We consider a boundary value problem over a semi-infinite interval for a nonlinear autonomous system of second-order ordinary differential equations with a small parameter at the leading derivatives. We impose certain constraints on the Jacobian under which a solution to the problem exists and is unique. To transfer the boundary condition from infinity, we use the well-known approach that rests on distinguishing the variety of solutions satisfying the limit condition at infinity. To solve an auxiliary Cauchy problem, we apply expansions of a solution in the parameter.  相似文献

本文研究一类拟线性双曲—抛物型方程,具有变动边界的初边值问题的奇摄动:在某些条件成立,且ε充分小时,此问题的解具有以退化问题充分光滑解为首项的广义渐近展开式(Van der Corput意义),它在充分光滑解存在的区域Q={(x,t)|l0(t)≤xl1(t),0≤tT}上一致有效.其边界层存在于t=0附近.本文是工作[3]~[5]的进一步发展.  相似文献

In this paper we study boundary value problems for perturbed second-order linear difference equations with a small parameter. The reduced problem obtained when the parameter is equal to zero is a first-order linear difference equation. The solution is represented as a convergent series in the small parameter, whose coefficients are given by means of solutions of the reduced problem.  相似文献

A boundary value problem is considered for a second-order nonlinear ordinary differential equation with a small parameter multiplying the highest derivative. The limit equation has three solutions, of which two are stable and are separated by the third unstable one. For the original problem, an asymptotic expansion of a solution is studied that undergoes a jump from one stable root of the limit equation to the other in the neighborhood of a certain point. A uniform asymptotic approximation of this solution is constructed up to an arbitrary power of the small parameter.  相似文献

The paper is devoted to the study of solutions to linear elliptic boundary value problems in domains depending smoothly on a small perturbation parameter. To this end we transform the boundary value problem onto a fixed reference domain and obtain a problem in a fixed domain but with differential operators depending on the perturbation parameter. Using the Fredholm property of the underlying operator we show the differentiability of the transformed solution under the assumption that the dimension of the kernel does not depend on the perturbation parameter. Furthermore, we obtain an explicit representation for the corresponding derivative.  相似文献

In this paper we study the behavior of the stationary magnetic hydrodynamical boundary layer of a dilatant fluid flowing through a porous obstacle. We consider a family of boundary value problems with a small parameter where micro-inhomogeneities are concentrated on the boundary of the domain (the original velocity profile depends on a small parameter). We construct an averaged problem and prove convergence of the solution of the original problem to that of the averaged one. Thus we describe the effective behavior of the micro-inhomogeneous fluid.  相似文献

In this work we consider the first boundary value problem for a parabolic equation of second order with a small parameter on a half-axis (i.e., we consider the one-dimensional case). We take the zero initial condition. We construct the global (that is, the caustic points are taken into account) asymptotics of a solution for the boundary value problem. The asymptotic solution of this problem has a different structure depending on the sign of the coefficient (the drift coefficient) at the derivative of first order at a boundary point. The constructed asymptotic solutions are justified.  相似文献

An asymptotic method of solving certain problems of optimal control of motion of the standard type systems with rotating phase is developed. It is assumed that the controls enter only the small perturbing terms, and that the fixed time interval over which the process is being considered is long enough to ensure that the slow variables change essentially. Assuming also that the system and the controls satisfy the necessary requirements of smoothness, the method of canonical averaging [1] is used to construct a scheme for deriving a simplified boundary value problem of the maximum principle. The structure of the set of solutions of the boundary value problem is investigated and a scheme for choosing the optimal solution with the given degree of accuracy in the small parameter is worked out. The validity of the approximate method of solving the boundary value problem is proved. The method suggested in [2] for constructing a solution in the first approximation for similar problems of optimal control is developed.  相似文献

In this paper we consider the initial boundary value problem of the Navier–Stokes system with various types of boundary conditions. We study the global-in-time existence and uniqueness of a solution of this system. In particular, suppose that the problem is solvable with some given data (the initial velocity and the external body force). We prove that there exists a unique solution for data which are small perturbations of the previous ones.  相似文献

This paper focuses on nonlocal boundary value problems for linear and nonlinear abstract elliptic equations in Banach spaces. Here equations and boundary conditions contain certain parameters. The uniform separability of the linear problem and the existence and uniqueness of maximal regular solution of nonlinear problem are obtained in Lp spaces. For linear case the discreteness of spectrum of corresponding parameter dependent differential operator is obtained. The behavior of solution when the parameter approaches zero and its smoothness with respect to the parameter is established. Moreover, we show the estimate for analytic semigroups in terms of interpolation spaces. This fact can be used to obtain maximal regularity properties for abstract boundary value problems.  相似文献

We consider an elliptic perturbation problem in a circle by using the analytical solution that is given by a Fourier series with coefficients in terms of modified Bessel functions. By using saddle point methods we construct asymptotic approximations with respect to a small parameter. In particular we consider approximations that hold uniformly in the boundary layer, which is located along a certain part of the boundary of the domain.  相似文献

In this article, we study the convergence analysis for the initial and boundary value problem of parabolic equations on a disk with singular solutions. It is assumed that the exact solution performs singular properties that its derivatives go to infinity at the boundary of the disk. We propose a fully implicit time-stepping numerical scheme. A stretching polynomial-like function with a parameter is used to construct a local grid refinement. Over the nonuniform partition, we combine the Swartztrauber-Sweet scheme and the backward Euler method in spatial and temporal discretization, respectively. We carry out convergence analysis and analyze the effects of the parameter. It is shown that our numerical scheme is of first order accuracy for temporal discretization and of almost second order accuracy for spatial discretization. Numerical experiments are performed to illustrate our analysis results and show that there exists an optimal value for the parameter to obtain a best approximate solution.  相似文献

We consider the heat problem with nonlocal boundary conditions containing a real parameter. For the zero value of the parameter, this problem is well known as the Samarskii-Ionkin problem and has been comprehensively studied. We analyze the spectral problem for the operator of second derivative subjected to the boundary conditions of the original problem. By separation of variables, we prove the existence and uniqueness of a classical solution for any nonzero value of the parameter. The obtained a priori estimates for a solution imply the stability of the problem with respect to the initial data.  相似文献

In this article we study Burgers equation and vector Burgers equation with initial and boundary conditions. First we consider the Burgers equation in the quarter plane x >0, t >0 with Riemann type of initial and boundary conditions and use the Hopf–Cole transformation to linearize the problems and explicitly solve them. We study two limits, the small viscosity limit and the large time behavior of solutions. Next, we study the vector Burgers equation and solve the initial value problem for it when the initial data are gradient of a scalar function. We investigate the asymptotic behavior of this solution as time tends to infinity and generalize a result of Hopf to the vector case. Then we construct the exact N-wave solution as an asymptote of solution of an initial value problem extending the previous work of Sachdev et al. (1994). We also study the limit as viscosity parameter goes to 0.Finally, we get an explicit solution for a boundary value problem in a cylinder.  相似文献
