缺铁性贫血患儿血清铁,铜,锌水平与血红蛋白浓度的相关分析

摘    要:观察了缺铁性贫血患儿血清铁,铜,锌的水平,并对其相互关系及与血红蛋白浓度的相关性进行了分析,结果发现,体内铁,锌代谢密切相关,血清铁,锌呈一致性降低,相关系数为0.4932(P〈0.0005);血清铁,锌与血红蛋白浓度经单侧相关分析亦呈显著性正相关,相关系数分别为0.7195,0.7450,P值均小于0.0005。

Abstract:The serum iron, cooper, zinc of 77 children with iron deficiency anemia were measured. And the correlation among serum iron, copper. zinc and hemoglobin was analysed. As compared with the control, the serum zinc level was lower. Apositive correlation between serum levels of zinc and iron was observed, r=0. 4932 (P<0.005). The higher correlation between zinc and hemoglobin, iron and hemoglobin had also been noted, r=0.7450 (P<0.0005), 0. 7195 (P<0.0005) respectively.
