-reflection coated mirrors were used to get higher efficiency of third harmonic generation. With two LBO crystals used in frequency doubling and tripling processes respectively, greater than 1.2 W 355 nm average output power was obtained under the absorbed pump power of 10 W and the repetition rate of 5 kHz. The corresponding pump-to-ultraviolet conversion efficiency was determined to be as high as 12%. At 5 kHz, the minimize pulse width was obtained to be 14.2 ns with the peak power of 16.9 kW and single pulse energy of 240 μJ. The instability of the 355 nm laser was measured to be less than 4.2% at an output power of 0.9 W within half an hour operation.  相似文献

A laser diode (LD) pumped Nd:YAG red pulse laser at 660 nm was presented by V:YAG passively Qswitching and LBO intracavity frequency doubling. With 1.6-W incident pump power, average output power of 46-mW, pulse duration (FWHM) of 23.3 ns, pulse repetition rate of 21.6 kHz, peak power of 91.4 W, and single pulse energy of 2.13μJ were obtained. The beam quality factor M2 was less than 1.2. The fluctuations of pulse energy and repetition rate were less than 3% in 4 hours. The pulsed laser at 660 nm is expected to be used as the pump source of Cr3+:doped crystal to obtain the gain-switched tunable laser.  相似文献

We propose a new method for achieving simultaneous operation of laser mode locking and the Q-switch technique using only a single acousto-optic modulator (AOM) with a traveling wave; this AOM was placed inside the cavity of a green-emission Nd:YAG laser. The further shortening of the lasing pulse duration from 40 ps to less than 3.25 ps was obtained by the formation of a Kerr lens in a doubling-frequency crystal. At average output power of 1.5 W and pulse repetition rate of the Q-switch equal to 2 kHz, the peak power in a steady-operating laser exceeded 50 MW.  相似文献

A dual-wavelength continuous wave (cw) diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser that generates simultaneous laser action at the wavelengths 1064 nm and 1342 nm is demonstrated. The optimum oscillation condition for the simultaneous dual-wavelength operation in a diode-end-pumped solid-state laser has been derived. The relationship between the laser cavity and the output stability is also studied. Experimental results show that the stability of the output power at the two wavelengths could be enhanced by use of a three-mirror cavity.
