在低真空条件下(5Pa),通过测量脉冲激光烧蚀平面Al靶产生的等离子体辐射谱的时间分辨特征,得到辐射粒子速度的空间分布.在激光脉冲宽度为10ns,烧蚀斑直径为200μm,靶面上功率密度分别为1.91×1010,5.10×1010和7.64×1010W/cm2时,测得辐射粒子Al的速度均在106cm/s量级,且随着靶面径向距离的增大而近似呈指数衰减.在距靶面的相同距离处,激光功率密度的增大反而使速度减小.利用激波模型(shockwave model)较好地解释了实验结果,并得出激波的波面基本为柱对称 关键词: 激光等离子体 平面Al靶 粒子速度分布 激波  相似文献

对两种表面粗糙度的金属锡样品开展了一维平面冲击微层裂实验,采用自行研发的多点动量测试装置获取熔化金属破碎区粒子动量的时空分布信息。测试结果表明,对于百纳米级粗糙度精磨样品,在加载稀疏波的作用下,熔化金属出现典型的分层断裂现象。应用光滑粒子流体动力学方法与Autodyn程序,开展了金属锡微层裂过程的细观尺度模拟,研究自由面稀疏波沿样品厚度方向传播时界面不稳定性增长的特征。研究发现,微米尺度的表面粗糙度足以使扰动伴随反射稀疏波的传播而充分增长,卸载区熔化金属充分破碎,破碎粒子同时具有冲击方向和径向的分散性,与实验测试结果相符合。  相似文献

利用Kossel衍射技术和反射光谱对由总体积分数为0.02的二元聚苯乙烯胶体体系(94nm+141nm)形成的胶体晶体的性质进行了研究,实验结果显示胶体晶体的形成时间,平均粒子间距,晶体结构都与二元胶体体系中两种粒子的数密度比相关,当94nm聚苯乙烯粒子相对于141nm聚苯乙烯粒子的数密度比趋向1∶1时,胶体晶体的形成时间延长,当94nm聚苯乙烯粒子相对于141nm聚苯乙烯粒子的数密度比由1∶0向0∶1变化时,胶体晶体的平均粒子间距变大,另外实验中发现在两种粒子的数密度比为5∶1时,胶体晶体出现了超晶格结 关键词: 胶体晶体 聚苯乙烯 Kossel衍射 反射光谱  相似文献

基于单孔洞近似,对不同撞击速度下高纯铝的部分层裂实验进行了数值模拟研究,讨论了微孔洞长大对波传播的影响及其在自由面速度波剖面上的表现. 通过分析微孔洞周围的应力场变化,认识到实测自由面速度波剖面出现"回跳"特征并不能说明材料发生完全层裂,其直接原因是样品内部微孔洞长大所引起的局部卸载效应. 将计算得到的自由面速度波剖面和微孔洞相对体积与实验结果进行了对比分析,发现两者均符合很好,表明采用单孔洞增长来近似描述部分层裂样品中随机损伤发展及其对波传播的影响是可行的. 关键词: 层裂 孔洞增长 自由面速度波剖面 微孔洞相对体积  相似文献

本文报道了从粒子背散射堵塞效应的实验中所发现的单晶Si的{111}晶面粒子堵塞坑的新现象。单晶Si的{111}晶面有两个面间距d(111)(a)和d(111)(b),而{110}晶面只有一个面间距d(110)。由此导致两者的堵塞坑是不同的,我们已从α粒子和质子的Si单晶堵塞效应的实验得到了证实。并由此估计了d(111)(a)和d(111)(b)以及d(110)的2ψ1/2角。据作者了解,到目前为止,国内外还没有人发现此现象。此现象的发现对复杂晶体的堵塞和沟道效应的研究开阔了前景。 关键词:  相似文献

使用1维粒子模拟程序LPIC+模拟了不同脉冲宽度的P极化超短强激光脉冲与稠密冷等离子体靶的相互作用.模拟结果表明:激光有质动力首先推动表层等离子体形成无碰撞激波,然后激波向靶内传播,俘获靶内的质子并将其反射加速,反射质子的速度约为离子声速的2倍.当使脉冲宽度与靶厚互相匹配时,也就是靶厚等于离子声速与激光脉冲宽度的乘积时...  相似文献

 文中用分子动力学方法研究了具有面心结构的晶体在冲击波的作用下温度、压力、粒子速度、物质密度及冲击波速度诸参数的变化,并与宏观规律作了比较。文中采用Fincham的计算格式。原子间的相互作用势用Morse势,其参数用最近邻相互作用近似获得。  相似文献

人们很早就注意到可燃气体混合物中火焰在一定的条件下可以达到很高的传播速度。这种现象称之为爆轰。根据ZND模型,气体爆轰实际上是带有化学反应区的激波。它的结构是激波后方紧跟一个化学反应区,两者构成了爆轰波波阵面。爆轰波的特点是1)传播速度高,一般为2000m/S左右。2)伴随有发光现象。根据ZND模型,可燃气体的化学反应在反应区中进行,因而反应区具有一定的宽度。 人们对爆轰波作了大量的研究,但由于波阵面的传播速度太快,限制了对波阵面结构诸如阵面形状,反应区宽度等的研究。  相似文献

与传统的旋光效应理论不同,采用三阶赝张量κ(2)jkl描述旋光现象,并将相关的电极化强度作微扰处理,直接从Maxwell方程组出发推导出了双折射晶体中自然旋光效应的耦合波方程组并得到解析解.该解析解包含了已有的旋光效应宏观理论结果,可方便地用于描述任意偏振态的单色光波在任意点群的双折射旋光晶体中沿任意方向的传播行为.最后,以石英晶体为例,通过对出射光波的偏振态分析,研究了波矢失配对旋光效应的影响. 关键词: 耦合波理论 旋光效应 非线性光学  相似文献

以高超声速内转式进气道流动中的激波汇聚问题为背景,考虑工程实际中的来流和壁面几何条件这两个关键因素,分别提出了以来流攻角为研究参数的非轴向来流内锥流动模型,和以长/短轴比为研究参数的椭圆入口内锥流动模型.采用激波风洞实验观测和数值模拟相结合的方法,揭示了两类流动中激波的非均匀汇聚特征.结果表明:由来流攻角引起的激波初始沿周向强度分布的不均匀性会在汇聚过程中被放大,迎风面和背风面的激波差异不断加剧;来流攻角越大,初始激波强度不均匀性越强,在汇聚过程中激波面越容易出现不连续的拐折,且出现拐折后激波的汇聚效应会被削弱.由椭圆入口形成的等强度激波在初始时周向的几何不均匀性使激波在汇聚过程中出现沿长/短轴方向的强度差异,激波沿长轴方向上的强度增加更迅速;椭圆长/短轴比越大,激波初始几何不均匀性越强,在汇聚过程中长/短轴两个方向激波强度差异凸显得越快,波面越容易出现不连续的拐折,进而削弱激波的汇聚.在偏离轴对称达到一定程度时,这两种条件下的激波汇聚都会出现汇聚中心处从Mach反射向规则反射的转变.   相似文献

利用六角形格子离散的方法,使得每个六角形Cell里含有 3种不同运动速度的粒子微团,宏观物理量用这些粒子微团的矩来定义.根据微观和宏观之间的质量、动量、能量守恒准则,建立了一个二维的D2Q19格子Boltzmann模型,从该D2Q19模型出发可推导出宏观的流体力学方程组.用该模型对冲击波在障碍物组表面上的折射现象进行数值模拟,并将计算结果与实验进行了比较.  相似文献

The molecular dynamics method is applied to simulate spalling during the plane shock interaction between plates. The effect of lattice defects in a material on the propagation of a shock wave and the process of spalling is studied. The plastic effects are described using a model of imperfect particle packing with defects (vacancies). The model proposed can describe the separation of the shock-wave front into an elastic precursor and a plastic front and give velocity profiles for the free target surface close to the experimental profiles.  相似文献

Molecular dynamic shock wave simulations have been carried out for face centered cubic (f.c.c.) and body centered cubic (b.c.c.) solids using Lennard-Jones and Morse potentials for the interatomic interactions. The Hugoniot conservation relations were accurately obeyed in all of these calculations. The shock wave profiles may vary with the interatomic potential and the crystal structure, effects most clearly shown by the temperature profile near the shock front. The Lennard-Jones solids are intensitive to a change in structure but the Morse solids appear sensitive to crystal structure, at least in comparing b.c.c. with f.c.c. It was shown that the average shock wave temperature can be calculated from a combination of the Hugoniot conservation relations and the Mie-Grüneisen equation of state. The temperature calculated this way is in good agreement with the average shock wave temperature obtained in the computer simulations.  相似文献

利用二维分子动力学程序,结合类紧束缚杂化多体势,研究冲击载荷下金属表面包含沟槽型缺陷的微喷射动力学过程.在产生微喷射以后,结果表明材料内部传播着两种波系:反射稀疏波和二次加载压缩波,其中,反射稀疏波波面与沟槽形状相似,而二次压缩波波面随沟槽夹角的变化而变化;并形成了两个压强区:负压区和正压区,负压区的存在表明材料中可能产生微损伤.同时,统计结果表明微喷射体的速度随沟槽半角增加而增加的趋势,微喷射体的粒子数随沟槽半角增大而减少的趋势,当沟槽半角大于60°,微喷射效应消失.以上计算结果可以定性说明射流是沟槽型 关键词: 冲击波 沟槽型缺陷 微喷射 分子动力学  相似文献

The problem of plane wave scattering by an infinite regular lattice whose sites are occupied by spherical particles performing monopole oscillations is solved. Expressions are derived for the particle oscillation amplitudes and the coefficients of sound reflection from the lattice and sound transmission through it; the expressions are valid up to the case where the particles come in contact with each other. It is shown that, for a dense lattice with a distance between neighboring sites being much smaller than the sound wavelength, the coefficient of sound reflection from the lattice is close to unity in a wide frequency range. In the limiting case of an incompressible medium, the particle oscillation amplitude is zero, in contrast to the case of particles distributed in the volume or the case of a single particle.  相似文献

When a wave packet with a narrow momentum distribution is quantum reflected in a purely attractive potential proportional to -1/r(alpha), alpha>2, it generally experiences a time gain compared to a free particle reflected at r=0; for alpha=3 and very low energies there are large time delays. In quantum reflection of an atomic beam by a surface, such a time gain (delay) represents an apparent plane of reflection which is shifted in front of (behind) the surface. The quantum reflected wave is always delayed with respect to the classical particle accelerated in the attractive potential.  相似文献

The present letter demonstrates that a leaky pseudo surface wave (LPSW) should exist on the interface of water and a cubic crystal silicon (110) plane. The phase velocity distribution of the LPSW on the above interface has been theoretically predicted by the reflection coefficient analysis and experimentally measured by using acoustic spectro-microscopy (ASM). The measured phase velocity distribution of the LPSW is in good agreement with the predicted one.  相似文献

I present a Boltzmann lattice gas-like approach for modeling compressional waves in an inhomogeneous medium as a first step toward developing a method to simulate seismic waves in complex solids. The method is based on modeling particles in a discrete lattice with wavelike characteristics of partial reflection and transmission when passing between links with different properties as well as phononlike interactions (i.e., collisions), with particle speed dependent on link properties. In the macroscopic limit, this approach theoretically yields compressional waves in an inhomogeneous acoustic medium. Numerical experiments verify the method and demonstrate its convergence properties. The lattice Boltzmann phononic lattice solid could be used to study how seismic wave anisotropy and attenuation are related to microfractures, the complex geometry of rock matrices, and their couplings to pore fluids. However, additional particles related to the two transverse phonons must be incorporated to correctly simulate wave phenomena in solids.  相似文献

As a plane shock wave with shock mach number Mi propagates down a backward step of height H (fig 1) a part of the shock front turns to be curvilinear It reflects from the horizontal part behind step.This unsteady regular reflection eventually becomes Mach reflection.We present here the results of shock tube experiment (Mi ≤ 2.20) and numerical simulation of this phenomena, say the transition from regular reflection (RR) to Mach reflection (MR).The dependence of the position of transition Lk and critical angle of transition ωCk on strength of the impinging plane shock Mi and height of step H are analysed.Our experimental and numerical results are compared with the theoretical criLerion of transition of Iton & Itaya[15].It should be mentioned that the numerical method of FLIC type with triangular mesh developed in[13] is successful.  相似文献

 利用一级轻气炮作为加载手段,研究了无钴合金钢在3~20 GPa压力区间的冲击响应特性。用激光干涉测速——VISAR记录了双波结构的自由面速度剖面,并利用常压下的弹性纵波速度近似替代低压冲击下的弹性先驱波速度,确定了无钴合金钢的Hugoniot关系。根据自由面速度反映的层裂信息,给出了无钴合金钢的Hugoniot弹性极限、层裂强度以及层裂片厚度等动态力学参数。  相似文献
