A novel read-only super-resolution optical disc structure (substrate/mask layer/dielectric layer) is proposed in this paper. By using a Si thin film as the mask layer, the recording pits with a diameter 380nm and a depth 50nm are read out on the dynamic measuring equipment; the laser wavelength α is 632.8nm and the numerical aperture is 0.40. In the course of reproduction, the laser power is 5mW and the rotation velocity of the disc is 4m·s-1. The optimum thickness of the Si thin film is 18nm and the signal-to-noise ratio is 32dB.  相似文献

We present a numerical investigation of quantum mechanical tunneling process in a double well potential with fluctuating barrier. The tunneling probability and rate are calculated for two cases in which (i) the height of the barrier is undergoing harmonic oscillation with frequency θ and (ii) the height of the barrier is undergoing random fluctuation with frequency θ. It is observed that in both cases, the quantum mechanical tunneling probability and rate exhibit a maximum as a function of the fluctuation frequency. The optimal frequency i.e. the frequency at which rate exhibits a maximum shows a strong isotopic mass effect.  相似文献

Coherent transport through a quantum dot embedded in one arm of a double-slit-like Aharononv-Bohm(AB) ring is studied using the green‘s function approach.We obtain experimental obsevations such as continous phase shift along a single resonance peak and sharp inter-resonance phase drop.The AB oscillations of the differential conductance of the whole device are calculated by using the nonequilibrium Keldysh formalism.It is shown that the oscillating conductance has a continuous bias-voltage-dependent phase shift and is asymmetric in both linear and nonlinear response regimes.  相似文献

We study the quantum dynamics of a single-Cooper-pair box biased by a classical voltage and also irradiated by a single-mode quantized field. We demonstrate that under weak damping of the quantized field, the collapse-revival phenomena can exist in this system, and the oscillations of the collapse and revival depend sensitively on the initial state of the single-mode quantized field and the damping rate κ. We also demonstrate that this system can show the beats phenomena.  相似文献

The confined flow around a square cylinder mounted inside a two-dimensional channel (blockage ratio $\be=1/8$) was investigated in detail by a newly developed incompressible nonuniform lattice-BGK model. It is found that the vortex shedding behind the cylinder induces periodicity in the flow field, and the periodicity of the flow will lose for $Re>$300. A detailed analysis for a range of Reynolds numbers between 1 and 500 was presented. Quantitative comparisons with other methods show that the model gives accurate results for complex flows.  相似文献

Charm, as well as Strangeness, plays an important role in searches for the Quark Gluon Plasma.J/Φ Suppression and Strangeness Enhancement are two of the earliest proposed QGP signatures. Recent theoretical work on charm in Relativistic Heavy Ion collisions has focussed on di-lepton production. However, even before the discovery of theJ/Ψ, evidence of open charm was seen in hadron collisions via the observation of promptsingle leptons “resulting from the semi-leptonic decays of charm particles.” [1] The ‘copious’ yield of direct (i.e. not from Dalitz decays) single electrons and muons—at a levele/π~10?4 forpT≥1.3 GeV/c—observed in the early 1970’s was explained by Hinchliffe and Llewellyn-Smith and Bourquin and Gaillard as evidence of open-charm production. It is likely thate/π at RHIC is large and is a good measure of charm production. Thus, a measurement of single electrons with moderatepT>1.5 GeV/c at RHIC should give a clean charm signal in heavy ion collisions,with no combinatoric background.  相似文献

In this paper, we derive the bi-Hamiltonian structure of a multi-component Camassa-Holm system, which associates with the multi-component AKNS hierarchy and multi-component KN hierarchy via the tri-Hamiltonian duality method. We investigate transport properties of a normal-metal-superconducting-grain-superconductor system by the use of the equivalent single-particle multi-channel networks, taking into account the multi-level structure, the Coulomb interaction, and the pair potential on the grain. The dependence of the current on the gate voltage show oscillating behaviour with a period related to 2e of the charge on the grain, reflecting the charge transfer in units of Cooper pairs. The conductance can be enhanced when the pairing parameter is near the Coulomb energy e^2/2C, due to the resonance of the Andreev reflection through the grain. The magnitude of the Andreev reflection as a function of the bias voltage exhibits complicated structures, reflecting the multiple levels, the spin orientations, and the interaction energy on the grain.  相似文献

The CBM experiment is being designed to study strongly interacting matter at high densities with nuclear collisions up to 45 A GeV beam energy at the future FAIR centre. With interaction rates unprecedented in heavy-ion collisions, CBM will give access also to extremely rare probes and thus to the early stage of the collisions, in search for the first-order phase transition from confined to deconfinedmatter and the QCD critical point. The conceptual design of the experiment is consolidated, and the project has entered the R&D and technical design phase. A proton therapy facility based on a linac injector and a slow-cycling synchrotron is proposed. To obtain good treatments for different cancer types, both the spot scanning method and the double-scattering method are adopted in the facility, whereas the nozzles include both gantry and fixed beam types. The proton accelerator chain includes a synchrotron of 250 MeV in maximum energy, an injector of 7 MeV consisting of an RFQ and a DTL linac, with a repetition rate of 0.5 Hz. The slow extraction using the third-order resonance and together with the RFKO method is considered to be a good method to obtain a stable and more-or-less homogenous beam spill. To benefit the spot scanning 200 between 60 MeV and 230 MeV. A new method method, the extraction energy can be as many as about - the emittance balancing technique of using a solenoid or a quadrupole rotator is proposed to solve the problem of unequal emittance in the two transverse planes with a beam slowly extracted from a synchrotron. The facility has been designed to keep the potential to be upgraded to include the carbon therapy in the future.  相似文献

Sum-frequency generation (SFG) is investigated using the two-coupled-oscillator molecular model.The influence of the polarization states and angles of two incident beams on reflected and transmitted sum-frequency lights is discussed by considering the circular birefringence in a chiral medium.The different response of media with two kinds of enantiomers to polarization states of incident beams is also discussed.Furthermore,the relations between the SFG spectrum and the polarization states are studied.The theoretical result is consistent with a known experimental fact.  相似文献

We study the effect of a force-free end on the mechanical property of a stretched biopolymer.The system can be divided into two parts.The first part consists of the segment counted from the fixed point(i.e.,the origin) to the forced point in the biopolymer,with arclength L_f.The second part consists of the segment counted from the forced point to the force-free end with arclength △L.We apply the path integral technique to find the relationship between these two parts.At finite temperature and without any constraint at the end,we show exactly that if we focus on the quantities related to the first part,then we can ignore the second part completely.Monte Carlo simulation confirms this conclusion.In contrast,the effect for the quantities related to the second part is dependent on what we want to observe.A force-free end has little effect on the relative extension,but it affects seriously the value of the end-to-end distance if △L is comparable to L_f.  相似文献

We investigate the effect of the position of the donor in quantum dots on the energy spectrum in the presence of a perpendicular magnetic field by using the method of few-body physics,As a function of the magnetic field,we find,when D^- centers are placed sufficiently off-center,discontinuous ground-state transitions which are similar to those found in many-electron parabolic quantum dots.Series of magic numbers of angular momentum which minimize the ground-state electron-electron interaction energy have been discovered.The dependence of the binding energy of the gound-state of the D^- center on the dot radius for a few values of the magnetic field strength is obtained and compared with other results.  相似文献

We have studied the spectral behaviour of few-cycle soliton pulses in a non-resonant two-level atom medium by solving the full Maxwell-Bloch equations. It is demonstrated further that the carrier effects play an important role in the propagation of the few-cycle pulse laser. When the frequency detuning is not very large, both the population distribution and the refractive index of the medium follow the oscillatory carrier field instantaneously; in this case, carrier-wave compression or carrier shock occurs, and a supercontinuum broader than that in the resonant medium may be generated. When the frequency detuning is large, the carrier shock is weak and the spectrum is not continuous, only showing an odd harmonic radiation.  相似文献

The dynamic response of an icosahedral Al--Pd--Mn quasicrystal with a Griffith crack to impact loading is investigated in this paper. The elastohydrodynamic model for the wave propagation and diffusion together with their interaction is adopted. Numerical results of stress, displacement and dynamic stress intensity factors are obtained by using the finite difference method. The effects of wave propagation, diffusion and phonon--phason coupling on the quasicrystal in the dynamic process are discussed in detail, where the phason dynamics is explored particularly.  相似文献
