采用超临界CO2法、超声波辅助提取法和索氏提取法提取山茶籽油,对它的理化指标、脂肪酸组成进行测定,并对茶粕有效成分进行分析。研究表明,超临界CO2法和超声波法提油率高,环保安全性和工艺效率好;索氏法提取的油茶籽油酸值过大;从茶粕有效成分含量来看,超声波辅助提取法更优。综合考虑3种提取方法,超声波辅助提取山茶油品质最优。 相似文献

采用超声波辅助半仿生法提取石榴皮单宁。利用正交实验方法对提取工艺进行优化,并进行了红外光谱分析和研究抗氧化能力检测。在提取液的pH值分别:1.2、7.6、8.4,溶剂质量分数50%、提取时间45 min、提取温度50℃、超声波功率320 W和超声波频率25KHz的条件下,单宁提取量可达234.6 mg.g-1,远高于无超声波辅助的试样。红外光谱分析表明:石榴皮单宁中含有大量的无色花翠素-3-葡萄糖苷分子结构式类物质;抗氧化能力检测显示:采用超声波辅助半仿生法能够提高单宁对OH.、DPPH.和ABTS+.等自由基的清除能力,与水回流提取法相比,其IC50值分别降低了0.26、0.022和0.41 mg.mL-1。 相似文献

以乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂回流提取方法结合微波、超声波辅助提取野菊花中的蒙花苷,用HPLC法测定。采用正交试验法研究了野菊花中蒙花苷提取和HPLC实验条件,并比较了采用不同的微波和超声波辅助提取方式对蒙花苷提取结果的影响。结果表明,溶剂回流提取最佳条件为:提取温度80℃,回流时间2.0 h,溶剂用量40 mL。应用于安徽等产地野菊花中蒙花苷的提取分析,结果显示,广东和广西产地药材含量明显更高;在相同的实验条件下采用微波辅助提取可使蒙花苷达到较高的提取率,特别是采用微波辐射药材后再进行溶剂回流提取,提取时间可缩短一半。 相似文献

In recent years, green extraction of bioactive compounds from herbal medicines has generated widespread interest. Deep eutectic solvents (DES) have widely replaced traditional organic solvents in the extraction process. In this study, the efficiencies of eight DESs in extracting flavonoids from Acanthopanax senticosus (AS) were compared. Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize the independent variable including ultrasonic power, water content, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, and extraction time. DES composed of glycerol and levulinic acid (1:1) was chosen as the most suitable extraction medium. Optimal conditions were ultrasonic power of 500 W, water content of 28%, solid-liquid ratio of 1:18 g·mL−1, extraction temperature of 55 °C, and extraction time of 73 min. The extraction yield of total flavonoids reached 23.928 ± 0.071 mg·g−1, which was 40.7% higher compared with ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction. Macroporous resin (D-101, HPD-600, S-8 and AB-8) was used to recover flavonoids from extracts. The AB-8 resin showed higher adsorption/desorption performance, with a recovery rate of total flavonoids of up to 71.56 ± 0.256%. In addition, DES solvent could efficiently be reused twice. In summary, ultrasonic-assisted DES combined with the macroporous resin enrichment method is exceptionally effective in recovering flavonoids from AS, and provides a promising environmentally friendly and recyclable strategy for flavonoid extraction from natural plant sources. 相似文献

葛根多糖具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤等众多生物活性,对葛根多糖进行单糖组成分析对其活性研究具有重要意义。该研究利用响应面分析法考察了超声辅助提取法中液料比、超声温度、超声时间和超声功率对葛根多糖提取率的交互影响,并拟合数据得到多元二次回归方程。同时建立了柱前衍生加压毛细管电色谱检测糖类的方法,对分离8种中性单糖的色谱条件进行了探索与优化,并将此方法应用于两种葛根实际样品的单糖组成测定。响应面分析结果表明,4个试验因素中,超声温度对两种葛根多糖提取率的影响程度最大,其次为液料比,超声时间和超声功率影响程度较小。结合软件预测分析得到的最佳条件及设备实际情况,确定葛根多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:超声温度90℃,粉葛多糖液料比20 mL/g,柴葛多糖液料比40 mL/g,超声时间30 min,超声功率180 W。优化后的色谱分离条件为:采用Halo-2.7 μm核壳型C18填料毛细管色谱柱,以乙腈-50 mmol/L pH 4.1的醋酸铵水溶液(18:82,v/v)为流动相,在250 nm波长下检测,施加电压-20 kV。在此条件下可以实现24 min内对葡萄糖等8种中性单糖衍生物的快速分离,相比传统液相色谱方法大大提升了分离检测速度和分离柱效。方法学考察表明此方法具有较好的线性关系和良好的重复性。对实际样品分离鉴定表明,粉葛多糖主要由葡萄糖、甘露糖、鼠李糖和岩藻糖组成,4种单糖物质的量之比为1.00:0.16:0.14:0.07;柴葛多糖主要由葡萄糖和甘露糖组成,2种单糖物质的量之比为1.00:0.70。该研究为单糖化合物快速高效分离检测提供了新方法,并为葛根多糖单糖组成分析提供了参考。 相似文献

Ionic liquid-based microwave-assisted extraction (ILMAE) has been successfully applied in extracting essential oil and four kinds of biphenyl cyclooctene lignans from Schisandra chinensis Baill. 0.25 M 1-lauryl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ionic liquid is selected as solvent. The optimum parameters of dealing with 25.0 g sample are 385 W irradiation power, 40 min microwave extraction time and 1:12 solid-liquid ratio. The yields of essential oil and lignans are 12.12±0.37 ml/kg and 250.2±38.2 mg/kg under the optimum conditions. The composition of the essential oil extracted by hydro-distillation, steam-distillation and ILMAE is analyzed by GC-MS. With ILMAE method, the energy consumption time has not only been shortened to 40 min (hydro-distillation 3.0 h for extracting essential oil and reflux extraction 4.0 h for extracting lignans, respectively), but also the extraction efficiency has been improved (extraction of lignans and distillation of essential oil at the same time) and reduces the environmental pollution. S. chinensis materials treated by different methods are observed by scanning electronic microscopy. Micrographs provide more evidence to prove that ILMAE is a better and faster method. The experimental results also indicate that ILMAE is a simple and efficient technique for sample preparation. 相似文献

Microalgal lipid is considered as a potential biodiesel resource due to its advantages compared to other bioresources. The production of biofuel from microalgae includes several stages like microalgae cultivation, biomass harvest, biomass treatment, lipid extraction, and the ultimate biodiesel synthesis. Lipid extraction is closely associated with the productivity and cost of energy production. In the present study, lipid of green algae Dunaliella tertiolecta was extracted by chemical agents with involvement of ultrasound and microwave. The optimization of experimental conditions was carried out by response surface methodology and orthogonal test design. Using the ultrasonic technique, an extraction rate of 45.94% was obtained under the optimum conditions of ultrasonic power 370 W, extraction time 5 min and liquid/solid ratio 125 mL/g. The extraction rate of 57.02% was obtained by the means of microwave assistance under the optimized conditions of extraction time 160 s, microwave power 490 W and liquid/solid ratio 100 mL/g. The comparison of the two results indicated microwave was more effective than ultrasound in extracting process. When the two techniques were utilized in combination, the optimized condition was ultrasonic power 320 W, ultrasonic time 4 min, microwave power 280 W, microwave time 120 s and liquid/solid ratio 100 mL/g, and the extraction rate was 49.97%. 相似文献

The ionic liquid-based ultrasonic-assisted extraction (ILUAE) has been successfully applied in extracting four biphenyl cyclooctene lignans from the fruit of Schisandra chinensis Baill. Seventeen different types of ionic liquids with different cations and anions have been investigated. 0.8 M 1-lauryl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([C12mim]Br) solution was selected as solvent. In addition, the ultrasonic parameters including ultrasonic power, time for ultrasonic treatment and solid–liquid ratio have been optimized by Response Surface Method (RSM). Compared with the conventional solvent extraction, the efficiency of the approach proposed in this work is about 3.5 times as much as that of the conventional solvent extraction method. With the proposed extraction method, the extraction time has been reduced to 30 min, whereas the conventional extraction method requires about 6.0 h. The experimental results presented in this work indicate that the ILUAE is a simple and efficient technique for sample preparation. The proposed method is reproducible. 相似文献
