为了提高频率选择表面(FSS)设计优化速度, 利用等效电路方法对基于集总元件加载的微型化FSS结构进行了分析. 根据FSS物理结构建立了相应的等效电路模型, 通过ADS软件对全波分析曲线进行拟合提取了等效电路模型参数, 通过延长曲线范围增加极值点个数提高拟合参数精度. 利用所提取的等效电路参数计算了不同LC 参数下FSS的传输特性, 与全波分析精确结果相对比, 电路模型计算的透过率略高, 中心频点及-3 dB带宽与全波分析结果的相对误差均小于10%. 证明了利用等效电路模型分析复杂FSS结构的可行性, 为FSS设计和快速优化提供了参考. 关键词: 频率选择表面 等效电路 集总元件  相似文献

为了实现双通带频率选择表面(FSS)在较厚介质基底、 较大频带间隔和入射角度下的工程应用, 设计制备了一种性能优良的Ku/Ka波段双频FSS结构. 利用FSS栅瓣图分析了FSS具有稳定滤波特性的条件. 应用矢量模式匹配法计算了基于分形技术和复合图形技术的FSS的传输特性. 根据单元谐振模式和FSS传输特性归纳了厚介质基底、较远双通带FSS的设计原则, 最终优化出一种由方环复合“Y”环单元组成的FSS结构. 结果表明: 该结构在6.7 mm厚介质基底上0°-45°扫描范围内, 在Ku/Ka波段具有稳定的双频传输特性, 透过率均优于75%. 这为设计基底厚度较大、频带间隔较远、入射角度要求较高的双带FSS结构提供了理论参考与实验依据. 关键词: 频率选择表面 双通带 分形结构FSS 复合结构FSS  相似文献

为满足敏感电子设备对频段密集相邻干扰信号的屏蔽需求,提出了一种低频比双频段带阻频率选择表面(FSS)结构。该结构由介质层和印刷在其两侧并谐振在不同频率的金属导带层构成。通过对两侧金属导带的互补型设计,削弱了两个谐振点间的耦合影响,使该FSS结构具有两个可以独立调节且紧密相邻的阻带,呈现出低频比特点。仿真结果表明,此结构可以实现低至1.16的谐振频率比。基于弯折结构的小型化设计使该FSS的单元尺寸仅为0.071λ,确保所提结构在TE和TM两种极化电磁波照射下,电磁屏蔽效能大于24 dB的入射角度稳定性高达60°。制作了实物并进行测试,实测结果与仿真结果吻合良好,验证了FSS结构设计的可靠性。  相似文献

Interweaving the elements of a frequency selective surface (FSS) is a technique that allows wideband frequency filtering as well as size reduction. FSS structures using this method are well suited to wireless indoor applications where the operating bands are spread over a wide spectrum. Interwoven square loop slots FSS have been designed, fabricated and measured. The FSS structure to be presented offers transparency at the emergency services band at around 400 MHz and suppresses most of the mobile and wireless bands up to 3 GHz. The size of the unit cell developed is around 3% of the corresponding wavelength, significantly smaller than a half wavelength resonant dipole.  相似文献

利用分形单元的自相似性将分形结构应用于频率选择表面(FSS)领域使单屏FSS具有多频谐振的特性,在各波段实现简易、多频带通滤波器的设计.以易加工的十字单元为例,经过递归、迭代产生二阶十字分形单元,给出描述单元几何分布的公式;应用周期矩量法结合Floquet定理及阻抗边界条件得到描述FSS表面电流分布的电场积分方程,对FSS传输特性规律进行数值分析,采用遗传算法对分形单元参数进行全局优化得到了在9.2 GHz和29.4 GHz谐振的单屏FSS设计;最后采用成熟的镀膜、光刻工艺制备十字分形FSS样件并在微波暗 关键词: 频率选择表面(FSS) 分形单元 多频段 周期矩量法(PMoM)  相似文献

设计了一种圆孔单元的厚屏频率选择表面(FSS)结构,采用矩量法对该结构的传输特性进行仿真研究.主要研究厚屏FSS在无介质加载条件下,其单元直径、排布周期、电磁波入射角等参数对厚屏FSS传输特性的影响规律.结果发现,厚屏FSS的单元直径、单元间距、入射角对带宽影响较大;而单元直径对中心频率影响不大.  相似文献

A dual-band flexible frequency selective surface (FSS) with miniaturized elements and maximally flat (Butterworth) response is presented in this paper. It is composed of three metallic layers, which are fabricated on thin flexible polyimide substrates and bonded together using thin bonding films. The overall thickness of the proposed structure is only about 0.3 mm, making it an attractive choice for conformal FSS applications. All the three layers can constitute a miniaturized- element FSS (MEFSS) and produce the first pass-band with miniaturization property, while the up and bottom layers can constitute a symmetric biplanar FSS and produce the second pass-band with maximally fiat (Butterworth) response. The two pass-bands are independent and there is a wide band spacing up to 30 GHz between them. The principles of operation, the simulated results by using the vector modal matching method, and the experimental values of the fabricated prototype are also presented and discussed.  相似文献

由于雷达天线系统自身工作的特点, 他必须保证自身雷达波的正常接收和发射, 常用的隐身措施无法简单地在雷达天线隐身中获得应用. 采用频率选择表面 (FSS) 技术与天线罩技术相结合形成FSS天线罩, 可以使天线罩获得频率选择的功能. 即FSS天线罩对雷达的工作频段提供带通的传输特性, 同时改变雷达工作频段以外的雷达散射截面 (RCS) 特性, 可以实现带外隐身. 本文分析了FSS天线罩制备的基本思路, 综述了国内外FSS天线罩在结构设计、制造工艺等方面的研究状况, 并从多频FSS天线罩、智能FSS天线罩、厚屏FSS天线罩、 微型化FSS天线罩以及各技术的组合等方面对FSS天线罩的发展进行了展望. 关键词: 频率选择表面(FSS) 多频FSS天线罩 智能FSS天线罩 厚屏FSS天线罩  相似文献

We report the design of three frequency selective surface(FSS) filters used on the FengYun-4(FY-4) microwave satellite,which separate five-frequency bands in the frequency range of 50-429 GHz with the insertion loss less than 0.4 dB,and separation between adjacent channels more than 20 dB for either TE or TM incidence.Firstly,we briefly introduce the disadvantages of two types of FSS filter:waveguide-array FSS and printed FSS,which are commonly employed in the millimeter and sub-millimeter wave band.In order to meet the insertion loss requirement and specified spectral transmission response,we adopt a filter composed of two closely spaced freestanding metal plates,which contains an array of resonant ring slot elements.Computer simulation technology(CST) is used to optimize the structural dimensions of the resonant unit and interlayer separation.Numerical results show that these FSS filters exhibit transmission loss of less than 0.4 dB and separation between adjacent channels of more than 20 dB.Simulated transmission coefficients are in close agreement with the required specification,and even exceed the performance specifications.  相似文献

通过对十字孔径单元的四个端点添加L形的孔径,给出了一种新单元的频率选择表面(FSS)设计,同时通过拆分,得到了相对应的拆分单元FSS.利用谱域法,对两种FSS结构从理论上进行了分析,在TE波入射时角度变化、大角度入射时极化变化对中心频率的影响以及通带带宽三个方面进行了研究,并采用镀膜和光刻技术制备了两种FSS结构的实验样件,在微波暗室中进行测试,得到的实验曲线与理论仿真曲线基本一致.结果表明:新单元的两种FSS结构的中心频率均能在TE波入射时实现角度稳定性和大角度入射时实现极化稳定性;拆分单元FSS的中心 关键词: 频率选择表面(FSS) 新单元 极化稳定性 角度稳定性  相似文献

Two frequency selective surface (FSS) configurations with flat topped passband are presented in this paper.One configuration is single layer FSS with λ/4 thickness dielectric loaded on both sides, and the other is double layers FSS. Based on the modal matching method, the frequency response properties including angle effect and polarization effect of both FSS configurations are analyzed, and the plots of the frequency versus transmission coefficient are obtained for different incident angles and polarizations. It is shown that the structure with the single layer FSS embedded centrally in the λ/2 thickness dielectric has a wider flat top bandwidth of 6.8 GHz than that of the double layers FSS of 3 GHz. In addition, the fabrication of single layer is relatively easier than the double layers FSS.  相似文献

In this paper, a theoretical analysis of scattering from a doubly frequency selective surfaces (FSS) with dielectric and metallic losses in the millimeter wave range is presented. The theoretical analysis involves the solution of the electric field integral equation relating the induced current in the FSS in the presence of anisotropic dielectric layers. The method of moment is employed to obtain numerical results. The frequency selective surface structure considered is composed by conducting patch elements sandwiched between two anisotropic dielectric layers. Three different anisotropic materials are considered: Epsilam-10, Alumina, and Sapphire. The sapphire presents low losses when compared with the other two dielectric materials. The most common metals, as copper and aluminum, are considered in this analysis. None significant metallic losses were observed for any considered metal. Numerical results are presented for the scattering characteristics and for dielectric and metallic losses parameters.  相似文献

An asymmetric Jerusalem unit and the frequency selective surface (FSS) structure composed of such units are designed. The transmittance of the designed FSS structure is calculated by mode-matching method and compared with the test results. The comparison results show that the FSS center frequency of the asymmetric structure unit drifts little with the variation of the incident angles of the electromagnetic waves and keeps relatively stable. The research offers a new choice for the application of FSS under the large scanning angle of electromagnetic waves.  相似文献

为了实现频率选择表面(FSS)的双带特性,设计了由矩形栅格和三圆环组合单元FSS。对FSS的谱域求解方法进行了详细的描述。采用谱域法分析了不同角度和极化入射波下FSS的频率响应性能。结果表明,所设计的FSS对于不同入射角度和极化电磁波具有稳定的双带、平顶传输及陡峭下降边缘特性。双带特性大致表现为1.8~5.4GHz的阻带和5.4~20.0GHz的通带。阻带谐振频率稳定在3.1GHz左右,而通带在-4dB的平顶传输带宽达14.3GHz以上。其陡峭下降边缘特性表现为S波段信号强烈反射,而其他波段信号通过,从而实现多波段通讯。该结构FSS可应用于卫星通信、雷达罩及其他相关领域。  相似文献

从传统的频率选择选择表面(frequency selective surface,简称FSS)Y孔单元出发,提出了一种新单元.经优化设计,给出了Y孔单元和新单元的FSS结构参数,运用谱域Galerkin法对两种单元FSS的传输特性进行了数值计算.采用镀膜和光刻技术制作出相应的等效平板样件,在微波暗室对两种FSS等效平板在8—12GHz频段内的传输特性进行了测试,测试值与计算值基本一致.结果表明:与Y孔单元相比,新单元FSS在电磁波大角度(66°)入射时具有高的透过率,在电磁波大扫描角范围内(0°—66°)新单元FSS中心频率的漂移量更小.因此,所提出的新单元更适合于电磁波大角度入射下的应用,为FSS在曲面雷达罩上的应用提供了一种新单元. 关键词: 频率选择表面 中心频率 雷达罩  相似文献

为满足太赫兹通信的需求,基于薄膜工艺和双层级联的结构,设计了一种0.34THz频率选择表面带通滤波器。利用等效电路模型分析了该滤波器的频率特性,通过仿真研究了入射角对该结构频率特性的影响,显示水平极化条件下其在低于45°入射角范围内具有较好的性能。最终按照所评估的误差容忍度加工了Jerusalem十字单元的频率选择表面样片,并进行了频率传输特性的测试与分析,结果表明:该滤波器具有较好的滤波特性。  相似文献

Frequency-selective surface (FSS) is a two-dimensional periodic structure consisting of a dielectric substrate and the metal units (or apertures) arranged periodically on it. When manufacturing the substrate, its thickness and dielectric constant suffer process tolerances. This may induce the center frequency of the FSS to shift, and consequently influence its characteristics. In this paper, a bandpass FSS structure is designed. The units are the Jerusalem crosses arranged squarely. The mode-matching technique is used for simulation. The influence of the tolerances of the substrate's thickness and dielectric constant on the center frequency is analyzed. Results show that the tolerances of thickness and dielectric constant have different influences on the center frequency of the FSS. It is necessary to ensure the process tolerance of the dielectric constant in the design and manufacturing of the substrate in order to stabilize the center frequency.  相似文献

<正>A thick-screen frequency selective surface(FSS) has not only a broad bandwidth but also the advantages of overcoming the multilayer FSS shortcoming of complex structure and low transmittance of centre frequency due to the cascade of FSSs,and this means it could potentially be applied in a stealth curved streamlined radome.However,there is an unsteadiness of centre frequency in a wide range of incident angles and another unsteadiness of polarization in a big incident angle.In order to solve these problems,in this paper we provide a novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS.The structure is analysed and simulated using the mode matching method and moment method.The centre frequency,the transmittance of centre frequency,and bandwidth of the structure are investigated when some parameters including the polarization at a big incident angle and the incident angles of TE & TM waves are changed. The novel four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS has better transmission properties with a better steadiness of polarization and incident angle independence.The novel structure of the four-legged loaded element thick-screen FSS provides a valuable reference for their application in a stealth curved streamlined radome.  相似文献

卫星通信系统中使用频率选择表面作为抛物面天线的副反射面, 是实现频率复用、提高天线工作效率的有效手段. 本文运用模匹配法对频率选择表面单元进行分析计算, 并采用精细石英晶片镀膜工艺, 实现了Ka波段的频率选择表面构成的天线副反射面. 数值和实验结果均表明, 该反射面具有良好的角度稳定性及交叉极化特性, 同时通带内的插入损耗和阻带的回波损耗都处于较低水平, 保证了天线在其工作频带内的高增益. Ka波段的频率选择表面副反射面的研制顺应了当今卫星通信宽频带、窄波束和小型化的发展趋势. 关键词: 天线副反射面 频率选择表面 石英晶片 模匹配法  相似文献
