用于数码相机的瞳孔控制自动对焦技术 总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3
对焦窗口的选择是数码相机进行自动对焦的关键问题之一。现有的对焦窗口的选择方法过于简单,由于成像目标的复杂性,有必要使对焦窗口的选择本身实现自动化和智能化[1]。提出了一种利用数字图像处理来进行瞳孔控制自动对焦的方法。对现有照相机结构稍加改进后,可以利用数码相机中现有的CCD/CMOS图像传感器获取拍摄者眼睛的图像,再通过对拍摄者眼睛的图像进行处理来判断其瞳孔在眼睛中的位置。根据这一位置信息,可以推断拍摄者的注意力所集中的区域,从而对焦窗口的自动选择。 相似文献

针对传统显微镜采用手工对焦方式存在自动化程度低、对焦过程较慢且对操作者经验要求高的问题,提出一套基于对焦深度法的光学显微镜系统。结合基于图像处理自动对焦的显微镜通用结构,设计了一套由ARM开发板、触控液晶显示屏、Arduino UNO开发板、红外对管、工业数码显微镜及步进电机等组成的光学显微镜系统。结合触控液晶显示屏的特点,设计出结合不同大小的感兴趣区域对焦窗口选择方法,并在采用常见梯度函数作为图像清晰度评价函数及爬山搜索算法的基础上,提出容错改进方法。实验分别对不同的图像清晰度评价函数及对焦窗口大小进行了实时性、灵敏度及容错性能测试。结果表明,该系统具有较高的可靠性。 相似文献

图谱理论作为目前模式识别研究的热门方法之一,广泛应用于聚类与分割,但对其进行图像分析,尤其是复杂的纹理图像分析未见报道。将图谱理论引入到图像分析领域,并结合窗口纹理分析方法构造新的纹理分析算法。首先对图像灰度级进行窗口划分得到不同灰度级下的子图像,然后以各子图像作为图的顶点,子图像间的相似度作为图的边,将原图像解析为一幅带权无向图。利用图谱理论的相关思想对该无向图进行分析,可以从中获得纹理粗糙度等特征,从而完成对原始图像的分析。通过对Brodatz图像库的检索实验证明,该方法优于传统纹理分析算法。 相似文献

Magnetic drug delivery has the potential to target therapy to specific regions in the body, improving efficacy and reducing side effects for treatment of cancer, stroke, infection, and other diseases. Using stationary external magnets, which attract the magnetic drug carriers, this treatment is limited to shallow targets (<5 cm below skin depth using the strongest possible, still safe, practical magnetic fields). We consider dynamic magnetic actuation and present initial results that show it is possible to vary magnets one against the other to focus carriers between them on average. A three-dimensional focus shaping technique using the combination of cylindrical polarization with binary diffractive optical element is proposed. The energy density pattern at the vicinity of the focus can be tailored in three dimensions by appropriately adjusting the parameters of the cylindrical vector beam illumination, numerical aperture of the objective lens and the design of the binary diffractive optical element. Focus with extended depth of focus that has both transversal and longitudinal flattop profile is obtained. Optical bubble that has a total dark volume surrounded by high field distributions is also shown. Potential applications of this focus shaping technique are discussed. 相似文献

In this paper, we compare four field-of-view (FOV) metrics that, when applied to a low-resolution image of a microscope slide, are capable of both accurately delineating the specimen and selecting a subset of focus candidate FOVs required for construction of high-resolution focus map. The metrics evaluated are: threshold index (TI) that measures image intensity; normalised auto-correlation index (NACI) that measures spatial image similarity; auto-phase correlation index (APCI) that measures image phase diversity; and entropy index (EI) that measures the predictability of image intensities. Experiments are undertaken on a data set of forty slides including PAP stained Thin-prep cervical cytology and breast fine-needle aspiration slides and haematoxylin and eosin (HE) stained histology slides. These slides were scanned on an automated bright-field microscope and chosen to be indicative of a variety pathology specimens, containing artefacts such as excess coverslip glue and ink markers. Results are presented on the performance of each metric for correct ranking/segmentation of foreground (specimen) from background, and subsequently selecting focus candidate FOVs characteristic of the specimen's focal plane(s). The experimental results demonstrate that while NACI, APCI and EI are all effective at specimen delineation, only APCI is capable of effectively selecting superior focus candidates and ignoring artefacts. 相似文献

Finger vein recognition has been adopted due to its high recognition rate and the invisibility of vein in visible light. However, because a finger vein pattern is not distinctive due to light scattering in the skin layer, the localization of a finger vein pattern region using an image processing algorithm is a difficult procedure. Also, optical blurring increases these difficulties. We propose a new finger vein image restoration method to deal with skin scattering and optical blurring. Our research is novel in three ways compared to previous studies. Firstly, the amount of optical blurring of a finger vein image is measured based on the average gradient of the orthogonal profile of a finger edge. Secondly, the accurate point spread function (PSF) of optical blurring is adaptively determined based on the orthogonal profile of a finger edge. Thirdly, using a constrained least square (CLS) filter and optimized parameters in terms of the lowest error of finger vein recognition, the restoration of a skin scattered and optically blurred finger vein pattern was performed. Experimental results show that the equal error rate (EER) of finger vein recognition with restoration was reduced by as much as 3.14% (5.05-1.91%) compared to the EER without restoration. 相似文献
