超临界相由合成气合成低碳醇的研究

摘    要:选择有代表性的Cu-Co,Zn-Cr和ZR-Mn体系为催化剂,研究了超临界条件下由合成气 民低碳醇的规律及提高产物中C2+OH含量的可能性。结果表明,三种催化剂上超临界相合成醇反应的CO转化率都比气相合成醇反应的高。Cu-Co催化剂上超临界相合成反应的醇选择性低于气相合成者,但合成醇的产物与气相合成的相同,且均符合Schulz-Flory分布。Zn-Cr和Zr-Mn催化剂上的产物分布不符合Schu

Abstract:An experimental study on selective synthesis of lower alcohols from syngas in supercritical fluids by using a fixed bed reactor was carried out. The formation route of lower alcohols and the possibility of increasing the C 2+ OH content were investigated over Cu Co, Zn Cr and Zr Mn catalyst systems. The results indicated that CO conversion was higher in supercritical phase reaction (SCPR) than in gas phase reaction (GPR) over the three kinds of catalysts. For Cu Co catalyst, the supercritical fluid essentially had no effect on carbon chain propagation and the primary products over the catalyst were the same as in GPR, obeying Schulz Flory distribution. However, the supercritical fluid does affect the formation of lower alcohols over Zn Cr and Zr Mn catalysts. The introduction of supercritical fluid changed the feature of alcohol distribution with high CH 3OH content and low C 2+ OH content in GPR.
