以多聚磷酸(PPA)为催化剂和溶剂,氮气保护下,吡啶基芳香二酸与邻苯二胺经缩合反应合成了三个新的吡啶基双苯并咪唑化合物(2a~2c),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR和元素分析表征。2a~2c的固体荧光发射波长分别为473 nm, 427 nm和453 nm。  相似文献

以取代苄氯(1a~1c)为起始原料,与咪唑经氮烷基化反应制得苄基咪唑氯盐(2a~2c); 2a~2c与氧化银经原位去质子化反应合成了3种新型的氮杂环卡宾银配合物--(NHC)AgCl[NHC: 1,3-二(4-甲氧基苄基)咪唑-2-亚基(3a), 1,3-二(3-甲氧基苄基)咪唑-2-亚基(3b)]和[(NHC)AgCl]2[NHC=1,3-二(4-氯苄基)咪唑-2-亚基(3c)],其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射表征。3a~3c单晶结构均属单斜晶系,3a为P21/n空间群,3b和3c为P21/c空间群,3a和3b为单核银配合物,3c为双核银配合物。  相似文献

以取代靛红、芳姜二烯酮与α-氨基苯乙酸为原料,在甲苯中回流,经1,3-偶极子3+2环加成反应合成了3个新型的基于姜黄酮骨架螺环氧化吲哚类化合物(3a~3c),收率65%~73%, dr值10/1~15/1,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和HR-MS(ESI-TOF)表征,相对构型经3c的单晶结构确定。采用MTT法研究了3a~3c对人白血病细胞(K562)、人肺癌细胞(A549)和人前列腺癌(PC-3)的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果表明:化合物3b对K562具有明显的抑制活性(IC50为37.5 μM),接近于阳性对照药顺铂。  相似文献

以取代邻氨基苯甲酸为起始原料,经6步反应合成了7个多取代1,4-戊二烯-3-醇(7a~7g);以7a~7g为原料,5 mol%FeCl3为催化剂,CH2Cl2为溶剂,于室温反应合成了7个螺环四氢喹啉衍生物(8a~8g),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。采用X-射线单晶衍射研究了8d的晶体结构。结果表明:8d的晶胞参数a=14.001(3) , b=12.335(2) , c=11.587(3) , α=90°, β=95.497(2)°, γ=90°, V=1 991.9(7) 3, Z=4, μ=0.182 mm-1, F(000)=816.0, R[F2>2σ(F2)]=0.053 7, wR(F2)=0.132 5。  相似文献

以THF为溶剂, CuI/TMEDA为催化剂,四乙酰溴代葡萄糖与芳基溴化镁经取代反应合成了芳基葡萄糖碳苷(2a~2c),其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR确证。该方法立体选择性较好。在最佳反应条件(THF为溶剂,10% CuI和10% TMEDA为催化剂,于0 ℃反应至终点)下,2a~2c的收率为58%~71%, α/β为1/6.5~1/7.1。  相似文献

以顺丁烯二酸酐为原料,依次经加成和取代反应制得一系列斑蝥素衍生物(3a~3c);以葡萄糖为原料,经乙酰化、溴化和甲基化反应制得乙酰天麻素(7); 7与3a~3c经酯化反应合成了一系列新型天麻素衍生物(8a~8c);以5-氟尿嘧啶为原料,合成了新型天麻素衍生物(11),其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR和MS(ESI)表征。采用细胞增殖抑制实验法(MTT法)研究了8a~8c和11对肝癌细胞(HepG2和SMCC7721)的抑制活性。结果表明:8a, 8b, 8c和11对肝癌细胞株均有一定的抑制作用,其中8a的抑制活性最好,其IC50为55.33 μmol·L-1(HepG2)和42.07 μmol·L-1(SMCC7721)。  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles.
