综述了基于聚乳酸的可生物降解的形状记忆高分子材料的研究情况。首先介绍了形状记忆高分子材料的记忆效应、记忆机理,然后讨论了基于聚乳酸的三种类型的形状记忆高分子材料:单组份的聚乳酸类、聚乳酸共聚物类以及聚乳酸与无机物的复合材料,分别介绍了各种类型的形状记忆高分子材料的形状记忆性能和生物降解性能。最后,讨论了聚乳酸类记忆材料的应用情况,并对其研究前景和发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献

1892年,荷兰物理学家洛伦兹通过创建电子论,为原子内部电子的发现提供了理论基础。1897年,英国物理学家汤姆逊从阴极射线中发现了自由电子,打破了原子不可分的传统观念,由此引发了卢瑟福、玻尔等人对原子内部结构的探索。同时,化学家们将物理学中的电子引入化学,开始用原子结构中的电子来解释化学行为,提出了化学键的电子理论,推动了化学键理论的发展。  相似文献

“茶叶中咖啡因的提取实验”是有机化学的一个经典实验。对传统的升华装置进行了改进,让升华实验更加简单高效,并且能够看到咖啡因晶体聚集和长大的过程,该装置便于咖啡因的收集,能对所收集的咖啡因进行定量计算,同时增加了采用薄层色谱法对浓缩液中咖啡因进行定性鉴定的实验环节。改进的实验丰富了实验内容,降低了实验可能的失误,提高了实验的安全性,创造性地运用实验室的显微熔点仪和智能手机成功地对咖啡因晶体的形貌进行了拍摄,增加了实验的趣味性。  相似文献

We have prepared uniform silica nanoparticles (NPs) doped with a two-photon absorbing zwitterionic hemicyanine dye by reverse microemulsion method. Obvious solvatochromism on the absorption spectra of dye-doped NPs indicates that solvents can partly penetrate into the silica matrix and then affect the ground and excited state of dye molecules. For dye-doped NP suspensions, both one-photon and two-photon excited fluorescence are much stronger and recorded at shorter wavelength compared to those of free dye solutions with comparative overall dye concentration. This behavior is possibly attributed to the restricted twisted intramolecular charge transfer (TICT), which reduces fluorescence quenching when dye molecules are trapped in the silica matrix. Images from two-photon laser scanning fluorescence microscopy demonstrate that the dye-doped silica NPs can be actively uptaken by Hela cells with low cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Optically transparent, mesostructured titanium dioxide thin films were fabricated using an amphiphilic poly(alkylene oxide) block copolymer template in combination with retarded hydrolysis of a titanium isopropoxide precursor. Prior to calcination, the films displayed a stable hexagonal mesophase and high refractive indices (1.5 to 1.6) relative to mesostructured silica (1.43). After calcination, the hexagonal mesophase was retained with surface areas >300 m2 g?1. The dye Rhodamine 6G (commonly used as a laser dye) was incorporated into the copolymer micelle during the templating process. In this way, novel dye‐doped mesostructured titanium dioxide films were synthesised. The copolymer not only directs the film structure, but also provides a solubilizing environment suitable for sustaining a high monomer‐to‐aggregate ratio at elevated dye concentrations. The dye‐doped films displayed optical thresholdlike behaviour characteristic of amplified spontaneous emission. Soft lithography was successfully applied to micropattern the dye‐doped films. These results pave the way for the fabrication and demonstration of novel microlaser structures and other active optical structures. This new, high‐refractive index, mesostructured, dye‐doped material could also find applications in areas such as optical coatings, displays and integrated photonic devices.  相似文献

Silicate gels doped with organic dyes have been proposed as solid-state tunable lasers. Photobleaching of the dye under laser excitation is an important phenomenon in this application. The optical absorption and luminescence of SiO2 silica gels doped with Rhodamine B exposed to the second harmonic pulses of a YAG : Nd laser have been studied. In addition to the characteristic exponential decay with the number of pulses, overlapping oscillations in the intensity were observed. This behavior is explained in terms of a long lived metastable electronic excited state of the dye molecules.  相似文献

In this work, a new type of naphthalene dye was synthesized for detecting nitro explosives in solution and mesoporous film system. The fluorescence quenching mechanism between dye and explosive was determined. For detecting nitro explosives in gas system, mesoporous silica films doped with this fluorescent dye were successfully fabricated using the sol–gel technology with different templates. Two-dimensional hexagonal structure mesoporous silica film was found sensitive to traces of nitroaromatic trinitrotoluene. When enlarging the pore size, to improve the sensitivity, a lower sensitivity was actually obtained. This can be explained by the small molecule diameter of the explosive and the relatively large surface area of the mesoporous films. The Brunauer–Emmett–Teller surface area can be enlarged by a suitable 3D pore channel structure so that the fluorescence quenching sensitivity is improved for the nitro aromatic compounds vapors. Optimizing the pore size and channel structure can therefore well improve the sensing efficiency in this system.  相似文献

Large, flawless and transparent silica monoliths were prepared at room temperature by solvent evaporation method and loaded with dye. The composites containing dye molecules were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Uv–vis and photoluminescence spectra. A red-shift in photoluminescence spectrum was observed from the composite monolith compared with that of laser dye in C2H5OH solution. The property of laser narrowing has been shown when the composites are pumped at p = 355 nm by nitrogen laser.  相似文献

Optical Sensing by Silica/Titania Thin Films Doped with Oxacarbocyanine Dye   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Photocurrent responses of sol-gel films of silica/titania doped with oxacarbocyanine dye were investigated with a sandwich-type photocell constructed with polymer electrolyte membrane and indium-tin-oxide glass electrodes. At an equilibrium and positive bias voltages, a typical photocell exhibited negative and positive current peaks when the visible light illumination was on and off, respectively. The wavelength dependence of the photocurrent responses well matched to the absorption band of the doped dye. This differential photocurrent response was attributed to trapping of carriers photoexcited in the dye molecules at the defect states in the matrix film. At negative bias voltages, on the other hand, the cell exhibited constant, negative photoelectrochemical currents under illumination. These differential and linear photocurrent responses were affected by the SiO2/TiO2 matrix structures depending on the Si : Ti ratio.  相似文献

Solid-state dye-doped polymer is an attractive alternative to the conventional liquid dye solution. In this paper, the spectral characteristics and the nonlinear optical properties of the dye crystal violet are studied. The spectral characteristics of crystal violet dye doped poly(methylmethacrylate) modified with additive n-butyl acetate (nBA) are studied by recording its absorption and fluorescence spectra and the results are compared with the corresponding liquid mixture. The nonlinear refractive index of the dye in nBA and dye doped polymer film were measured using z-scan technique, by exciting with He-Ne laser. The results obtained are intercompared. Both the samples of dye crystal violet show a negative nonlinear refractive index. The origin of optical nonlinearity in the dye may be attributed due to laser-heating induced nonlinear effect.  相似文献

利用接枝胶原与介孔二氧化硅制备一种新型生物无机杂化材料。用甲基丙烯酸甲酯为接枝剂对胶原进行共聚改性制得接枝胶原。以正硅酸乙酯为模板,十二烷基三甲基溴化铵为表面活性剂,用一个简单的热处理过程制得介孔二氧化硅。介孔二氧化硅-接枝胶原杂化材料通过超声分散接枝胶原与介孔二氧化硅的混合物制得,其三维结构用X射线衍射表征,晶格参数a,bc分别为0.68,0.37和1.64 nm,为正交晶型。氮气吸附-解吸等温线显示杂化材料的比表面积可达273 m2·g-1,孔体积为0.13 cm3·g-1,平均孔径3.4 nm,分布窄。该杂化材料在8~14 μm波长的红外发射率可低至0.323,在光电子学器件和红外隐身领域具有潜在应用价值。  相似文献

Cy5 dye is widely used as a biomarker in the research fields of life science because of its excitation at wavelengths above 600 nm where autofluorescence of bio-matter is much reduced. However, Cy5 dye could not be encapsulate into silica directly to form stable nanoparticles by using of the traditional methods. In this paper, an improved method had been developed to prepare Cy5 dye doped core-shell silica fluorescent nanoparticles (SFNPs), employing biomolecules conjugated Cy5 as the core material and silica coating produced from the hydrolysis TEOS (tetraethyl orthosilicate) in the water-in-oil microemulsion. To obtain stable Cy5 dye doped SFNPs with core-shell structure, five kinds of biomolecules with different iso-electric point (pI) have been selected to conjugate Cy5 for preparation of core-shell SFNPs. Results demonstrated that very bright and photostable Cy5 doped core-shell SFNPs could be both prepared by use of positive polysine conjugated Cy5 or IgG conjugated Cy5 as the core material, respectively. IgG conjugated Cy5 doped core-shell SFNPs was selected as a demonstration to be characterized and applied as a near-infrared fluorescent marker in cell recognition. The results showed that Cy5 doped core-shell SFNPs prepared by conjugating with a positive biomolecules IgG as the core material were luminescent and stable. About 110 Cy5 dye molecules could be doped in one nanoparticle with size of 42 ± 5 nm. The breast cancer cells had been selectively recognized by use of the near-infrared fluorescent marker based on the Cy5-IgG doped core-shell SFNPs. And the results demonstrated that this Cy5 doped core-shell SFNPs fluorescence marker was superior to the pure Cy5 dye marker for cell recognition in photostability and detection sensitivity.  相似文献

A simple but effective approach was developed to synthesize amino functionalized fluorescein isothiocyanate-doped silica nanoparticles based upon polycondensation of tetraethoxysilane. Organic dye molecule (fluorescein isothiocyanate) coupled with a silane coupling agent, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, was incorporated into silica sphere through controlled hydrolysis and polymerization of tetraethoxysilane. The dye was connected with silica sphere through 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, which avoided the leakage of the dye. The cohydrolysis and polymerization of tetraethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane outside the surface of the silica sphere formed another thin silica shell with the functionalized amino groups on the surface. With amino groups on the surface, the nanoparticle surface was affluent in positive charges. The amino-functionalized nanoparticles were linked with mouse monoclonal antibody against hepatitis B virus surface antigen through electrostatic interaction to form fluorescence probes, which were tested by immunochromatographic assay using immunochromatography test strip. It was indicated that the fluorescence probe was suitable for immunoassay.  相似文献
