芳醛1与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮(2)在氯化三乙基苄基铵(TEBA)催 化下在水中生成2,2'-芳业甲基双(3-羟基-5,5-二甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮 )(3),若在体系中有对甲苯磺酸存在时则生成3,3,6,6-四甲基-9-芳基- 1,8-二氧代八氢化氧杂蒽(4)或3,3-二甲基-9-(3-羟基-5,5-二甲基 -2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基)-1-氧代四氢代氧杂蒽(6)而不是生成3,产率接 近定量。  相似文献

报道了3-甲酰基色酮经Jones试剂氧化后得到3-羧基色酮,再与3-芳基-4 -氨基-5-硫酮-1,2,4-三唑在POCl3作用下,得到一系列3-(3′-芳基- 5′-硫酮-1′,2′,4′-三唑-′-基)-氨甲酰基色酮类化合物。所有化合 物的结构均经IR,LCMS,^1HNMR,元素分析确证。  相似文献

以1-取代苯基-3-羰基肼-1,4-二氢-6-甲基-4-哒嗪酮为原料,进行 衍生化,合成了哒嗪酮的酰腙、酰氨基取代脲、N-乙氧基羰基羰基肼、N-氯乙酰 基羰基肼等五类新型化合物,并研究其生物活性。初步生物活性测试表明目标化合 物对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)、水稻纹枯病(Pellcularia sasakki)和小麦锈病( Puccinia recondita tritici)具有一定的抑制作用。其结构经元素分析、红外光 谱及^1H NMR确证。  相似文献

芳醛、5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮、丙二酸亚异丙酯经微波辐射发生缩合、加成、环化及消去反应,一步合成了7,7-二甲基-4-芳基-2,5-二氧代-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-八氢喹啉和7,7-二甲基-4-芳基-5-氧代-3,4,5,6,7,8-六氢香豆素,反应在3-5min内完成,产率优良。产物的结构经红外及核磁共振等方法确证。  相似文献

利用1,3-环己二酮和1,4-苯二甲醛为原料,在微酸介质中通过羟醛缩合和脱水反应,合成了9,9’-(1,4-亚苯基)-2H,2’H,3H,3’H,4H,4’H,5H,5H’,6H,6’H,7H,7’H,9H,9’H-十四氢-二-吖啶-1,1’,8,8'-四酮(化合物Ⅰ)。提出了化合物Ⅰ生成的反应机理。将化合物Ⅰ与季戊四醇在Ⅰ,催化下反应,生成了目标化合物9,9’-(1,4-亚苯基)-2H,2’H,3H,3’H,4H,4’H,5H,5H’,6H,6’H,7H,7’H,9H,9’H-十四氢-二-吖啶-1,1’,8,8’-四酮缩双季戊四醇(化合物Ⅱ),收率为40%。产物和中间体用IR、^1H NMR、MS和元素分析进行了结构表征。在含有螺环单元的化合物Ⅱ^1H NMR中,亚甲基中的8个氢由于受手性轴和苯环的影响而裂分成8重峰。对影响反应的因素特别是副产物生成的原因进行了探讨  相似文献

设计合成了具有降血糖活性的3-甲基-1-苯基4-[4-[[5-甲基-2-(4-取代芳基)-嗯唑4-基]甲氧基]-芳亚甲(苄)基]}-2-吡唑啉-5-酮类化合物.用丁二酮单肟和(取代的)苯甲醛环合、氯化得到氯甲基嗯唑衍生物,与对羟基苯甲醛或香兰醛缩合,再与3-甲基-1-苯基-2-吡唑啉-5-酮进行Knoevenagel反应及催化氢化得到目标化合物(Ⅰ和Ⅱ),共合成了16个未见文献报道的新化合物,并利用元素分析、IR、MS和^1H NMR确证了化合物的结构.初步药理试验结果表明,所合成的化合物有抑制血糖升高的倾向以及能明显加强和延长外源性胰岛素的降血糖作用,其中化合物Ib,Id和If尤为突出,说明这类化合物可能有增强胰岛素敏感性的作用.  相似文献

利用1,3-二芳基-2-[(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]-2-丙烯-1-酮7与取代硫酚进行1,4-亲核加成,经重排得到化合物4,将化合物4用NaBH4还原,得到目标化合物5,其结构经元素分析、^1H NMR和红外光谱所确证,并测试化合物5对小麦锈病的活性,结果发现大部分化合物的杀菌活性均较低。  相似文献

在DMF溶剂中,不外加催化剂使邻取代芳香醛(1)与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己三酮(2)发生缩合和加成反应生成3,3,6,6-四甲基-4a-羟基-9-芳基-1,8二氧化-2,3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,9a-十氢化-1H氧杂蒽(3a~3d)。在同样条件下,邻羟基芳香醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己三酮则发生缩合,加成和脱水反应生成3,3-二甲基-9-(5,5-二甲基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基)-1-氧代-2,3,4,9-四氢化-1 氧杂蒽(4a~4b)。用单晶X-射线分析法确定了产物3a和4a的晶体结构。  相似文献

The 5,5‐dimethylpyrazolidin‐3‐one ( 4 ), prepared from ethyl 3‐methylbut‐2‐enoate ( 3 ) and hydrazine hydrate, was treated with various substituted benzaldehydes 5a – i to give the corresponding (1Z)‐1‐(arylmethylidene)‐5,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxopyrazolidin‐1‐ium‐2‐ide azomethine imines 6a – i . The 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reactions of azomethine imines 6a – h with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (=dimethyl but‐2‐ynedioate; 7 ) afforded the corresponding dimethyl pyrazolo[1,2‐a]pyrazoledicarboxylates 8a – h , while by cycloaddition of 6 with methyl propiolate (=methyl prop‐2‐ynoate; 9 ), regioisomeric methyl pyrazolo[1,2‐a]pyrazolemonocarboxylates 10 and 11 were obtained. The regioselectivity of cycloadditions of azomethine imines 6a – i with methyl propiolate ( 9 ) was influenced by the substituents on the aryl residue. Thus, azomethine imines 6a – e derived from benzaldehydes 5a – e with a single substituent or without a substituent at the ortho‐positions in the aryl residue, led to mixtures of regioisomers 10a – e and 11a – e . Azomethine imines 6f – i derived from 2,6‐disubstituted benzaldehydes 5f – i gave single regioisomers 10f – i .  相似文献

以丙酮和甲酸乙酯为原料, 在醇钠的作用下合成了1,3,5-三乙酰基苯(1). 1与二溴新戊二醇在酸的作用下发生缩酮化反应, 制成1,3,5-三-(1-甲基-2,6-二氧杂-4,4-二溴甲基环己基)苯(2). 2与5,5-二甲基-4,6-二氧杂-1,3-环己二酮在乙醇钠的作用下合成了1,3,5-三-[7-(7-甲基-2,2-二-乙氧羰基-6,8-二氧杂螺[3.5]-壬基)]苯(3). 将3在氯仿中与季戊四醇进行酯交换反应得到产物1,3,5-三-[7-(7-甲基-2,2-二-(2,2-二羟甲基-3-羟基丙氧基羰基)-6,8-二氧杂螺[3.5]-壬基)]苯(4). 收率为47.7%. 标题化合物及中间产物使用IR, 1H NMR和MS或元素分析进行了表征.  相似文献

合成了一种新型聚合单体 1 甲基 4,5 二 (4 氯代苯甲酰基 )环己烯 ,并与 4 (3 ,5 二甲基 4 羟基苯基 ) 2 ,3 二氮杂萘 1 酮单体经亲核取代反应 ,成功地合成了含环己烯结构的杂环联苯型聚醚酮聚合物 .用FT IR、1H NMR、DSC、X 射线衍射等方法对聚合物进行了表征 ,并研究了聚合物的溶解性能 .结果表明 ,聚合物是一种具有较高的玻璃化温度的可溶性无规共聚物 .聚合物含有不饱和双键结构 ,是一种反应性高分子  相似文献

An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 2-[3(5)-aryl(methyl)pyrazol-4-yl]-1H-benzimidazoles by cyclocondensation of 2-acylmethyl-1H-benzimidazoles benzoylhydrazones with DMF dimethylacetal. The tautomerism of the compounds obtained via migrations of a proton between the pyrazole nitrogen atoms has been studied by 1H NMR. Acid‐catalyzed Friedel–Crafts alkylation of 1,3‐dicarbonyl compounds with electrophilic alcohols, is known to be an effective C? C bond forming reaction. However, until now, this reaction has not been amenable for α‐alkylation of aryl methyl ketones because of the notoriously low nucleophilicities of these compounds. Therefore, α‐alkylation of aryl methyl ketone relies on precious metal catalysts and also, the use of primary alcohols is mandatory. In this study, we found that a system composed of a Fe(OTf)3 catalyst and chlorobenzene solvent is sufficient to promote the title Friedel–Crafts reaction by using benzhydrols as electrophiles. 3,4‐Dihydro‐9‐(2‐hydroxy‐4,4‐dimethyl‐6‐oxo‐1‐cyclohexen‐1‐yl)‐3,3‐dimethyl‐xanthen‐1(2 H)‐one was also applicable as an electrophile in this type of benzylation reaction. On the basis of this result, a three‐component reaction of salicylaldehyde, dimedone, and aryl methyl ketone was also developed, and this provided an efficient way for the synthesis of densely substituted 4H‐chromene derivatives.  相似文献

The structure of the Diels-Alder cycloadduct formed from 2-(1,2,3-1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-2-(p-tolyl)-2H-isoindole and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate was proved as 11-aza-1-(1,2,3-1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-11-(4-methylphenyl)-tricyclo-[5.2.1.0(2.7)]undeca-2,4,6.9-tetraene-9,10-dioic acid dimethyl ester. The benzotriazole moiety was located as its 1-yl form, analogous to previous reports. The benzotriazole and the benzene (of tricyclo framework) planes were twisted with an angle of 115.83 degrees. Intramolecular close contacts between benzotriazole and ester are characteristic [N(3)...C(26), 2.754(3)A; N(3)...H(22), 3.26(4)A]. The shortest contact of N(3)...H(22) accounting for the rotation of the methyl group is estimated to be 3.10 A, which might be reasonable as C-H...N-type hydrogen bonding.  相似文献
