以突发危机事件应急决策为应用背景,讨论了双论域上模糊粗糙集的基本理论,建立了基于模糊相容关系的双论域模糊粗糙集模型. 在此基础上,把突发危机事件应急决策转化为一个具有模糊决策对象的双论域决策近似空间上的粗糙近似问题,构建了基于双论域模糊粗糙集的应急决策模型.首先在双论域近似空间中计算模糊决策对象的上(下)近似,进而结合经典非确定型决策的思想给出了突发危机事件应急决策的规则.同时,给出了模型的算法.该模型给出了一种在不完全信息环境下应急决策的方法,给出了在充分考虑决策者个人偏好信息基础上的决策置信度以及最优决策规则.该方法能够比较充分地符合应急决策信息不充分、资源有限以及时间紧迫的基本特征, 进而对突发危机事件应急决策提供科学的理论基础和现实的决策方法.最后,通过应用算例说明了模型的应用过程,结果验证了本文给出模型的有效性。  相似文献

Soft set theory, originally proposed by Molodtsov, has become an effective mathematical tool to deal with uncertainty. A type-2 fuzzy set, which is characterized by a fuzzy membership function, can provide us with more degrees of freedom to represent the uncertainty and the vagueness of the real world. Interval type-2 fuzzy sets are the most widely used type-2 fuzzy sets. In this paper, we first introduce the concept of trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy numbers and present some arithmetic operations between them. As a special case of interval type-2 fuzzy sets, trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy numbers can express linguistic assessments by transforming them into numerical variables objectively. Then, by combining trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy sets with soft sets, we propose the notion of trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy soft sets. Furthermore, some operations on trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy soft sets are defined and their properties are investigated. Finally, by using trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy soft sets, we propose a novel approach to multi attribute group decision making under interval type-2 fuzzy environment. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The soft set theory, originally proposed by Molodtsov, can be used as a general mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. Since its appearance, there has been some progress concerning practical applications of soft set theory, especially the use of soft sets in decision making. The intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is a combination of an intuitionistic fuzzy set and a soft set. The rough set theory is a powerful tool for dealing with uncertainty, granuality and incompleteness of knowledge in information systems. Using rough set theory, this paper proposes a novel approach to intuitionistic fuzzy soft set based decision making problems. Firstly, by employing an intuitionistic fuzzy relation and a threshold value pair, we define a new rough set model and examine some fundamental properties of this rough set model. Then the concepts of approximate precision and rough degree are given and some basic properties are discussed. Furthermore, we investigate the relationship between intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets and intuitionistic fuzzy relations and present a rough set approach to intuitionistic fuzzy soft set based decision making. Finally, an illustrative example is employed to show the validity of this rough set approach in intuitionistic fuzzy soft set based decision making problems.  相似文献

Preference relations are a powerful tool to address decision-making problems. In some situations, because of the complexity of decision-making problems and the inherent uncertainty, the decision makers cannot express their preferences by using numerical values. Interval linguistic preference relations, which are more reliable and informative for the decision-makers’ preferences, are a good choice to cope with this issue. Just as with the other types of preference relations, the consistency and consensus analysis is very importance to ensure the reasonable ranking order by using interval linguistic preference relations. Considering this situation, this paper introduces a consistency concept for interval linguistic preference relations. To measure the consistency of interval linguistic preference relations, a consistency measure is defined. Then, a consistency-based programming model is built, by which the consistent linguistic preference relations with respect to each object can be obtained. To cope with the inconsistency case, two models for deriving the adjusted consistent linguistic preference relations are constructed. Then, a consistency-based programming model to estimate the missing values is built. After that, we present a group consensus index and present some of its desirable properties. Furthermore, a group consensus-based model to determine the weights of the decision makers with respect to each object is established. Finally, an approach to group decision making with interval linguistic preference relations is developed, which is based on the consistency and consensus analysis. Meanwhile, the associated numerical examples are offered to illustrate the application of the procedure.  相似文献

在应用多属性决策理论求解应急响应预案评估问题时,问题结构的复杂性往往使决策者评价信息存在高度不确定性且属性相对重要性仅能以优先级关系来表征。为此,本文首先提出了双边犹豫模糊非均衡语言集这种新型信息形式以使决策者能够灵活有效的表征复杂评价信息,并定义了运算法则、熵和距离测度;其次,基于熵测度开发了双边犹豫模糊非均衡语言优先加权集成算子,并构建了能够考虑属性优先关系的多属性决策方法;进一步针对属性相对重要性不能由定性分析获得的情况,设计了客观权重确定方法,并构建了另一种更具实际灵活性的VIKOR决策方法;最后,实例研究表明了方法的有效性与优势。  相似文献

软集理论作为一种处理不确定问题的数学新工具弥补了传统模糊理论在参数工具上的不足。本文将广义模糊软集与多值直觉模糊集相结合,提出了广义多值直觉模糊软集的概念,给出了广义多值直觉模糊软集的交、并、补、“且”、“或”运算的概念,并基于这些概念研究其若干相关性质。此外,还将广义多值直觉模糊软集应用到多属性决策问题中去,给出相应的算法。并进行实例分析说明该决策方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

Molodtsov initiated the concept of soft set theory, which can be used as a generic mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. There has been some progress concerning practical applications of soft set theory, especially the use of soft sets in decision making. In this paper we generalize the adjustable approach to fuzzy soft sets based decision making. Concretely, we present an adjustable approach to intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets based decision making by using level soft sets of intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets and give some illustrative examples. The properties of level soft sets are presented and discussed. Moreover, we also introduce the weighted intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets and investigate its application to decision making.  相似文献

本文在直觉梯形模糊语言集的基础上,引入了Frank算子,提出一组新的算子——直觉梯形模糊语言Frank集结算子,并将其应用到多属性决策中。首先,本文提出了直觉梯形模糊语言集Frank算子的表达式,并给出相应的运算规则。然后提出了直觉梯形模糊语言Frank加权算术平均(ITrFLFWA)算子、直觉梯形模糊语言Frank加权几何平均(ITrFLFWG)算子、直觉梯形模糊语言Frank广义加权平均(ITrFLGFWA)算子等,并证明了其具有幂等性、有界性、单调性等性质。最后,通过实例验证了直觉梯形模糊语言Frank算子可以有效解决直觉梯形模糊语言环境下的多属性决策问题。  相似文献

Molodtsov’s soft set theory was originally proposed as a general mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty. Recently, decision making based on (fuzzy) soft sets has found paramount importance. This paper aims to give deeper insights into decision making based on fuzzy soft sets. We discuss the validity of the Roy-Maji method and show its true limitations. We point out that the choice value designed for the crisp case is no longer fit to solve decision making problems involving fuzzy soft sets. By means of level soft sets, we present an adjustable approach to fuzzy soft set based decision making and give some illustrative examples. Moreover, the weighted fuzzy soft set is introduced and its application to decision making is also investigated.  相似文献

研究了属性指标具有不相容性和模糊性及其指标的权重完全未知的模糊多属性决策问题.分析了目前广泛采用的模糊物元分析法以及仅有主观赋权法或客观赋权法确定其指标权重的缺点.根据物元可拓理论和理想解法的思想,定义了理想模糊物元和负理想模糊物元的概念.利用兼顾主观偏好和客观信息的综合权重赋值法,提出了基于综合权重的理想模糊物元多属性决策方法.该法既能充分利用指标本身所包含的客观信息,又能充分发挥决策者的主观能动性.实例研究结果表明该法能反映出决策方案间的细微差别,能对决策方案的优劣做出更准确有效的评价.  相似文献

This paper presents two methods of decision making, Weighted multi-choice goal programming (MCGP) and MINMAX MCGP. With the proposed Weighted MCGP method, decision makers can set different weights wi for each goal with linguistic terms, such as high, average and low, which can be transformed into trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Meanwhile, with the proposed MINMAX MCGP method, this study also let decision makers set the satisfaction membership function for each goal according to their preference in order to eliminate the effect of different scales in each goal.This paper also investigates the relationship between Weighted multi-choice goal programming and MINMAX multi-choice goal programming. According to the sensitivity analysis, decision makers can get the solution with the minimum aggregate deviation for all multiple goals from the Weighted multi-choice goal programming. Meanwhile, decision makers can get the solution with the most balanced solution between all multiple goals from the MINMAX multi-choice goal programming method. The weight variable is introduced to the above two methods to provide decision-makers with a mechanism to evaluate the discrepancy between the maximum aggregate achievement and the most balanced solution, enabling decision-makers to reach the preferable decision for their situation. A real-world problem of supplier selection by the purchasing and sales managers of a manufacturing company is used to illustrate the differing solutions given by the two models.  相似文献

Rough set theory has been combined with intuitionistic fuzzy sets in dealing with uncertainty decision making. This paper proposes a general decision-making framework based on the intuitionistic fuzzy rough set model over two universes. We first present the intuitionistic fuzzy rough set model over two universes with a constructive approach and discuss the basic properties of this model. We then give a new approach of decision making in uncertainty environment by using the intuitionistic fuzzy rough sets over two universes. Soft set theory was originally proposed by Molodtsov as a general mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainty in 1999. Recently, researches of decision making based on soft sets have got some progress, but few people consider multi-experts situation. As such, this paper discusses multi-experts group decision making problems. Firstly, we give a concept of intuitionistic fuzzy soft matrix (IFSM) and prove some relevant properties of IFSM. Then, an adjustable approach is presented by means of median level soft set and p-quantile level soft set for dealing with decision making problems based on IFSM. Thirdly, we study aggregation methods of IFSM, give two kinds of aggregation operators and methods that how to determine experts’ weights under different situation with programming models, four corresponding algorithms have been proposed, too. Finally, a practical example has been demonstrated the reasonability and efficiency of these new algorithms.  相似文献
