对恒定应力加速寿命试验建立了定时截尾与定数截尾参数模型.在诂计模型参数时,考虑定时截尾产品失效数的随机性,引入近似因子、修偏乘子和修偏项,建立起参数估计通用式并逐次进行跟随修偏估计.对定数截尾考虑数据信息随机性短缺,通过变量变换分别建立最优线性无偏估计和简单线性无偏估计在指数分布条件下的式子,并按统计分析考虑随机因数的影响引入综合修偏因子,按抽样数目的多少分别采用修偏后的式子.最后应用实际数据对模型参数逐次修偏估计和不同估计方法对比的最佳估计.  相似文献

In this paper, we considered the inference problem on simple step-stress accelerated life test data from one-parameter exponential distribution under type-I censored ordered ranked set sample with cumulative exposure model. The Bayesian estimators and credible intervals for the model parameters are developed and compared with the corresponding estimators based on simple random sampling. Two real data sets and numerical simulation evaluations are presented to illustrate all the results developed here. The simulation study indicated that the proposed Bayes estimators and credible intervals based on ordered ranked set sampling performed better than their counterparts using simple random sampling.  相似文献

As one of the most important components of satellites, the thruster must maintain high reliability, but the assessment is difficult when lacking test failure data. When conducting hot test of the satellite thruster, we encountered the problem of reliability assessment on type-I censored data with only one failure, which is common for small sample tests. This paper proposes a novel interval statistic based reliability analysis method, which can fulfill the life information from the failure time to the censored time ignored by conventional methods, and improve the assessment accuracy. In this paper, a life distribution model is established by proper failure mechanism analysis and prior test information exploitation. As thrust chamber burning-through has been considered as the main failure mode, life test of the chamber coating was conducted under different thermal conditions to obtain the model parameter. Based on the interval statistic theory, a detailed derivation is illustrated. Then, reliability assessment and life prediction for the satellite thruster in both transfer orbit phase and synchronous orbit phase have been achieved, and the results show that our method performs very well, which provides an important way for dealing with test data with only one failure.  相似文献

This paper introduces some Bayesian optimal design methods for step-stress accelerated life test planning with one accelerating variable, when the acceleration model is linear in the accelerated variable or its function, based on censored data from a log-location-scale distributions. In order to find the optimal plan, we propose different Monte Carlo simulation algorithms for different Bayesian optimal criteria. We present an example using the lognormal life distribution with Type-I censoring to illustrate the different Bayesian methods and to examine the effects of the prior distribution and sample size. By comparing the different Bayesian methods we suggest that when the data have large(small) sample size B1(τ) (B2(τ)) method is adopted. Finally, the Bayesian optimal plans are compared with the plan obtained by maximum likelihood method.  相似文献

The hybrid censoring scheme is a mixture of type-I and type-II censoring schemes. It is a popular censoring scheme in the literature of life data analysis. Mixed exponential distribution (MED) models is a class of favorable models in reliability statistics. Nevertheless, there is no much discussion to focus on parameters estimation for MED models with hybrid censored samples. We will address this problem in this paper. The EM (Expectation-Maximization) algorithm is employed to derive the closed form of the maximum likelihood estimators (MLEs). Finally, Monte Carlo simulations and a real-world data analysis are conducted to illustrate the proposed method.  相似文献

The traditional accelerated life test scheme is necessary to give the rough values of some model parameters in advance, but the influence of fluctuation on the stability of test scheme is irregulared. Based on the prior life test information, this paper aims to minimize the mean and variance of asymptotic variance of $p$-quantile life estimate under normal test stress level, using maximum likelihood estimation theory and Nelson cumulative failure principle, the optimal robust design mathematical model of step stress accelerated life test scheme with uncertainty parameters under Weibull distribution is established. The results of optimal robust design of step stress accelerated life test scheme for electrical connectors show that: comparing with the optimal design of step stress test scheme in the literature, the optimal robust design scheme is not sensitive to the uncertainty of model parameters when the asymptotic variance of median life estimate is basically the same; Comparing with the optimal design of constant accelerated life test scheme, when the statistical accuracy of test data is basically the same, the number of samples required can be reduced by 1/5, and the test time can be reduced by about 1/4.  相似文献
