1879年,霍耳(E.H.Hall)发现,将一导电板放在垂直于板面的磁场中(见图1),当有电流通过时,在导电板的A和A′两侧会产生一个电势差UAA',这种现象称为霍耳效应。实验表明,霍耳电压UAA'与电流强度I和磁感应强度B成正比,而与导电板的厚度d成反比,即UAA'=KIdB式中比例系数K称为霍耳系数。霍耳效应是因外加磁场使漂移运动的电子或别的载流子发生横向偏转而形成的,运动电荷在磁场中所受的力称为洛伦兹力。磁流体发电是利用热离子气体(或液态金属)等导电流体与磁场相互作用,把热能直接转换成为电能的发电方式,它所依据的就是等离子体的霍耳效应。 相似文献

本文研究了一类具有时滞的厄尔尼诺一南方波涛动模型.得到了该模型在平衡点稳定的充分条件.通过选择时滞η为分岔参数,得到了当时滞η通过一系列的临界值时,Hopf分岔产生,然后,应用中心流形和规范型理论,得到了确定Hopf分岔特性(例如Hopf分岔方向和分岔周期解的稳定性以及Hopf分岔周期解的周期等)的计算公式.最后进行数值模拟验证了所得结果的正确性. 相似文献

Based on the theoretical results of inversion layers model and interpenetrating network model, we studied the anomalous Hall effect of heterogenous semiconductor samples, and obtained the following results: (1) the wider the sample energy gap, the higher the temper-ature at which anomalous Hall effect begins to appear; (2) the lower the sample resistivity, the higher the temperature at which anomalous Hall effect begins to appear, which is further verified in our experiment; (3) mobility is the main factor which determines what role p-n junction plays in sample Hall voltage; (4) for n-Ge sample with inversion layers structure, with the increase of p-type region, the Hall effect changes from normal n-type Hall effect to anomalous Hall effect of the single dip type, then to anomalous Hall effect of the second reversal type. 相似文献

We present a new model for the anomalous Hall effect in the mixed state of type-II superconductors. In this model we consider the thermally activated motion of the many body correlating vortex lattice system. The sign change of the Hall resistivity is the result of the competition between the motion of effective antivortices and the motion of the pinned vortex lattice together with the interstitial vortices.
