锡镀簿钢板极广泛用于制作食品罐头及其它轻便耐腐蚀的容器。在镀锡过程中,最后一道工序要对表面进行铬酸盐钝化处理。所形成的钝化膜是决定镀锡板的耐腐性、抗氧化性、抗硫化性、印涂性、锡焊等表面性能的重要因素之一。镀锡板的钝化膜是厚度约20A的含铬表面膜。表面含铬量一般在0.1—1.0μg/cm~2范围之内,并随着钝化处理工艺而异。在镀锡板的生产使用中,为了适应多种性能的要求,相应的控  相似文献

不同表面状态镀锡钢板铬酸盐钝化膜中铬元素的XPS分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
用X射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, XPS)分析的方法,对铬酸盐钝化镀锡钢板的正常表面及缺陷点处铬元素的含量、价态以及由铬元素组成的化合物进行了研究。用超声波的方法对铬酸盐钝化镀锡钢板进行处理后,研究了超声波处理对缺陷处的铬元素的含量、价态的影响。结果表明,钝化膜中主要含有Cr,O, Sn元素。镀锡铬酸盐钝化膜中正常表面的铬元素主要是以Cr(OH)3,Cr单质以及Cr2O3的形态存在。在对镀锡板表面进行阴极电解钝化的过程中,Cr(Ⅵ)发生了转化,价态降低。在缺陷处,除了有Cr(OH)3和Cr2O3以外,还有微量的Cr(Ⅵ)存在。在缺陷处铬元素的含量低于正常表面,在超声波清洗处理后,缺陷处铬元素的含量明显低于不经超声波清洗的含量。施加的超声波因产生强烈的洗脱作用,使吸附在缺陷处的微量的Cr(Ⅵ)消失。  相似文献

为提高Mo/Si多层膜的稳定性与使用寿命,通过分析多层膜驻波电场的分布,对表面保护层及多层膜最上层材料的厚度进行优化设计,使优化后的反射率最高.计算表明,一定厚度的表面保护层总对应一个最优的最上层材料厚度.在13.36 nm波长,膜对数为50的Mo/Si多层膜10度入射的理论反射率为74.47%;当添加厚度为2.3 nm的Ru作为表面保护层,对应多层膜最上层Si的优化厚度为3.93 nm,其理论反射率为75.20%.设计结果表明,通过优化设计表面保护层,可以提高多层膜稳定性,改善多层膜性能.  相似文献

为满足极紫外、软X射线和X射线大口径多层膜反射镜的需求,采用基板扫掠过矩形靶材表面的镀膜方法,在直径120 mm的平面基板上镀制了Mo/Si周期多层膜。通过调整基板扫掠过矩形靶材表面的速率修正了薄膜的沉积速率,极大地提高了薄膜厚度的均匀性。采用X射线衍射仪对反射镜不同位置多层膜周期厚度进行了测量,结果表明,在直径120 mm范围内,Mo/Si多层膜周期厚度的均匀性达到了0.26%。同步辐射测量多层膜样品不同位置处的反射率,结果表明,在直径120 mm范围内,多层膜的膜层厚度均匀,在入射角10°时13.75 nm波长处平均反射率为66.82%。  相似文献

针对热弯玻璃成形法制备高精度超薄反射镜时Pt分离膜造成的镜片污染问题,研究了Pt/Cr分离膜中不同Cr层厚度对热成形超薄反射镜玻璃基底表面粗糙度的影响.采用厚度为0.3 mm的Schott D263玻璃作为超薄反射镜基底材料,选取Pt、Pt/Cr作为模具和D263镜片之间的分离层材料进行实验.Pt薄膜的厚度为50nm,Cr层厚度分别为5nm、3.5nm、2.5nm、1.5nm,热成形实验采用"直接"复制方式.实验结果表明:Cr层厚度为1.5nm时,成形后模具表面分离膜未发生脱落,镜片表面粗糙度约为0.5nm,与D263镜片初始值接近,能够满足高能X射线望远镜对反射镜基底表面粗糙度的要求.  相似文献

Kretschmann型激发表面等离子体共振(SPR)膜系结构是探针诱导表面等离子体共振耦合纳米光刻技术(PSPRN)的关键部分之一。采用多层介质的特性矩阵法计算膜系结构的透射系数和反射率,对PSPRN所需的单膜层、双膜层及三膜层膜系结构进行了优化设计。计算结果表明,光波波长为514.5 nm时,对于选定材料的最佳膜系结构是Ag膜厚度为46 nm的单膜层结构,Ag膜厚度为24 nm,AgOx厚度为95 nm的双膜层结构及Ag膜厚度为44 nm,SiO2厚度为180 nm,AgOx厚度为10 nm的三膜层结构,提出了记录层材料应选择折射系数小且吸收系数尽可能小的光刻材料的观点。  相似文献

利用XRD技术测试了镀锌钝化膜结合界面的残余应力,同时通过电解抛光法检测了其厚度方向残余应力的分布规律,分析了残余应力对镀锌钝化膜结合强度的影响. 试验结果表明,镀锌钝化膜的残余应力均表现为压应力,并随着基体表面残余应力的增大而减小;钝化膜在2—10μm厚度方向的残应力为-274.5—-428.3MPa,其应力为梯度分布;镀锌钝化膜与基体的界面结合强度与其残余应力成反比,减小薄膜残余应力,有利于提高镀锌钝化膜与基体的结合强度. 关键词: X射线衍射法(XRD) 镀锌钝化膜 结合强度 残余应力  相似文献

沿纳米多层膜生长方向切割可制成周期只有几纳米而厚度几十微米的切片多层膜光栅. 基于该切片多层膜光栅塔尔博特自成像效应的X射线光刻是一种新型的纳米图样制作方法. 已有学者用该方法完成了百纳米结构光栅的制作. 采用严格耦合波方法, 本文模拟计算了切片多层膜光栅在满足塔尔博特自成像条件下的后表面光场分布, 详细讨论三个影响光栅后表面成像质量的重要参数:光栅厚度、材料厚度所占比例和多层膜周期. 模拟结果表明, 光栅厚度不仅影响X射线透射率, 还会改变像面条纹衬比度. 材料厚度比的大小直接决定像面是否存在清晰条纹, 选取合适的材料厚度比, 得到了前人实验中近场反常成像现象. 计算还表明, 在一定条件下, 采用周期更小的多层膜光栅有望获得更高分辨率的纳米图形, 这说明使用塔尔博特效应制作更加精细的纳米结构图形具有可行性.  相似文献

厚度模压电超声换能器作为超声波发射、接收以及电信号间转换的载体,是超声成像与检测系统的核心器件,一般由压电层、匹配层和背衬层3部分组成。超声换能器的性能一定程度上决定着整体超声设备的性能,影响了其在工业、医学、军事等领域的应用。该换能器的关键性能指标(带宽、灵敏度)除了受到压电层的影响,还与匹配层、背衬层等无源声学材料的设计密切相关。该文综述了近年来厚度模压电超声换能器无源声学材料(匹配层、背衬层和声透镜)的研究进展,提出了当前该类材料面临的难题和解决途径,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。  相似文献

In-situ gamma scattering and ex-situ conversion electron Mössbauer, and Auger spectroscopy were applied to investigate anodic layers on steel. Samples treated in the active potential range in phosphate buffer solution show a Fe(II)-phosphate deposit on the surface. After treatment in the passive potential region, only Fe 3+ was found to exist in the oxide layer. The statistical properties of the passive scalar near walls in random flows assuming a weakness of its diffusion have been investigated. Then, at advanced stages of the passive scalar mixing, its unmixed residue is concentrated in a narrow diffusive layer near the wall. The numerical simulations have revealed the structures responsible for the passive scalar transport to the bulk; these are passive scalar tongues pulled from the diffusive boundary layer. The passive scalar integrated along the wall possesses a well-pronounced scaling behavior. An analytical scheme, giving exponents of the integral passive scalar moments has been proposed. The exponents reasonably agree with the calculations in 3d. The text was submitted by the authors in English.  相似文献

We investigate statistical properties of the passive scalar mixing in random (turbulent) flows assuming its diffusion to be weak. Then at advanced stages of the passive scalar decay, its unmixed residue is primarily concentrated in a narrow diffusive layer near the wall and its transport to the bulk goes through the peripheral region (laminar sublayer of the flow). We conducted Lagrangian numerical simulations of the process for different space dimensions d and revealed structures responsible for the transport, which are passive scalar tongues pulled from the diffusive boundary layer to the bulk. We investigated statistical properties of the passive scalar and of the passive scalar integrated along the wall. Moments of both objects demonstrate scaling behavior outside the diffusive boundary layer. We propose an analytic scheme for the passive scalar statistics, explaining the features observed numerically.  相似文献

The passive layer formed on standard steel by anodic oxidation in 0.5 M sodium sulphate solution was found to contain iron only in the trivalent state. The thickness of the layer increases with the applied potential as well as with the time the passivating potential is applied to the sample. These results, compared with the electrochemical data, lead to the suggestion that the passive behaviour is not due to the whole oxidic layer but due to a thin, low lying interfacial layer with a structural disorder.  相似文献

We study the domain structure in ferroelectric thin films with a "passive" (nonferroelectric) layer at the interface between the film and electrodes. An abrupt transition from a monodomain to a polydomain state has been found with the increase of the passive layer thickness d. The domain width changes very quickly at the transition (exponentially with d(-2)). The slope of the hysteresis loop is in agreement with experiment, assuming realistic parameters of the layer. The slope scales as 1/d, involving only the properties of the layer. We believe that specific properties of the domain structure in ferroelectrics with a passive layer can resolve the long-standing "paradox of the coercive field."  相似文献

Low-nickel and AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel (SS) passive films were studied using secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS). An alkaline Ca(OH)2 saturated test solution containing different chloride additions was used at room temperature. The passive film formed consists mainly of an inner chromium-rich oxide layer and an outer iron-rich oxide layer. The chemistry of the passive film depends strongly on the chloride content in the alkaline solution. Under these exposure conditions nickel was detected in the outer part of the oxide, whereas chloride ions were not found in the passive film for either the low-nickel or AISI 304 SS alloys.  相似文献

A detailed model for the beams with partially debonded active constraining damping (ACLD) treatment is presented. In this model, the transverse displacement of the constraining layer is considered to be non-identical to that of the host structure. In the perfect bonding region, the viscoelastic core is modelled to carry both peel and shear stresses, while in the debonding area, it is assumed that no peel and shear stresses be transferred between the host beam and the constraining layer. The adhesive layer between the piezoelectric sensor and the host beam is also considered in this model. In active control, the positive position feedback control is employed to control the first mode of the beam. Based on this model, the incompatibility of the transverse displacements of the active constraining layer and the host beam is investigated. The passive and active damping behaviors of the ACLD patch with different thicknesses, locations and lengths are examined. Moreover, the effects of debonding of the damping layer on both passive and active control are examined via a simulation example. The results show that the incompatibility of the transverse displacements is remarkable in the regions near the ends of the ACLD patch especially for the high order vibration modes. It is found that a thinner damping layer may lead to larger shear strain and consequently results in a larger passive and active damping. In addition to the thickness of the damping layer, its length and location are also key factors to the hybrid control. The numerical results unveil that edge debonding can lead to a reduction of both passive and active damping, and the hybrid damping may be more sensitive to the debonding of the damping layer than the passive damping.  相似文献

Fe-Ti alloys containing 5 to 47% Ti have been studied by ESCA. The alloys were exposed to 0.1 M NaCl for 24 h under open-circuit potential (OCP) during which passive films were formed. The passive film consisted of FeO and TiO2 in the inner layer while Fe2O3, water, and hydroxyl groups were present in the outermost monolayers, irrespective of composition. The thickness of the passive layer was reduced from 4.4 nm to 1.0 nm with increasing Ti content. The amount of iron oxide in the passive layer also decreased with increasing Ti. Electrochemical techniques according to ASTM G59 and ASTM G5 were used for the determination of the relative corrosion rate of the alloys. Alloys with 5–28% Ti showed a relatively high corrosion rate but that with 47 wt.% Ti had a much lower corrosion rates.  相似文献

Photothermal effects in passive Fabry-Perot resonators are caused by the conversion of circulating optical energy into heat as a result of absorption. This results in thermal change in the resonator's optical path length, the round-trip phase, and hence the resonance condition. We describe a simplified dynamic numerical model for photothermal effects in passive fiber Bragg grating resonators and present results of their experimental observation.  相似文献
