It was shown that the reaction of 2-chloro-3-(4-N,N-dimethylaminoanilino)-1,4-naphthoquinone with piperidine in the absence of a solvent gives not only a product of replacement of the chlorine atom by a piperidino group, 3-(4-N,N-dimethylaminoanilino)-2-piperidino-1,4-naphthoquinone, but also 2-(4-N,N-dimethylaminoanilino)-1,4-naphthoquinone and 2-(4-N,N-dimethylaminoanilino-2-piperidino)-1,4-naphthoquinone. The latter compounds are the only reaction products formed in dimethyl sulfoxide. The reaction with morpholine occurs in a similar way, whereas that with pyrrolidine gives only a product of replacement of the chlorine atom by hydrogen.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. A tetranuclear gold cluster has been synthesized by the reaction of [Au(PPh3)NO3] with the closo carborane diphosphine 1,2-(PPh2)2-1,2-C2B10H10 in THF, and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H and 13C?NMR spectroscopy and X-ray structure determination. The cluster crystallizes in the triclinic Pī, a?=?15.118(8)?Å, b?=?16.057(9)?Å, c?=?24.284(13)?Å, α?=?80.822(9)°, β?=?79.624(8)°, γ?=?81.938(8)°, Z?=?2, R 1?=?0.0626, wR 2?=?0.1894. A single crystal structure determination showed that four gold atoms form a tetrahedral framework. Among these four gold atoms, two were chelated by two nido carborane diphosphine [7,8-(PPh2)2-7,8-C2B9H10]? anions coming from the degradation of the initial closo ligand 1,2-(PPh2)2-1,2-C2B10H10, while the other two were ligated to two PPh3 groups. The luminescence of this cluster was also investigated in dichloromethane solution at room temperature.  相似文献

Addition of HCl to 2-amino-3-(4-methyl-3-oxopentynyl)-1,4-naphthoquinone in CHCl3 at 20 °C is followed by its cyclization to 4-chloro-2-isopropylbenzo[g]quinoline-5,10-dione. Chlorine atom in this compound can be easily replaced by dialkylamino group upon treatment with secondary amines. 4-Dialkylamino-2-isopropylbenzo[g]quinoline-5,10-dione is also formed by the direct reaction of the starting ketone with secondary amines. Syntheses of 2-amino-3-(4-methyl-3-oxopentynyl)-1,4-naphthoquinone from 2-bromo-and 2-amino-3-iodo-1,4-naphthoquinones are also described. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The molecular structures of various conformers of 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone; 3-(alk-1-enyl)-2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinones; 2,5,8-trihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone; and 3-(alk-1-enyl)-2,5,8-trihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinones were studied by density functional theory (B3LYP/6-31(d), B3LYP/6-31(d, p)) and ab initio (MP2/6-31G, MP2/6-31(d)) methods. The strengths of the intramolecular hydrogen bonds formed by the β-hydroxy group with the O atom at C(1) and with the double bond π-electrons of the alkenyl substituents in the quinonoid rings were estimated. The compounds studied mainly exist as rotamers with the former-type hydrogen bonds. The splitting of the quinonoid bands of the stretching vibrations of the β-hydroxy group in the IR spectra of 3-(alk-1-enyl)-2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinones and 3-(alk-1-enyl)-2,5,8-trihydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinones in hexane solutions is due to the existence of rotamers formed upon internal rotation of the alkenyl substituent. Abstract

of 1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carbohydrazide (4) with substituted phenyl isothiocyanates (5) in ethanol under reflux for 30 min gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives 6, which on cyclization in 2N NaOH under refluxing conditions for 1 h resulted in 3-(5-mercapto- 4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (7). Alternatively, 7 could also be prepared from following sequence of reactions, i.e., 4 → 8 → 7. In another sequence of reactions, condensation of 7 with chloroacetic acid in dimethylformamide (DMF) and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h resulted in 2-((5-(1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridin-3-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)sulfanyl)acetic acid (10). The latter, on reaction with substituted o-phenylenediamine (11) in 6N HCl for 4 h yielded 3-(5-((1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methylthio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (12). Alternatively, 12 could also be prepared by reacting 7 with 13 in DMF and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h, followed by oxidation with H2O2 resulting in the corresponding sulfonyl derivatives 14.  相似文献

本文研究了Mg2CoH5纳米晶的制备及其储氢性能。在室温和氩气气氛下,以MgH2和纳米Co为原料,采用球磨法制备了Mg2CoH5纳米晶。对所制备Mg2CoH5的组成、结构和形貌进行了表征,并且对Mg2CoH5的储氢性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,通过该种方法制备了纯度较高(产物纯度为79%)的四方结构Mg2CoH5纳米晶,其形貌呈球形且分布较均匀,最频粒径为80 nm。制备的Mg2CoH5纳米晶具有较低的活化能和较好的吸放氢动力学性能,其放氢的脱附焓和脱附熵分别为-115.0 kJ.mol-1H2和-193.6.1 J.mol-1.K-1H2。再氢化时,在543 K时仅7 min内其吸氢量就达到1.5wt%。  相似文献

A highly efficient and simple protocol for the preparation of 2-arylbenzothiazoles through condensation of 2-aminothiophenol and different aldehydes in the presence of H3PO4/TiO2-ZrO2(1/1)-cetyl pyridinium bromide (CPB) is described. The reaction proceeded under mild and solvent-free conditions to afford 2-arylbenzothiazole derivatives. In this method, the title compounds were obtained in good to excellent yields and short reaction times. The structures of synthesized products were identified by infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy.  相似文献

以氨水作为沉淀剂,采用正、反向共沉淀法制备Pr2Zr2O7纳米粒子。利用XRD、SEM、TEM、TG-DTA等测试手段表征了样品物相及形貌;研究其制备过程中合成动力学和晶粒生长动力学,采用Doyle-Ozawa法和Kissinger法分别计算正、反向沉淀粒子在主要反应阶段的表观活化能。结果表明:反向沉淀的滴定速率为2 mL·min-1、母盐溶液初始浓度0.05 mol·L-1、反应体系温度273 K、pH值11、煅烧温度为1 173 K,保温2 h的条件下获得的样品形貌近球形、无团聚现象、一次粒径约60 nm。Pr2Zr2O7前驱体的分解过程分为3个阶段,正、反向粒子各阶段平均表观活化能分别为:71.2、97.8、183.2 kJ·mol-1和45.37、84.34、152.16kJ·mol-1;晶粒生长活化能分别为19.02和11.95 kJ·mol-1,后者比前者的晶粒生长活化能降低了7.07 kJ·mol-1;反向共沉淀制备工艺优于正向共沉淀法。  相似文献

The Raman spectra of N2O4 solutions in organic solvents have been recorded. The frequencies ofv 1,v 2, andv 3 bands of N2O4 increase with increasing solvent electron-donor properties. Especially large changes ofv 3 N-N stretching band have been observed (254.5 cm–1 in n-hexane, 276.5 cm–1 in 1,4-dioxane). The ab initio calculations have shown that the interaction between N2O4 and electron-donor molecules causes an increase of N-N and N-O stretching and O-N-O bending force constants of N2O4 in agreement with the results of Raman study.  相似文献

Three new macrocyclic crown ether ligands containing nitrogen–oxygen donor atoms were designed and synthesized from 1,4-bis(2′-formylphenyl)-1,4-dioxabutane and 4-nitro-o-phenylenediamine. Ion-pair extraction of metal picrates such as Ag+, Hg2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Mn2+, Co2+, and Pb2+ from aqueous phase to the organic phase was carried out using the novel ligands. The solvent effect over the metal picrate extractions was investigated at 25 ± 0.1 °C by using UV–visible spectrometry. The extractability and the values of the extraction constants (log Kex) were determined for the extracted complexes.  相似文献

利用加热均匀、迅速、热平稳性好和安全性高的微波热响应来实现药物的微波可控释放。引入具有微波热响应性质、热稳定性和化学稳定性好的Mo O3作为微波吸收物质,制备了核-隔层-壳结构Fe_3O_4@MoO_3@mSiO_2纳米药物载体。研究该纳米载体对药物布洛芬(IBU)的负载和微波响应可控释放过程。该纳米载体具有高的比表面积(222 cm2·g-1)和较大的孔隙体积(0.14 cm3·g-1)可用来负载药物。同时还具有较好的磁响应性,可实现药物的靶向给药,具有相对好的微波热响应性,可通过MoO_3中间层吸收微波辐射实现药物的可控释放。结果表明,在持续微波辐射360 min时IBU的释放率达到86%,远远高于仅搅拌时的释放率。  相似文献

Radical-ion salts bis(biphenyl)chromium(i) 1,4-di(2-cyanoisopropyl)-1,4-dihydrofulleride [(Ph2)2Cr][1,4-(CMe2CN)2C60]−· and bis(biphenyl)chromium(i) 1-(2-cyanoisopropyl)-1,2-dihydrofulleride [(Ph2)2Cr][1,2-(CMe2CN)(H)C60]−·, the salt bis(biphenyl)chromium(i) (2-cyanoisopropyl)fulleride [(Ph2)2Cr][(CMe2CN)C60], and neutral 1-(2-cyanoisopropyl)-1,2-dihydrofullerene 1,2-(CMe2CN)(H)C60 have been synthesized for the first time. The compounds [(Ph2)2Cr][1,4-(CMe2CN)2C60]−· and [(Ph2)2Cr][1,2-(CMe2CN)(H)C60]−· decompose in THF to form [(Ph2)2Cr][(CMe2CN)C60], whose protonation affords 1,2-(CMe2CN)(H)C60. 1,4-Di(2-cyanoisopropyl)-1,4-dihydrofullerene 1,4-(CMe2CN)2C60 and 1,2-(CMe2CN)(H)C60 are stable in vacuo up to 513 K. Carbon-11 labeled (+)-4-[1-11C]propyl-3,4,4a,5,6,10b-hexahydro-2H-naphtho[1,2-b][1,4]oxazin-9-ol ([1-11C]-(+)-PHNO) is a dopamine D3-preferring agonist radiopharmaceutical used for medical imaging by positron emission tomography (PET). We report the synthesis of (+)-PHNO using supercritical fluid chromatography for enantiomeric resolution of its norpropyl derivative, HNO, followed by propylation. (+)-HNO was used to prepare the radiolabeling precursor, (+)-trans-4-acetyl-9-triisopropylsilyloxy-2,3,4a,5,6,10b-hexahydro-4H-naphth[1,2b][1,4]oxazine, in 12 steps. Modifications to the labeling procedure were made to ensure consistent preparation of [3-11C]-(+)-PHNO via [11C]CH3I. A preliminary PET imaging study was carried out with this tracer in an attempt to image dopamine receptors in brown adipose tissue (brown fat) in vivo.  相似文献

Aminodefluorination of 2-n-butylamino- and 2-diethylaminopentafluoro-1,4-naphthoquinone by alkylamines HNR1R2 (NR1R2 = NHEt, NHnBu and NEt2) occurs at the 6- or 8-position and further, accordingly, at the 8- or at one of the 5- and 6-sites. The isomer ratio changes significantly in favor of a β-replacement product with solvent variation in the sequence: toluene < 1,4-dioxane < DMSO. n-Butylaminodefluorination of 2-methoxypentafluoro-1,4-naphthoquinone gives mixtures of fluorine substitution products both on the benzene and quinone rings.  相似文献

Three Pd(II) complexes [Pd2(μ-Cl)2{7,8-(PPh2)2-7,8-C2B9H10}2] · 0.25CH2Cl2 (1), [Pd{7,8-(PPh2)2-7,8-C2B9H10}2] · 4CHCl3 (2) and [PdCl2(1,2-(PPh2)2-1,2-C2B10H10)] (3) have been synthesized by the reactions of 1,2-(PPh2)2-1,2-C2B10H10 with PdCl2 in acetonitrile, cyanophenyl and dichloromethane, respectively. A fourth complex, [PdI2(1,2-(PPh2)2-1,2-C2B10H10)] (4), was obtained by a ligand exchange reaction through the substitution of the Cl of complex 3 with I. All four complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray structure determination. Single crystal X-ray determination showed that the carborane cage, nido for 1, 2 and closo for 3, 4, was coordinated bidentately to the Pd atom through the two P atoms, and the geometry at the Pd atom was square-planar in all the complexes.  相似文献

Synthetic procedures for new N2S4- and N2S5-donor macrocycles (2 and 4) were given. The ligands were prepared by the reaction of NaBH4 with the appropriate macrocyclic diamide in the presence of boron trifluoride ethyl etherate in dry tetrahydrofuran (THF). Solvent extraction method was used to evaluate metal-ion binding properties of the new ligands. The solvent extraction experiments suggested that the reduced macrocycles have Ag+ and Hg2+ selectivities compared to Pb2+, Co2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Mn2+ and Cd2+ ions. The extraction constants (log K ex) and complex compositions were determined for Ag+ and Hg2+ complex of compound (4).  相似文献

Abstract

Simple and rapid chemiluminescence (CL) assays for H2O2, ?OH, ?O2 ? and 1O2 using 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1,4-phthalazinedione (luminol) or 2-methyl-6-phenyl-3,7-dihydroimidazo[1,2-α]pyrazin-3-one (CLA) as CL reagents were developed. The means of the intra-assay relative standard deviations of ten replicate measurements of H2O2 (25-120 μM), ?OH generated from Fe(II) ion (2.5-10 μM) in the presence of 980 μM H2O2, ?O2 ? generated from hypoxanthine (HX) (7-50 μM) in the presence of 9 × 10?3 units xanthine oxidase (XO) and 1O2 generated from NaOCl (3-12 mM) in the presence of 97.6 μM H2O2 were found to be 4.0%, 2.8%, 2.4% and 8.7%, respectively. To validate the proposed methods, the scavenging abilities of three standard antioxidative compounds, such as L-ascorbic acid, (±)-α-tocopherol and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were examined for four active oxygen species and compared with those by anelectron spin resonance (ESR) spin-trapping method. In addition, the CL methods were also applied to establish the relationships between the decrease of CL intensity and the structures as well as redox characters of syringic acid, 3-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid. From the obtained results, the scavenging effects to H2O2, ?OH, ?O2 ? and 1O2 of other dihydroxybenzoic acids were also evaluated.  相似文献

Summary Electron impact mass spectra of seven 2,3-dihydro-5-trifluoromethyl/methyl-7-(p-R-phenyl)-1,4-diazepinesR=H, CH3, OCH3, CF3, Cl, Br) have been recorded and are discussed. These systems dissociate by scission of the C2-C3 bond followed by loss of H. to give the [M-H]+ ion as the base peak. The fragmentation behaviour has been investigated using metastable scanning techniques and accurate mass measurements. The origin of some characteristic fragment ions is discussed.

Zusammenfassung Die EI-Massenspektren von 7 2,3-Dihydro-5-trifluormethyl/methyl-7-(p-R-phenyl)-1,4-diazepinen (R=CH3, OCH3, CF3, Cl, Br) werden vorgestellt. Diese Verbindungen fragmentieren unter Spaltung der C2-C3-Bindung. Anschließende Abspaltung von H. führt zum Fragment [M-H]+, das als Basispeak auftritt. Das Fragmentierungsverhalten wurde mittels metastabiler Methoden und genauer Massenbestimmungen untersucht. Die Herkunft einiger charakteristischer Fragmentionen wird diskutiert.
