采用简单沉积-沉淀法合成了Bi2WO6@Bi2MoO6-xF2x(BWO/BMO6-xF2x)异质结,借助XRD、XPS、TEM、SEM、EDS、UV-Vis-DRS、PC和EIS等测试技术对其组成、形貌、光吸收特性和光电化学性能等进行系统表征,并以模型污染物罗丹明B(RhB)的光催化降解作为探针反应来评价Bi2WO6@Bi2MoO6-xF2x异质结的光催化活性增强机制。形貌分析表明,所得Bi2MoO6微球由大量厚度为20~50 nm的纳米片组成;FE-SEM和HR-TEM分析表明,尺寸约为10 nm的Bi2WO6量子点均匀沉积在Bi2MoO6-xF2x微球表面,形成新颖的Bi2WO6@Bi2MoO6-xF2x异质结;与纯Bi2MoO6或者Bi2WO6相比,1∶1Bi2WO6@Bi2MoO6-xF2x异质结表现出更好的光催化活性和光电流性质,其对RhB光催化降解的表观速率常数分别为纯BMO和BWO的6.4和11.6倍。PC和EIS图谱分析表明,Bi2WO6量子点表面沉积显著提高Bi2MoO6-xF2x光生电子/空穴的分离效率和迁移速率;活性物种捕获实验证明了·O2-和h+是主要的活性物种。根据实验结果,探讨了F-掺杂和Bi2WO6量子点之间的协同效应对Bi2MoO6的光催化活性的影响机制。  相似文献

利用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理赝势法设计并优化了含稀土元素的新半金属Fe2LaO4。详细计算了其电荷分布,分子磁矩等磁电性能,并结合配位场理论分析了其电子结构。结果表明,Fe2LaO4是一种含稀土元素的铁磁性的新ⅡB型半金属;它的稳定相晶格常数约为0.623 nm,分子磁矩约为1.0μB;Fe2LaO4属软铁磁性半金属;La较多的外层电子增强了Fe2LaO4内部的库仑斥力,导致了配合物ML4和ML6均受强场作用,从而使Fe2LaO4具有软铁磁性;考虑自旋分布后ML4和ML6的电子结构分别为a1g1a1g1t1u3t1u3eg2eg2t2g3t2g3↓和a1g1a1g1t1u3t1u3t2g3t2g3eg2eg2eg*1↑,这些电子属于分子轨道。  相似文献

在流动余辉装置上, 利用N2空心阴极放电制备活性氮, 研究了活性氮与溴代烷烃(CHBr3、CH2Br2、C2H5Br、C4H9Br) 反应的化学发光.上述所有反应中, 在550~750 nm波段均观察到了较强的NBr (b1Σ+→X3Σ-)跃迁发射谱. 同时在活性氮与CHBr3和CH2Br2的反应中, 在流动管下游还观察到了CN (A2π, B2πX2Σ+)的发射谱. 验证性的实验表明, 激发态NBr (b1Σ+)是由二步过程形成: N(4S)与溴代烷烃反应生成NBr (X3Σ-), 再通过N2 (A 3Σu+)分子能量转移到激发态NBr (b1Σ+); 而激发态的CN是通过N(4S) + CBr→CN(A, B) + Br过程形成的.  相似文献

The equilibrium solubilities of the ternary system YCl3-CdCl2-H2O, the quaternary system YCl3-CdCl2-HCl(~8.8%)-H2O were determined at 25 ℃ and the phase diagrams were constructed. The results show that the ternary system was complicated with six equilibrim solid phases CdCl2·2.5H2O, CdCl2·H2O, 8CdCl2·YCl3·15H2O (8∶1 type), 4CdCl2·YCl3·13H2O(4∶1 type), 5CdCl2·2YCl3·26H2O (5∶2 type) and YCl3·6H2O. The quaternary system was also complicated with four equilibrim solid phase CdCl2·H2O, 4CdCl2·YCl3·13H2O (4∶1 type), 5CdCl2·2YCl3·26H2O(5∶2 type) and YCl3·6H2O. Among the three new compounds 8CdCl2·YCl3·15H2O, 4CdCl2·YCl3·13H2O and 5CdCl2·2YCl3·26H2O, 8CdCl2·YCl3·15H2O was a kind of metastable compound only in ternary system, and it was changed into 4CdCl2·YCl3·13H2O with time. Both 4∶1 type and 5∶2 type existed in ternary and quaternary system, but they were also congruently soluble compounds in quaternary system. They have been prepared from the system and have been characterized by XRD, TC-DTG and DSC.  相似文献

由高温固相反应制得Sr0.955Al2Si2-xTixO8:Eu2+x=0~1.0)系列试样,研究了Ti4+置换Si4+对其晶体结构和光谱特性的影响。Ti4+以类质同相替代Si4+进入晶体晶格中,形成了连续固溶体,其晶胞参数a,b,c,β和晶胞体积V随Ti4+置换量呈线性递增。Ti4+置换Si4+对晶胞参数c的影响显著,b其次,a最小。荧光激发谱为宽带,位于230~400nm,由267nm、305nm、350nm和375nm 4个峰拟合成,表观峰值位于351nm;随着Ti4+置换量的增加,半高宽(FWHM)从105nm减小到93nm。发射光谱位于380~600nm,表观峰值位于407nm,可由406nm和441nm两峰拟合而成并且随Ti4+置换量增加线性红移,Ti4+进入晶格对长波长发射中心影响较少;Ti4+置换量为1.0时,表观发射峰位从407nm红移至417nm;利用试样荧光光谱和VanUitert经验公式,得出SrAl2Si2O8:Eu2+中Sr2+的配位数为9。随着Ti4+置换量Si4+进入基质晶格,造成Eu-O距离变小,使得Eu2+所处的晶体场强度增强,发光中心Eu2+的5d能级分裂增大,造成Eu2+最低发射能级重心下移,两拟合谱峰峰位均呈线性红移。  相似文献

钙钛矿型LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3光电催化活性研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
用甘氨酸-硝酸盐燃烧合成法, 制备LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3复合氧化物的陶瓷粉末, 对钙钛矿氧化物进行了XRD结构分析. 在通氧或不通氧下测试氧还原和氧析出的循环伏安曲线. 结果表明: 该氧电极具有双功能催化特性, 但不完全可逆. 利用汞灯作为激发光源, 进行几种水溶性染料和五种混合染料光解实验, 利用紫外-可见、红外以及人工神经网络光度法研究LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3的催化性能. 结果表明: LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3 (x=0.7, 0.9, 1; y=0.3, 0.75)复合氧化物都具有较强光催化特性; LaxSr1-xNi1-yCoyO3的光催化活性高于LaxSr1-xNiO3, 这与B位离子(Ni2—, Co2-)的电子构型有关; Co2+的加入可使LaxSr1-xNiO3的光催化活性有所提高.  相似文献

Nanosize manganese zinc ferrites were fabricated by hydrothermal precipitation route using Fe2(SO4)3, ZnSO4·7H2O, MnSO4·H2O as material, then some calcinated at 500 ℃ and studied by XRD, TEM, IR and VSM. The results showed that the products were spinel crystal structure and uniformly sized nanoparticles (15~25 nm) with little aggregation. The analysis of IR showed that the superficial water can be eliminated, but that was embedded in crystal lattice can not be removed by calcinating. The effect Zn content x on the lattice (a) of nanosize Mn1-xZnxFe2O4 was also discussed. The lattice of nanosize Mn1-xZnxFe2O4 decreases with x increasing; and its value deviated the standard lattice (a0) of normal size manganese zinc ferrites. A lot of water was absorbed during the hydrothermal process owing to the large surface of nanosize particles. The change of magnetic properties of MnxZn1-xFe2O4 with x increasing was studied: nanosize MnxZn1-xFe2O4 particles synthesized by us exhibited peculiar magnetic properties curve with Zn content (x) increasing, Superparamagnetic behaviors of the synthesized ZnFe2O4 samples were confirmed by magnetic characterization, which can be explained by the difference between the distribution of the metal ions (Mn2+, Zn2+ and Fe3+) among the tetrahedral (A) and the octahedral (B) sites of nanosize ferrite and that of bulk ferrite.  相似文献

The luminescent properties of Pr3+-doped LaB3O6, SrAl12O19, SrB4O7 and NaYF4 in the vaccum ultraviol-et (VUV) range at different temperatures were investigated under the excitation of high-energetic synchrotron radiation. For Pr3+ ions in LaB3O6, SrAl12O19 and SrB4O7, only the parity-forbidden 1S0→4f2 transitions were observ-ed in the emission spectra at relatively low temperature; but the parity-allowed 4f5d→4f2 transitions appeared simultaneously when the temperature was high enough. And the intensity of broad 4f5d→4f2 emission increased relative to the intensity of 1S0→4f2 emissions with increasing temperature. Then the thermal equilibrium model of energy levels was employed to the lowest 4f5d state and 1S0 state of Pr3+ in the three hosts. The calculated curves were in good agreement with the experimental values, indicating the occurrence of the thermal excitation from 1S0 state to 4f5d states at high temperatures when the lowest 4f5d state lies higher than 1S0 state and the photon energy is high enough.  相似文献

采用高温固相法在空气中合成了Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+系列荧光粉。分别采用X-射线衍射和荧光光谱对所合成荧光粉的物相和发光性质进行了表征。在紫外光330~360 nm激发下,固溶体荧光粉Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7:0.03Eu的发射光谱在350~725 nm范围内呈现多谱峰发射,360和500 nm处有强的宽带发射属于Eu2+离子的4f65d1-4f7跃迁,590~725 nm红光区窄带谱源于Eu3+5D0-7FJ (J=1,2,3,4)跃迁,这表明,在空气气氛中,部分Eu3+在Ba1.97-yZn1-xMgxSi2O7基质中被还原成了Eu2+;当x=0.1时,荧光粉Ba1.97Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu的绿色发光最强,表明Eu3+被还原成Eu2+离子的程度最大。当共掺入Ce3+离子后,形成Ba1.97-yZn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.03Eu,yCe3+荧光粉体系,其发光随着Ce3+离子浓度的增大由蓝绿区经白光区到达橙红区;发现名义组成为Ba1.96Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7:0.01Ce3+,0.03Eu的荧光粉的色坐标为(0.323,0.311),接近理想白光,是一种有潜在应用价值的白光荧光粉。讨论了稀土离子在Ba2Zn0.9Mg0.1Si2O7基质中的能量传递与发光机理。  相似文献

基于卡里普索结构预测程序和密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算,搜索确定了VB2n-n=8~12)团簇的基态和亚稳态结构。结果发现,V原子的掺杂完全改变了原硼团簇的结构并提高了原体系的稳定性。掺杂体系基态结构分别呈现高对称性的鼓状(VB16-C2v)、管状(VB18-C2v和VB20-Cs)及笼状(VB22-C2和VB24-D3h)结构。基于基态结构,研究了体系的电荷转移和极化率,拟合出了光电子能谱、红外和拉曼谱图,分析了流变键和芳香特性。最后,研究了体系的热力学特性,讨论了温度对热力学参数的影响。  相似文献

Electrochemistry and biomembranes are interface science in that both are concerned with the phenomena at, as well as across, the interfaces. Membrane electrochemistry may be defined as the application of electrochemistry to biomembrane studies. Additionally, transport processes within the membrane are involved in biomembranes. Since biomembranes are diverse and are usually not amenable to probing by electrochemicophysical techniques, model membrane systems have been developed for their investigation.

The introduction of experimental bilayer lipid membranes (BLM) technique and its modifications have been instrumental in the development and testing of membrane transport concepts (carriers vs channels) and electronic processes in membranes. Instead merely viewing a biomembrane as a physical barrier containing carriers or channels to carry out ionic processes, an ultrathin lipid or biological membrane can also be considered as a complete ‘electrochemical cell’ with one membrane/solution interface reducing (as a cathode) and the other membrane/solution interface oxidizing (as an anode). It is now possible to understand energy transduction (charge generation, separation, and redox reactions) in terms of ultrathin lipid membranes separating two aqueous solutions.

In this paper, we shall discuss the basic principles of electrochemistry as they are applied to membrane studies. Emphasis will be on experimental bilayer lipid membranes (BLM) which have been extensively investigated as models of biomembranes.  相似文献

采用聚合物表面涂覆改性的方法,将疏水性聚合物硅橡胶涂覆在聚酰亚胺亲水微孔膜上,制得了具有良好膜蒸馏性能的聚酰亚胺疏水微孔复合膜。研究了涂覆工艺条件对所得聚酰亚胺疏水微孔复合膜的膜蒸馏性能的影响。结果表明,控制适当工艺条件可制得具有高膜蒸馏通量的聚酰亚胺微孔复合膜,其透过系数可达2.17×10-3kg/m2·h·Pa。该改性聚酰亚胺疏水微孔复合膜使用37d后,截留率仍保持在99.5%以上,具有较长使用寿命。  相似文献

基于纳米材料的独特性质,将其引入高分子膜所制得的纳米复合滤膜有望解决目前制约膜技术发展的“上限平衡”问题。 本文综述了碳纳米管、石墨烯、SiO2、TiO2、分子筛、ZrO2以及纳米银颗粒等纳米复合膜在膜分离领域的研究进展。 这些纳米材料对于提高复合膜的机械稳定性、亲水性、选择性、渗透性及抗污染能力等有显著的效果。 此外,对纳米复合膜的发展与应用做了展望,也对其研究中存在的问题和解决方法进行了阐述。  相似文献

自交联聚乙烯亚胺-聚砜高温质子交换膜研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了制备出兼具高电导率和优异力学性能的高温质子交换膜,本工作采用化学自交联的方法将含氮功能基团聚乙烯亚胺(PEI,平均分子量200)接枝到氯甲基化聚砜(CMPSF)高分子链上制备磷酸掺杂型高温质子交换膜的基膜(PEI-PSF).其中,PEI上的含氮功能基团既作为磷酸吸附位点,使高温质子交换膜获得高的质子传导率,同时又作为交联位点与CMPSF高分子链上的苄氯基团发生自交联反应,使聚合物膜具有优良的力学性能.傅里叶变换红外光谱和X-射线光电子能谱测试结果表明,CMPSF高分子链上的苄氯基团与PEI上的含氮功能基团发生完全反应,且随着聚砜氯甲基化程度的增加,膜中引入的PEI含量相应增加,进而提升了PEI-PSF膜的磷酸掺杂水平.氯甲基化程度为58%的PEI-PSF膜(PEI-PSF-58)磷酸吸附量达到122 wt%,在180℃无水条件下质子电导率达到3.4×10-2 S·cm-1,同时该复合膜拉伸强度达到30 MPa.基于磷酸掺杂的PEI-PSF-58复合膜的高温质子交换膜燃料电池在150℃干气条件下的输出峰功率达到200 mW·cm-2,并且在78 h的测试时间内展示出了良好的稳定性.  相似文献

The membrane potential across a composite bipolar membrane (CBM) composed of a cation-exchange membrane with an anion-exchange membrane is theoretically and experimentally analyzed for LiCl ethanol-water solutions. The theoretical approach is based on an extension of the Donnan equilibrium and the Nernst-Planck equation of monopolar charged membranes for the case of two ion-exchange layers by considering the effect of electrolyte ion pairing in the external solution. The experimental results show that the effective membrane charge densities of the two ion-exchange layers will become smaller than those which are separately estimated for each layer. We have introduced a contact factor, zeta, into the theoretical approach to clarify this phenomenon in this study, and the theoretical predictions were in good agreement with the experimental data. The membrane potential measurements show that CBM has the characteristics of a bipolar membrane and can significantly contribute to a better electrochemical characterization of the CBMs. Copyright 1999 Academic Press.  相似文献

质子交换膜燃料电池的核心部件--膜电极经历了两代传统制备方法后,已经进入第三代有序化膜电极发展阶段.有序化膜电极包括质子导体有序化膜电极和电子导体有序化膜电极两大类,而电子导体有序化膜电极包括催化剂材料有序化膜电极和催化剂载体材料有序化膜电极.有序化膜电极具有良好的电子、质子、水和气体等多相物质传输通道,从而可以大大降低膜电极中Pt载量、提升燃料电池的发电性能和延长燃料电池寿命.本文整理了近几年有关有序化膜电极的研究报道,梳理了有序化膜电极研究进展,归纳比较了各种有序化膜电极制备方法的优缺点,对未来高性能、低成本和长寿命的膜电极制备技术开发具有指导意义.  相似文献

Membrane capacitive deionization (MCDI) is an ion-removal process based on applying an electrical potential difference across an aqueous solution which flows in between oppositely placed porous electrodes, in front of which ion-exchange membranes are positioned. Due to the applied potential, ions are adsorbed in the electrodes and a product stream with a reduced salt concentration is obtained. Including the membranes in the process has two advantages: first, they block co-ions from leaving the electrodes, thereby increasing the salt removal efficiency of the process, and second, when during ion release a reversed voltage is used, counterions can be more fully flushed from the electrode region, thereby increasing the driving force for ion removal in the next cycle. Here we present pilot-plant experimental data for salt removal in MCDI as function of inlet ionic strength and flow rate. In the subsequent stage of ion release the flow rate is temporarily reduced to zero and the voltage sign reversed. This “stop-flow” operation mode results in a small and concentrated product stream. We present a theoretical process model for MCDI which describes the time-dependent electric current and effluent ion concentration, both during the deionization stage and during the subsequent stage of ion release. The process model describes the MCDI cell as a number of stirred volumes placed in-series, and includes the transport resistance of the ion-exchange membrane and of the stagnant diffusion layer in front of the membrane. Ion storage in the electrodes is described according to the equilibrium Gouy–Chapman–Stern model for the electrostatic double layer.  相似文献

为实现质子交换膜燃料电池的高性能(高功率密度或大电流密度)、低成本(低铂载量)、长寿命发电,人们尝试在燃料电池的核心部件膜电极结构中引入梯度化设计的概念。梯度化膜电极包括膜电极中各组件的梯度化:气体扩散层的PTFE含量与孔隙率的梯度化,催化层的催化剂与Nafion用量的梯度化以及微孔层的疏水性与孔隙率的梯度化。梯度化膜电极中催化剂分布、孔隙率分布、亲/疏水性分布合理,具有良好的三相反应界面以及质子、电子、反应气体、水等多相物质高效传输通道,从而能满足在低铂载量、低加湿以及高电流密度条件下高性能稳定工作。本文整理了近几年来有关燃料电池梯度化膜电极研究的相关文献,梳理了梯度化膜电极研究发展脉络,归纳总结了各种梯度化膜电极的制备方法、性能以及构效关系,并展望了梯度化膜电极下一步研究方向,对高性能、低成本、长寿命的燃料电池开发具有指导意义。  相似文献

This article assembles pertinent insights behind the concept of planarizable push–pull probes. As a response to the planarization of their polarized ground state, a red shift of their excitation maximum is expected to report on either the disorder, the tension, or the potential of biomembranes. The combination of chromophore planarization and polarization contributes to various, usually more complex processes in nature. Examples include the color change of crabs or lobsters during cooking or the chemistry of vision, particularly color vision. The summary of lessons from nature is followed by an overview of mechanosensitive organic materials. Although often twisted and sometimes also polarized, their change of color under pressure usually originates from changes in their crystal packing. Intriguing exceptions include the planarization of several elegantly twisted phenylethynyl oligomers and polymers. Also mechanosensitive probes in plastics usually respond to stretching by disassembly. True ground‐state planarization in response to molecular recognition is best exemplified with the binding of thoughtfully twisted cationic polythiophenes to single‐ and double‐stranded oligonucleotides. Molecular rotors, en vogue as viscosity sensors in cells, operate by deplanarization of the first excited state. Pertinent recent examples are described, focusing on λ‐ratiometry and intracellular targeting. Complementary to planarization of the ground state with twisted push–pull probes, molecular rotors report on environmental changes with quenching or shifts in emission rather than absorption. The labeling of mechanosensitive channels is discussed as a bioengineering approach to bypass the challenge to create molecular mechanosensitivity and use biological systems instead to sense membrane tension. With planarizable push–pull probes, this challenge is met not with twistome screening, but with “fluorescent flippers,” a new concept to insert large and bright monomers into oligomeric probes to really feel the environment and also shine when twisted out of conjugation.  相似文献
