A dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2]2·2H2Owas synthesized and characterized, where, TATP=1,4,8,9-tetraazatriphenylene, and L-Leu=L-leucinate. The complex was crystallized in the triclinic space group P1, with two independent molecules in a unit cell. Two Cu(Ⅱ) ions in each complex [Cu2(TATP)2(L-Leu)2(CIO4)2] molecule were found to be in different coordination geometries, i.e., Cu2 or Cu4 of a distorted square-pyramidal geometry coordinated with two nitrogens of TATP, the amino nitrogen and one carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu and one oxygen of perchlorate, and Cul or Cu3 with an octahedral geometry coordinated with the above stated similar coordinated atoms, and another carboxylate oxygen of L-Leu coordinating to Cu2 or Cu4. The complex can interact with CT-DNA by an intercalative mode and cleave pBR322 DNA in the presence of ascorbate.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd(2,6-pyda)(N3)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416(4), b = 10.7638(17), c = 6.9224(11) A^°, β= 106.124(2)A^°, V = 1747.7(5) A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F(000) = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd(Ⅱ) atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE(H2O)6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn(pyda)n(Na)2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

A novel tetranuclear zinc(H) coordination polymer [Zn4(o-bda)a(p-pbim)4]n 1 (p-pbim = 4-pyridylbenzimidazole, o-bda2 = o-phenylenediacetic acid dianion) has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray singlecrystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group of P21/n with α = 14.231(1), b = 16.257(1), c = 16.794(1) ]k, β = 100.26(1)°, V = 3823.1(2)A3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.573 g/cm^3,β = 1.321 mm^-1, F(000) = 1856, R = 0.0420 and wR = 0.111. The Zn(1) atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving three carboxyl O atoms from two different o-bda ligands and two N atoms from two p-pbim ligands. The Zn(2) atom is coordinated by two oxygens from two distinct bda2- anions and two nitrogen atoms from two p-pbim ligands to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The Zn(Ⅱ) atoms are alternately interlinked by o-bda ligands in bis-monodentate or chelating-bidentate and monodentate modes into one-dimensional undulate chains along axis c with the adjacent Zn…Zn distances of 8.32 and 8.47 A. Such neighboring chains are further extended into a 1D bi-chain structure with two different subrings A and B, which are 32- and 14-membered rings through interchain p-pbim ligands. There exists a 2D supramolecular network linked by intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate 0(4) atom or coordinated carboxylate 0(7) atom and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N(2) and N(5) atoms with the O...N distances to be 2.695 and 2.807A.  相似文献

The reaction of 5-sulfosalicylic acid(H3-SSA) with o-phenanthroline(Phen),NaOH,and Mcl2(M=Zn,Cu) affords Zn(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2(1) and Cu(H-SSA)(Phen)(H2O)2 (2),respectively ,compounds 1 and 2 are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectra and single crystal Xray diffraction analysis. The X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 are isostructure. The 5-sulfosalicylic acid ligand loses two protons at the sulfo-group and carboxylic group during the reaction. The Zn(II) and Cu(II)ions are sixcoordinated and adopt distorted octahedral geometry, which are surrounded by two N atoms from Phen, two O atoms from two water molecules, one O atom from-SO3 group and one oxygen from carboxylic group of the other H-SSA.Compounds 1 and 2 have unprecedented one-dimensional linear chain formed by a repeating mononuclear structureal unit.which is bridged by H-SSA.The fluorescence intensity of 1 and 2 is stronger than that of Phen and H3-SSA at 400nm.The lowest excited single states of these complexes are assigned as mainly Phen localized 1(π π),The antibacterial activity test shows that compounds 1 and 2 strongly inhibit the growth of Streptococcus haemolyticus,Straphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.  相似文献

The supramolecular terbium complex, {[Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2(bpy)3(H2O)}n (NaH2SIP = 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt and bpy = 4,4'-bipyridyl), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Tb4O7 with NaH2SIP and bpy at 165 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectrum. It crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 30.6840(1), b = 10.9206(2), c = 17.4967(3) A, β= 111.931(1)°, V = 5438.65(14) A^3, Z = 4, C46H52N6O25S2Tb2, Mr = 1470.90, Dc = 1.796 g/cm^3, p = 2.747 mm^-1, F(000) = 2928, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1322 for 3806 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the neutral [Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2 motif, the Tb(III) ions are linked by the SIP ligands to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The zigzag chains are linked together by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to form a two-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated bpy molecules act as pillars to extend the two-dimensional sheets into a distinctive pillared three-dimensional supramolecular structure through O-H...N hydrogen bonds. The photoluminescence of the complex was investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

The central copper atom is chelated by two dmpzm ligands and coordinated by two bridging dca anions, forming a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The two external copper atoms adopt a square-pyramidal coordination geometry, coordinated by one chelating dmpzm ligand and one bridging and two terminal dca anions. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions result in the formation of a 2D (4,4) hydrogen-bonded network.  相似文献

The title complex [Cu2(Sams)2(H2O)2(bipy)]·(H2O) 1 (H2Sams = N-(2-hydroxybenzy) aminomethanesulfonic acid, bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu- (CH3COO)2·H2O, nESams and 4,4′-bipyridine in aqueous methanol. It was characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a= 10.9533(17), b = 8.3408(13), c = 16.714(3) A^°, β = 101.295(4)°, V = 1494.3(4) A^°3 and Z = 2. The asymmetric unit is comprised of a tridentate Schiff base Sams^2- anionic ligand, a 4,4′-bipyddine and two coordinated water molecules, thus forming a binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex. The coordination environment at Cu^Ⅱ center is described as a slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. Via intermolecular hydrogen bonds C(10)-H(10)…O(3) and C(13)- H(13)…O(3), an infinite supramolecular chain is yielded. A number of intermolecular hydrogen bonds greatly contribute to the stabilization of the solid-state structure for 1.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional Mn(Ⅱ) complex, [MnL2(bipy)(H2O)2]n 1, has been obtained by the reaction of MnCl2·4H2O, 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) and 1-(4-phenoxyacetate)-5-thioacetatetetrazole (H2L). The crystal crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group Pi with a = 7.6088(2), b = 12.2795(2), c = 13.6617(3)A, α = 75.416(2), β =79.264(2), γ = 74.271(2)°, V = 1179.48(4) A3, Z = 2, Mr = 555.43, F(000) = 570, Dc = 1.564 g/cm^3, μ = 0.704 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0454 and wR = 0.0849 for 3127 observed reflections (Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). The Mn(Ⅱ) is six-coordinated by two water molecules, two N atoms from bipy and two carboxylate O atoms from two L^2- to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Each L^2- ligand serves as a bridging ligand to link two Mn(Ⅱ) atoms, leading to a single-strand zigzag coordination polymer. Hydrogen-bonding interactions between adjacent chains as well as π-π stacking interactions extend the complex into a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the title compound emits strong red fluorescent light (λem(max) = 610 nm) in EtOH solution.  相似文献

A new mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) dithiocarbamate complex CuI(prdtc)(phen) 1 (prdtc = N-pyrrolidinyldithiocarbamate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.7110(9), b = 14.7143(14), c = 14.8507(15) A, β = 109.721(6)°, V = 1791.9(3) A3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.916 g/cm3, CI7H16CulN3S2, Mr = 516.89, λ(MoKa) = 0.71073A,μ = 3.178 mm^-1, F(000) = 1012, the final R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0987. A total of 4082 unique reflections were collected, of which 2916 with I 〉 2σ(I) were observed. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal geometry by one I atom in the apical position, two S atoms from a prdtc ligand and two N atoms from a phen ligand in the basal plane. There exist face-to-face aromatic π-π stacking interactions between adjacent phen ligands stabilizing the structure and making the complex assemble into a 1D structure along the a axis. It can be concluded that the difference of the dtc flexibility and reaction conditions result in the structural difference between complex 1 and CuI(dmdtc)(phen) (dmdtc = N, N-dimethyldithiocarbamate).  相似文献

One novel complex [Ni(phen)3],(C8H12O4)·(H2O)14 with hexane dicarboxylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 2.3475(5), b = 1.2208(2), c = 1.9499(4) nm, β= 114.682(3)°, V = 5.0778(16) nm^3, Dc = 1.339 g/cm^3, Z = 4,μ(MoKa) = 0.458 mm^-1, F(000) = 2168, GOOF = 1.014, R = 0.0401 and wR = 0.0961. The nickel(H) center in the title complex is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms of three 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The Cu center of complex 1 exhibits a square pyramidal coordination environment with one oxygen and two nitrogen atoms from deprotonated 2-carboxy-1,10-phenanthroline, one oxygen atom from water and one chloride ion. The Ni center of complex 2 assumes a distorted octahedral coordination geometry consisting of two oxygen atoms and four nitrogen atoms of two deprotonated 2-carboxy-1,10-phenanthroline molecules. The crystal of the title complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 6.8165(7), b = 15.3073(16), c = 12.3795(13) A^°, β= 95.0160(10)°, V= 1286.8(2) A^°^3, Mr = 360.26, Dc= 1.860 g/cm^3,μ = 2.074 mm^-1, F(000) = 724, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0252 and wR = 0.0675 for 2395 observed reflections with I 〉 20(I). The title complex is centrosymmetric and a pair of chlorides act as μ2-bridges to link two Cu(Ⅱ) ions forming a binuclear complex. Every Cu(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated by pyridyl N, imine N and sulfonate O atoms of the tridentate paba ligand as well as two bridging Cl^-, constructing the distorted square-pyramidal geometry. The mononuclear vanadium(Ⅴ) complex with 2-hydroxyl-1-naphthaldehyde isoncotinoyl hydrazone was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P2 1/n with a = 10.3153(15),b = 7.4024(11 ),c = 24.413(4) (A),β= 101.911(2)°,V= 1824.0(5) (A)3,Z = 4,Mr = 427.28,Dc = 1.556 g/cm3,F(000) = 880,μ(MoKα) =0.591,the final R = 0.0372 and wR = 0.0926.The vanadium(Ⅴ) atom adopts a distorted square-pyramidal geometry coordinated by the tridentate ligand and two oxygen atoms.The hydrogen bonds and strong π…π stacking interactions link the complex molecules into a 3-D network structure.  相似文献
