采用脉冲激光沉积法制备了BaTiO_3(BTO)与缺氧的铁磁绝缘态La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_(3-δ)(LSMO)构成的磁电复合薄膜,研究了20—300K温度区间内磁场对电极化特性和介电特性的影响.研究发现,施加磁场使得电滞回线的剩余极化强度和矫顽场均增大,其变化率峰值分别为111.9%和89.6%,峰值温度分别为40K和60K.异质结具有显著的磁介电效应,在测量温度区间内,磁场使得介电常数增大,介电损耗减小.在0.8T场强下,介电常数的最大磁致变化率出现在60K,达到了300%,而介电损耗也在此温度实现了最大变化,减小为零场时的50.9%.该磁电复合薄膜的磁致电极化和磁介电特性的极值均出现在LSMO层的磁电阻峰值温度附近,这说明磁场对电滞回线和介电参数的调制应该源自电荷相关的耦合作用.其可能的机理是磁场使得锰氧化物中的Mn离子局域磁矩趋于有序排列,并通过自旋-轨道耦合以及界面效应间接影响了BTO的电极化特性.研究结果对于多铁器件的开发和应用具有重要意义.  相似文献

多铁性材料CdCr2S4在磁相变温度附近的介电异常现象,为一定温度区间内共存的弛豫铁电性和铁磁性提供了磁电耦合的依据.基于Heisenberg模型,我们计算出了最近邻磁自旋对关联,最近邻磁自旋对关联通过磁电耦合修正阻碍极化翻转的激活能大小,使得被冻结在某一特定方向上的极化又能够在其它的可能取向上进行热翻转,改变了极化弛豫时间的分布,从而导致了介电性质在磁相变温度附近发生介电异常.同时,考虑温度、测量频率和磁场对介电性质的影响,得出的结果和实验数据很好吻合.  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备了Tb0.8Eu0.2MnO3多晶材料.对样品的X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明Eu3+固溶于TbMnO3中.测量了样品在低温(100 K ≤T≤ 300 K)和低频下(200 Hz≤f≤100 kHz)的复介电性质.在此温度区间内发现了两个介电弛豫峰.经分析认为低温峰(T≈170 K)起源于局域载流子漂移引起的偶极子极化效应,而高温峰(T≈290 K)则是由离子电导产生的边界和界面层的电容效应引起的.电阻率的测量显示在低温下(T≈230 K)存在明显的导电机制转变. 关键词: 多铁性材料 掺杂 介电性质  相似文献

介电体超晶格是一种新型的有序微结构材料.它具有通常均质材料所不具有的独特优异性能,展现出重要的应用前景.文章介绍了南京大学研究组关于介电体超晶格研究所取得的进展,如将多个光参量过程集成于一块介电体超晶格之中获得了多波长激光同时输出,研制成超晶格全固态三基色激光器原型,在介电体超晶格中将拉曼散射强度增强到104-105倍,用超晶格研制的器件填补了体波超声器件从几百MHz到几千MHz的空白频段,发现了微波与超晶格振动的强烈耦合以及极化激元(polariton)的激发与传播等.  相似文献

采用氧化物固相反应法,制备出纯氧化铝陶瓷及其分别掺杂稀土元素钇和镧的陶瓷样品.测量了样品的结构、介电特性和热导性能;研究了烧结温度对掺杂不同稀土元素的陶瓷样品的性能的影响.X射线衍射结果表明1500℃烧结后陶瓷样品形成了单一的固溶体.而氧化铝的热导率达到8.60W/(m·K),样品的介电性能稳定.我们发现掺杂Y3+和La3+的氧化铝陶瓷存在介电弛豫现象,并对该现象进行了机理分析.  相似文献

介电弥散和介电隔离率的温度非线性关系是弛豫铁电体的主要特征. 通过对掺杂成分以线性梯度递减的核壳结构进行热力学函数分析, 认为核壳结构能够在低温区保持较高的介电常数, 但不能导致介电隔离率与温度的非线性关系. 通过对不同浓度掺杂的铁电体扩散相变的比较, 认为掺杂浓度会影响晶粒掺杂成分的不均匀性, 在较宽的分布条件下会导致介电隔离率与温度的非线性关系. 因而在介电常数的峰值温度区域, 顺电相与铁电相的晶粒共存. 温度变化会影响两相比例及铁电畴的变化, 从而导致弛豫铁电体的介电弥散性. 核壳结构会增大介电弥散性. 铁电陶瓷的掺杂物种类、掺杂物浓度和烧结温度均会影响核壳结构的成分不均匀性和介电弥散性.  相似文献

全无机零维金属卤化物因其独特的光学性能和可溶液法加工的特点,有望成为替代铅卤钙钛矿的新一代发光材料,在固态照明和光电探测等领域发挥重要作用。本文报道了一种Cd2+掺杂的Cs2ZnCl4新型黄光荧光粉。该材料在270 nm紫外光激发下,呈现565 nm的宽带、长寿命(11.4 ms)发光,荧光量子产率达到46.0%。通过变温高分辨光谱测试分析,证明了其发光来源于Cd2+的3E→1A1禁戒跃迁,并且在低温下(<170 K)还观测到局域态激子的发光及其到Cd2+的高效能量传递过程。此外,该材料还展现出优异的抗热猝灭性能,150℃温度下的发光强度依然保持室温时的90.0%。本工作为Cd2+掺杂金属卤化物的激发态动力学提供了新发现,也为新型高效零维金属卤化物发光材料的设计开发提供了新思路。  相似文献

详细研究了锰掺杂量为x=0.1,0.3,0.5的LaTiO3样品中轨道重构对磁性质的影响.氧含量过掺杂的母体LaTiO3未出现任何转变,但在锰掺杂的样品中80K附近出现明显的磁性质转变行为.锰掺杂量x=0.1的样品在温度小于45K低场情况下,伴有磁化强度的涨落,表明了在材料中电子相分离的出现.随着锰掺杂量的增加,通过对Ti 3+离子t2 g轨道的有序的影响进而增强了体系的反铁磁成分.  相似文献

作为21世纪备受瞩目的材料,石墨烯兼具优异的电、热、光与力学性质,具有十分广阔的研究价值与应用价值.目前主要通过在金属基底上生长获得石墨烯,并将其转移至目标介电层基底上以构筑电子器件.转移过程不可避免地引入了褶皱、裂纹、破损以及聚合物/金属残留,严重损害了石墨烯的性能.因而直接在介电基底上制备高质量的石墨烯薄膜具有重要意义.本文总结了近年来在介电衬底上直接生长石墨烯的研究进展:阐述了金属辅助法、等离子体增强法以及热力学或动力学调控法等多种生长手段;介绍了多种介电/绝缘基底包括SiO_2/Si,Al_2O_3,SrTiO_3,h-BN,SiC,Si_3N_4以及玻璃表面生长石墨烯的特点与性能,分析了其可能的生长机理.根据拉曼谱图、薄层电阻、透光率、载流子迁移率等评估指标,将多种方法得到的石墨烯质量进行了总结与比较,并提出了直接在介电衬底上生成石墨烯的研究难点与趋势.  相似文献

界面效应在提升异质结构材料的多铁性能方面有着重要的作用. 本文采用脉冲激光沉积技术在SrTiO3(STO)基片上制备了Bi0.8Ba0.2FeO3(BBFO)/La2/3Sr1/3MnO3(LSMO)异质结. X-射线衍射图谱表明异质结呈现单相外延生长, 利用高分辨透射电镜进一步证实了BBFO为四方相结构. X-射线光电子能谱证实异质结中只存在Fe3+ 离子, 没有产生价态的变化, 揭示了异质结铁电和铁磁性的增强与BBFO/LSMO的界面有关. 同时, 测试了磁电阻(MR)和磁介电(MD), 当磁场强度为0.8 T, 温度为70 K时, MR约为-42.2%, MD约为21.2%. 并且发现在180 K时出现磁相的转变. 实验结果揭示出异质界面效应在提升材料的多铁性和磁电耦合效应方面具有超常的优点, 是加快多铁材料实际应用的有效途径.  相似文献

We report the observation of magnetoelectric and magnetodielectric effects at different temperatures in Mn-substituted yttrium orthoferrite, YFe(1-x)Mn(x)O(3)(0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.40). Substitution of Mn in antiferromagnetic YFeO(3)(T(N) = 640 K) induces a first-order spin-reorientation transition at a temperature, T(SR), which increases with x whereas the Néel temperature (T(N)) decreases. While the magnetodielectric effect occurs at T(SR) and T(N), the ferroelectricity appears rather at low temperatures. The origin of magnetodielectric effect is attributed to spin-phonon coupling as evidenced from the temperature dependence of Raman phonon modes. The large magnetocapacitance (18% at 50 kOe) near T(SR) = 320 K and high ferroelectric transition temperature (~115 K) observed for x = 0.4 suggest routes to enhance magnetoelectric effect near room temperature for practical applications.  相似文献

We have investigated the low-temperature magnetism and spin-lattice coupling in (Bi 0.46 Na 0.46 Ba 0.08)TiO 3:Co in order to understand the magnetoelectric effect in such artificially synthesized dilute magnetic ferroelectrics.It is revealed that the as-prepared (Bi 0.46 Na 0.46 Ba 0.08)TiO 3:Co at Co content of 20%~30% exhibits fascinating ferrimagnetism which is robust against magnetic field,the abnormal spin-lattice coupling characterized by a negative magnetostriction effect;and the suppressed magnetic moment within the temperature range of 30 K~50 K is identified.These magnetic behaviours at low temperatures can be explained by the competition between the ferrimagnetic response and the magnetic moment suppression induced by the abnormal spin-lattice coupling effect.Finally,the ferroelectric and magnetodielectric properties are also discussed.  相似文献

In multiferroic ferroelectromagnets, microscopic coupling interaction between the ferroelectric and magnetic order results in the macroscopic correlation between the dielectric and magnetic properties, which is defined as magnetodielectric effect. If we classify multiferroic ferroelectromagnets as two kinds: ferroelectric-ferromagnets and ferroelectric-antiferromagnets, we find the magnetodielectric behavior of these two kinds of ferroeletromagnets show obvious difference. We analyze the origin of the different magnetodielectric behavior and find that the fluctuation of the spin-pair correlation plays a critical role. Soft-mode theory based on DIFFOUR model and the mean-field theory are combined to deal with multiferroic ferroelectromagnetic system.  相似文献

We have studied the magnetodielectric response of Y2Cu2O5, the so-called blue phase in the Y2O3-CuO-BaO phase diagram. Based on symmetry principles, we predict and demonstrate magneto-dielectric coupling on a single crystal sample. We report an anomaly in the dielectric constant at the ordering temperature of the Cu spins. We probe the magnetic field-induced phase transitions between four different magnetic phases using magneto-capacitance measurements, demonstrating relatively strong magnetodielectric coupling. We observe an increase in dielectric constant in the spin-flip phase where there exists spontaneous magnetization. We construct a detailed magnetic phase diagram. The magnetodielectric coupling is analyzed in terms of striction induced by symmetric superexchange and optical phonon frequency shifts.  相似文献

本文采用溶胶-凝胶工艺并结合脉冲激光沉积技术, 在Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si衬底上制备了Co/Co3O4/PZT多铁复合薄膜. 对复合薄膜的微结构和组分进行了表征, 并系统研究了复合薄膜中的交换偏置效应及其对磁电耦合作用的影响. 研究结果表明, 复合薄膜在77 K具有明显的交换偏置效应, 交换偏置场达到80 Oe, 且交换偏置场及矫顽场均随温度降低而增大. 当温度降低到10 K时, 交换偏置场增至160 Oe. X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试结果证实在Co和Co3O4界面处存在约5 nm厚的CoO层, 表明77 K下的交换偏置效应源自反铁磁的CoO层对Co的钉扎作用. 观察到复合薄膜的电容-温度曲线随着外加磁场大小和方向的改变而呈现出规律性的变化, 表明复合薄膜存在磁电耦合效应. 进一步研究发现, 在低温下复合薄膜呈现出各向异性的磁电容效应, 与磁场大小和方向密切相关. 复合薄膜的这种磁电耦合特性主要与复合体系的交换偏置效应及基于界面应力传递的磁电耦合作用有关, 本文对其中的物理机理进行了详细讨论与分析.  相似文献

The effect of an external magnetic field on permittivity has been studied in a Cu3B2O6 single crystal with a layered structure in the direction perpendicular to layers (bc-planes). It has been found that the appreciable magnetodielectric effect in the temperature range below the Néel temperature (≈10 K) takes place only at one magnetic field orientation H and one crystallographic direction, i.e., H || b. Such “selectivity” of the magnetodielectric effect correlates with the anisotropic behavior of magnetic properties of the crystal.  相似文献

基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,系统地研究了过渡金属原子插层的单层氧化/氢化石墨烯的磁学性质和铁电性质.在考虑了电子在位库仑作用和自旋轨道耦合作用下,得到了过渡金属Fe、Cr插层形成的C2X2TM二维单层膜的稳定结构以及基态磁性结构,研究了不同应变作用下C2X2TM的磁性、能带、铁电极化以及电子结构的变化.结果发现,对于任何应变下的C2X2TM其基态磁性都为手性逆时针反铁磁结构.在无应变时体系存在一个较大的离子翻转势垒,通过外加双轴应变,可有效调控体系的势垒高度和能隙,发现25%应变下C2O2Cr和30%应变时C2O2Fe单层薄膜具有与GeS等二维铁电材料相近的铁电极化和翻转势垒,这些研究结果表明C2O2Fe(Cr)单层薄膜是一种新型二维多铁性材料.  相似文献

By close analogy with multiferroic materials with coexisting long-range electric and magnetic orders a "multiglass" scenario of two different glassy states is observed in Sr(0.98)Mn(0.02)TiO(3) ceramics. Sr-site substituted Mn2+ ions are at the origin of both a polar and a spin glass with glass temperatures T(g) approximately equal to 38 K and < or =34 K, respectively. The structural freezing triggers that of the spins, and both glassy systems show individual memory effects. Thanks to strong spin-phonon interaction within the incipient ferroelectric host crystal SrTiO3, large higher order magnetoelectric coupling occurs between both glass systems.  相似文献

Nanoplates of NiS with thickness 0.6 nm were grown within the crystal channels of Na-4 mica. The thickness of the nanoplates is confirmed by atomic force microscopy. The nanocomposites exhibited multiferroic (both ferromagnetic and ferroelectric) behavior at room temperature. Ferromagnetism was adduced to an increase of surface defects as a result of the two-dimensional configuration of the sample. Ferroelectric behavior was explained as arising due to a small distortion in the crystal structure of NiS grown within the Na-4 mica channels. This was substantiated by the refined values of lattice constants as determined by profile matching of X-ray data by a computer program. A magnetodielectric effect was also observed in this nanocomposite with a change of 0.77% in the dielectric constant for a magnetic field of 0.6 T.  相似文献
