基于光反馈半导体激光器(SL)速率方程模型,理论仿真研究了高斯切趾型光纤布拉格光栅(GAFBG)反馈SL(GAFBGF-SL)混沌输出的延时特征(TDS)以及混沌带宽特性.结果表明:随着反馈强度的增加,GAFBGF-SL表现出由准周期进入混沌的动力学演化路径;通过合理选择GAFBG布拉格频率与SL中心频率之间的频率失谐及反馈强度,GAFBGF-SL混沌输出的TDS能得到有效抑制(低于0.02);通过进一步绘制混沌信号TDS及带宽在GAFBG布拉格频率与SL中心频率之间的频率失谐和反馈强度构成的参量空间中的分布图,确定了获取弱TDS、宽带宽光混沌信号的参数范围. 相似文献

We present a method for synchronization of chaos generators based on transmission of an analog chaotic waveform in a digital form. Experimental comparisons between digital and analog transmission of chaos from a delayed differential feedback system are performed. Synchronization is demonstrated to be between 18 and 39 dB (or equivalently 63 to 7943 times) better for digital transmission than analog. Coherent chaotic modulation and demodulation is demonstrated in a situation where there is no effective synchronization using analog transmission. 相似文献

The system of unidirectionally coupled klystron chaos generators with delayed feedback has been experimentally and theoretically investigated. A new technique for diagnostics of generalized chaotic synchronization is proposed, which is based on the spectral analysis of a signal from a response klystron generator. A chaotic system is constructed on the basis of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs), where a slave VCSEL subject to chaotic optical injection (COI) from a master VCSEL with the external feedback. The complex degree (CD) and time-delay signature (TDS) of chaotic signals generated by this chaotic system are investigated numerically via permutation entropy (PE) and self-correlation function (SF) methods, respectively. The results show that, compared with master VCSEL subject to optical feedback, complex-enhanced chaotic signals with TDS suppression can be achieved for S-VCSEL subject to COI. Meanwhile, the influences of several controllable parameters on the evolution maps of CD of chaotic signals are carefully considered. It is shown that the CD of chaotic signals for S-VCSEL is always higher than that for M-VCSEL due to the CIO effect. The TDS of chaotic signals can be significantly suppressed by choosing the reasonable parameters in this system. Furthermore, TDS suppression and high CD chaos can be obtained simultaneously in the specific parameter ranges. The results confirm that this chaotic system may effectively improve the security of a chaos-based communication scheme. 相似文献

基于垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的自旋反转模型, 数值研究了由一个光反馈VCSEL (定义为主VCSEL, M-VCSEL)输出的混沌光单向注入到另一个VCSEL (定义为副VCSLE, S-VCSEL)所构成的主副VCSELs系统的混沌动力学特性, 分析了注入强度、M-VCSEL与S-VCSEL之间的频率失谐以及M-VCSEL所受到的光反馈强度对系统混沌输出时延特征(包括强度时延特征(I-TDS) 和相位时延特征(P-TDS))以及输出带宽(BW)的影响. 结果显示: 通过调节注入强度和频率失谐, 该系统混沌输出的两个偏振分量(X-PC和Y-PC)的P-TDS和I-TDS可以同时得到抑制; 进一步分析注入强度和频率失谐对混沌BW的影响, 发现在较大负频率失谐区域, 系统可输出BW超过30 GHz 的X-PC和Y-PC混沌信号; 结合系统混沌输出信号的TDS与BW在注入强度和频率失谐参量空间下的演化特性, 可确定宽带宽、低时延特征混沌信号输出的参量空间区域. 此外, 通过合理调节M-VCSEL 所受到的光反馈强度, 可以显著优化系统的混沌输出信号质量. 相似文献

基于混沌激光实现全光物理随机数发生器的物理基础是完成对混沌光信号的高速实时全光采样. 本文利用偏振无关的SOA构建出TOAD全光采样门, 以光反馈半导体激光器产生混沌激光, 对混沌激光的全光采样可行性进行了原理性实验论证, 实现了对光反馈半导体激光器产生的6.4 GHz带宽的混沌激光5 GSa/s的实时、高保真全光采样. 进一步研究显示, 光采样周期与外腔反馈时间成比例与否对混沌信号弱周期性的抑制水平影响显著. 当两者不成比例时, 可有效消除原始混沌信号的弱周期性, 有利于高质量物理随机数的产生. 相似文献

基于光反馈半导体激光器产生的宽带混沌信号作为物理熵源生成物理随机数已得到广泛研究.线宽增强因子的存在会导致半导体激光器出现大量不稳定动态特性,因此,本文着重研究半导体激光器的线宽增强因子对生成随机数性能的影响.数值仿真结果表明:随着线宽增强因子的增加,光反馈半导体激光器输出混沌信号的延时峰值逐渐减小、最大李雅普诺夫指数逐渐增大.基于不同线宽增强因子下产生的混沌信号提取随机数,并利用NIST SP 800-22软件对生成随机数的性能进行测试.测试结果表明,选取线宽增强因子较大的半导体激光器产生混沌信号作为物理熵源易于生成性能良好的随机数. 相似文献

微波管中离子张弛振荡引起的噪声对其工作性能有很大影响,已成为微波管领域研究的焦点之一.用包络方程描述电子束特性,用离散的宏粒子模型描述离子特性,在此基础上编写了一维粒子模拟程序,对行波管与速调管模拟,得到张弛振荡的时间序列;将振荡看作是一个复杂非线性动力学系统的响应,分析了离子张弛振荡时间序列的功率谱、重构相图及Lyapunov指数,指出离子张弛振荡具有混沌性质,为研究离子张弛振荡的控制与带有离子振荡噪声信号的处理提供了参考.

The chaos in the KdV Burgers equation describing a ferroelectric
system has been successfully controlled by using a continuous
feedback control. This system has two stationary points. In order to
know whether the chaos is controlled or not, the instability of
control equation has been analysed numerically. The numerical
analysis shows that the chaos can be converted to one point by using
one control signal, however, it can converted to the other point by
using three control signals. The chaotic motion is converted to two
desired stationary points and periodic orbits in numerical experiment

In this paper we present the control and synchronization of a coupled Bragg acousto-optic bistable map system using nonlinear feedback technology. This nonlinear feedback technology is useful to control a temporally chaotic system as well as a spatiotemporally chaotic system. It can be extended to synchronize the spatiotemporal chaos. It can work in a wide range of the controlled and synchronized signals, so it can decrease the sensitivity down to a noise level. The synchronization can be obtained by the analysis of the largest conditional Lyapunov exponent spectrum, and easily implemented in practical systems just by adjusting the coupled strength without any pre-knowledge of the dynamic system required. 相似文献

In this paper, a novel experimental chaotic synchronization technique via analog transmission is discussed. We demonstrate through Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) implementation design the robust synchronization of two embedded hyperchaotic Lorenz generators interconnected with an analog transmission line. The basic idea of this work consists in combining a numerical generation of chaos and transmitting it with an analog signal. The numerical chaos allows to overcome the callback parameter mismatch problem and the analog transmission offers robust data security. This paper presents a novel electronic locking key based on discrete-time chaos synchronization. Two Chen chaos generators are synchronized using the Model-Matching Approach, from non-linear control theory, in order to perform the encryption/decryption of the signal to be transmitted. A model/transmitter system is designed, generating a key of chaotic pulses in discrete-time. A plant/receiver system uses the above mentioned key to unlock the mechanism. Two alternative schemes to transmit the private chaotic key are proposed. The first one utilizes two transmission channels. One channel is used to encrypt the chaotic key and the other is used to achieve output synchronization. The second alternative uses only one transmission channel for obtaining synchronization and encryption of the chaotic key. In both cases, the private chaotic key is encrypted again with chaos to solve secure communication-related problems. The results obtained via simulations contribute to enhance the electronic locking devices. 相似文献

提出并仿真论证了利用一个双光反馈垂直腔面发射激光器(定义为主VCSEL,M-VCSEL)产生的混沌光平行单向注入到另一个VCSEL(定义为副VCSEL,S-VCSEL)使所产生的混沌信号的延时特征(TDS)和带宽特性得以优化的技术方案.首先,基于VCSELs自旋反转模型,结合自相关分析方法,通过对系统参量进行优化,可使双光反馈M-VCSEL的X偏振分量(X-PC)和Y偏振分量(Y-PC)均输出混沌信号,且两路混沌信号的平均强度相当、TDS均较弱;在此基础上,将双光反馈M-VCSEL在优化条件下得到的混沌信号平行单向注入到S-VCSEL中,以获得两路TDS得到抑制、带宽更宽的混沌信号.通过考察两个偏振分量输出混沌信号的TDS以及混沌带宽在注入强度和频率失谐构成的参数空间的演化规律,确定了系统获取两路TDS被抑制、宽带宽的混沌信号所需的注入参数范围. 相似文献
