The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (H2PHAc) and pyridine (py) ligands, [Cu(HPHAc)2(py)2], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.712 5(3) nm, b=1.533 2(2) nm, c=0.963 42(14) nm, β=111.866(2)°, V=2.347 6(6) nm3, and Dc=1.483 Mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 084. The structure was refined to final R1=0.071 4, wR2=0.166 1. The complex has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry, in which copper(Ⅱ) ion coordinates with two carboxylic oxygen atoms and two hydroxyl oxygen atoms from the two α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ligands, two nitrogen atoms from the two pyridine ligands. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 255346.  相似文献

A two-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cu(PAc)2(μ-3-PyOH)2]n(HPAc=phenyl acetic acid, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination. The title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.228 7(3) nm, b=0.967 05(19) nm, c=1.076 4(2) nm, β=109.93(3)° and V=1.202 4(5) nm3, Z=2, Mr=524.01, F(000)=542, μ=0.953 mm-1, R=0.030 9, wR=0.080 7. Each copper(Ⅱ) ion displays an elongated octahedron with two nitrogen atoms from two different 3-PyOH ligands and two oxygen atoms from two different terminal phenyl acetate groups occupying the basal positions and two oxygen atoms of two different 3-PyOH ligands from the neighbouring molecules occupying the axial positions. Each four identical mononuclear Cu(Ⅱ) unit in the two-dimensional layer is joined by four 3-PyOH ligands, related by inversion centers with a Cu…Cu separation of 0.723 5(10) nm across the 3-PyOH-N,O bridge in bc plane. A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd( μ-DPIA)2(H2O)]n (HDPIA=4,5-Diphenylimidazole-1-acetic acid), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthogonal space group Pca22 with unit cell parameters: a=1.509 6(3) nm, b=0.611 1(1) nm, c=3.216 4(6) nm, and V=2.967 1(10) nm3, Z=4, R=0.032 7, wR=0.086 7. The Cd atom is seven-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from two chelating DPIA- ligands and one water molecule, and displays a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Each DPIA- ligand bridges two adjacent Cd atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a axis direction. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 0.765 0(3) nm. A layer structure which parallels to the ab plane is further constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions. CCDC: 254247.  相似文献

A dinuclear cadmium complex, [Cd2(3-PyOH)4(FBA)4] (FBA-=4-formylbenzoate monoanion, C8H5O3, 3-PyOH=3-hydroxypyridine), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Each cadmium(II) ion is six-coordinated by four O atoms from three different FBA- groups and two N atoms from two different 3-PyOH ligands, giving a distorted octahedral geometry. The two cadmium(II) atoms are bridged by two FBA- groups, with the Cd…Cd distances being 0.392 8(6) nm. In addition, there are two kinds of π-π stacking interactions between the two adjacent parallel 3-PyOH ligands in the title complex, with the Cg…Cg (Cg is the centroid of the above rings) distances of 0.361 0(5) and 0.385 2(6) nm, respectively. A two-dimensional supramolecular layer structure is constructed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the carboxyl O atoms of the FBA- groups and the 3-PyOH ligands in ab plane. The crystal of binuclear zinc complex Zn2(dhaash)2(py)4 was obtained in DMF and pyridine, where H2dhaash is 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone-N-salicylhydrazone. It has been characterized by IR, UV, element analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data were as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a=1.108 98(11) nm, b=1.640 84(16) nm, c=1.445 14(14) nm, β=108.617(2)°, Z=2, V=2.492 1(4) nm3, Dc=1.466 g·cm-3, Mr=1 099.74, μ=1.031 mm-1, F(000)=1 136 and the final R=0.044 8 and wR=0.105 8 for 4 143 observed reflections with I≥2σ(I), respectively. The X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that, in the centrosymmetric binuclear complex molecule, two zinc(Ⅱ) centers are linked by two oxygen atoms (O(3) and O(3A)), respectively. Zn(1)…Zn(1A) distance is 0.314 81(6) nm, O(3)…O(3A) distance is 0.270 4(2) nm. Every zinc(Ⅱ) ion has an elongated octahedral coordination. For example, the two pyridine nitrogen atoms, one oxygen atom and one nitrogen atom from salicylhydrazone, one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in one dhaash2- ligand and one oxygen atom from 2,4-dihydroxy-5-acetylacetophenone in another dhaash2- ligand coordinated to zinc(Ⅱ) ion, respectively. Two zinc(Ⅱ) ions and all the 72 non-hydrogen atoms in the two dhaash2- ligands are in the same plane. CCDC: 261929.  相似文献

A coordination polymer of {[Co(2-OPA)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2]·6H2O}n (2-OPA-=2-oxo-1(4H)-pyridineacetate anion) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG, fluorescence and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic space group P1, with a=0.856 66(17) nm, b=0.859 58(17) nm, c=1.142 2(2) nm, α=69.64(3)°, β=68.35(3)°, γ=74.88(3)°, and V=0.724 4(3) nm3, Z=1, R=0.064 4, wR=0.159 8. Each Co atom occupies a special position of inversion center and has an octahedral coordination environment, defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two 2-OPA- ligands, two N atoms from two 4,4′-bipy ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Co(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by 4,4′-bipy ligands, forming a one-dimensional linetype chain structure. The closest Co…Co distance is 1.142 2(2) nm. The results of TG and fluorescent analysis show that the title coordination polymer is stable under 90.2 ℃ and has three emission peaks at 368, 422 and 484 nm. CCDC: 643626.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Zn(N3)2(bpp)]n[bpp=1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)-propane] was synthesized at room temperature and structurally characterized by means of X-ray single crystal diffraction. The results show that the polymer exhibits a linear chain structure; the Zn-Zn distance is 12.235?. Each Zn(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from bpp ligands and two nitrogen atoms from azido (N3-) groups, the coordination geometry of Zn(Ⅱ) ion is a slightly distorted tetrahedron, the angles around Zn(Ⅱ) ions are from 103.27° to 121.37°. In the solid-state structure of the polymer, the linear chains are stacked with parallel mode along a direction. Moreover, between adjacent chains, there are π-π interactions between pyridine rings, which are arranged in face-to-face fashion with interplanar distances of av. 3.821?. CCDC: 189591.  相似文献

Complex [Co(HOC10H6COO)2(H2O)4] was synthesized by reaction of hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid with CoCl2·6H2O. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and the structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a=0.675 8(2) nm, b=0.518 15(14) nm, c=2.962 9(9) nm, β=94.925(8)°. V=1.033 6(5) nm3, Z=2, D=1.624 Mg·m-3, F(000)=522. The Co atom has an octahedron coordination geometry and was six-coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two carboxylate ligands and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules. The complex molecules were linked by different hydrogen bonds to form a 2D network. The complex has thermal stability and shows a strong fluorescent emission at 421 nm (λex=342 nm). The title complex crystallizes in orthorhombic with space group Pna21, a=0.799 96(16) nm, b=0.823 77(16) nm, c=2.415 3(5) nm, V=1.591 6(6) nm3, Z=4, R=0.030 3, wR=0.070 0. The Ca atom is eight-coordinated by six O atoms of four 2-OPA- ligands and two water molecules, and displays a dodecahedron coordination geometry. Each 2-OPA- ligand bridges two adjacent Ca atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a direction. The Ca…Ca distance is 0.4102 2(8)nm. A two-dimensional supramolecular framework is further constructed by the hydrogen bonds and the weak π-π interactions. V=2.183 5(7) nm3, Z=4, Mr=653.60, Dc=1.988 g·cm-3, R=0.027 8, wR=0.058 1. The strontium atom has a bicapped triangular prismatic coordination geometry, involving four oxoacetate oxygen atoms, one ether oxygen atom from different 4-CPOA2- ligands and three water molecules. The complex [Mn(H2O)(phen)2(PAc)](ClO4) was synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen=1,10-phenanthroline and PAc=phenylac-etate group. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group,P1 , with a=0.9289(2)nm,b=1.2425(2)nm,c=1.4791(3)nm,α=114.34(3)°,β=91.25(3)°,γ=104.65(1)°,V=1.4893(4)nm3,Z=2,F(000)=686,Dc=1.489g·cm-3,μ=0.589mm-1. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion has a six-coordinate distorted-octahedral geometry with the four nitrogen atoms of two phen ligands,a coordinated-water oxygen atom, and a carboxylate oxygen atom of PAc-. Two adjacent copper(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the bis-tetradentate EDTA4- groups, constructing a two-dimensional layer structure along bc plane. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Crystal data: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=0.712 21(8) nm, b=1.170 93(14) nm, c=1.783 7(2) nm, β=111.828(2)°, and V=1.380 8(3) nm3, Dc=1.769 Mg·m-3, Z=2, F(000)=744, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.069 5, Gof=1.077, Δρ=328~-455 e·nm-3. The complex is packed by one centrosymmetry binuclear copper(Ⅱ) unit, oxalate dianion and NO3- anion. In the molecule structure of the title complex, two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by oxalate dianion and each Cu(Ⅱ) ions coordinates with two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline ligand and one oxygen atom from water to form a five-coordinate distorted square-pyramidal configuration. The hydrogen bonds are observed between coordinated water molecules and NO3- anions. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a two-dimensional stacking network structure, which is formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonds, intermolecular hydrogen bonds and stacking effect of aromatic ring. In the title complex, {[Cu3(H2O)8(4,4′-bipy)2(smbdc)2]·6H2O}n, Cu1 and Cu2 have different coordination environment. The 5-sulfo-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (smbdc3-) ligands form one-dimensional zigzag chains linked by Cu atoms. The two adjacent zigzag chains extend into one-dimensional ladder frameworks bridged by a secondary building unit [Cu(H2O)4(4,4′-bipy)2]2+. The novel copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer with 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone and hexamethylenetetramine ligands, {Cu(μ2-C10H8N2O3)( μ2-C6H12N4)1/2}n (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2-oxo-propionicacid benzoyl hydrazone), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results show that the crystal of the title coordination polymer belongs to monoclinic space group C2/c, the cell parameters are as follows: a=1.787 5(2) nm, b=0.730 93(9) nm, c=2.038 2(2) nm, β=92.890(2)°, and V=2.659 6(5) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.687 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo )=1.659 mm-1, F(000)=1 384, R=0.031 1, wR=0.079 0 for 2 454 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)) out of 2887 unique reflections. In this copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, each copper(Ⅱ) ion is five-coordinated with a geometry of distorted square-pyramid. Two oxygen atoms of the carboxyl of each C10H8N2O32- acts as a bridge to bond two neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions, leading to an infinite one-dimensional chainlike coordination polymer. Each chain is linked by coordinated hexamethylenetetramines with its neighbors to form an infinite two-dimensional network structure. CCDC: 255347.  相似文献

One dimensional chain cobalt coordination polymer has been synthesized with malic acid and cobalt(Ⅱ) chloride anhydrous, and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TGA and single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21, a=0.575 61(9) nm, b=0.905 86(14) nm, c=0.841 02(13) nm, β=105.350(2)°; V=0.422 88(11) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.924 Mg·m-3, μ=2.044 mm-1, F(000)=250, and final R1=0.029 3, wR2=0.074 2. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two different malate molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two adjacent cobalt(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by one malate groups in bis-monodentate mode, constructing a one dimensional chain structure along b axis, with the adjacent Co…Co distance being 0.530 9 nm. Moreover, the molecules are packed in three-dimensional supramolecular network though the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 704441.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.976 3(7)nm, b=0.989 41(7) nm, c=1.084 29(8) nm, α=65.661 0(10)°, β=75.234 0(10)°, γ=85.616 0(10)°, Z=2, V=0.925 44(12) nm3, Dc=1.568 g·cm-3, R1=0.031 5, wR2=0.081 4. In the complex, the central Ni(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, defined by two carboxyl O atoms and one N atom from same p-PhDTA2- group, two N atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. The two nickel (Ⅱ) ions are linked by p-PhDTA2- group into a dinuclear structure and extensive hydrogen bonds link the complex into a 2D supramolecular network. CCDC: 294084.  相似文献

Adjacent Mn(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups into a chain structure with the Mn…Mn separation of 0.977 1(3) nm. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 04(17) nm, V=2.494 7(9) nm3, Z=4, M=471.40, Dc=1.255 g·cm-3, μ=0.571 mm-1, F(000)=996, Rint=0.029 4, R=0.037 6 and wR=0.094 9. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four O atoms of water. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of monodentate, while the O atoms of water molecules coordinates in bridging mode.
