Among the conventional metallic inks used in the printing process, silver exhibits high conductivity and thermal stability. Nevertheless, due to the high cost of silver, it cannot be extensively used for the fabrication of inks. As a competitive alternative, copper can be considered as a substitute for silver; however, copper ink oxidizes under certain atmospheric conditions. To meet these shortcomings, a cost effective, highly conductive, and oxidation-free copper-based ink has been synthesized in this study, wherein, oxidation of the copper particles in the copper-based ink was prevented by using copper complexes. The copper ink thus fabricated was printed on chemically treated Si/SiO2 substrates followed by the characterization of the printed copper films. The results of this study confirmed that the synthesized copper ink exhibited properties suitable for its use in the inkjet printing process for fabrication of various electronic devices.  相似文献

A series of ternary CuMOR–SiO2 mixed materials were prepared by two synthesis approaches (CuMOR1–y–SiO2 and CuMOR2–y–SiO2). Extensive characterization was done for both series and some selected materials were tested in CO catalytic oxidation and NO reduction. The presence of CuMOR and SiO2 segregated phases was observed in both series by XRD, suggesting that silica formation was not inhibited by the mordenite (MOR) presence. UV–Vis results exhibited that Cu ion exchange was successfully done for CuMOR1–y–SiO2 series. In the CuMOR2–y–SiO2 series, the amount of copper was below the sensitivity limit of EDS analysis. CuMOR1–50%–SiO2 catalyst resulted with higher specific surface area and catalytic activity. A possible relation between reduction temperature, the increase in Cu plasmon excitation, and catalytic activity was observed.  相似文献

Novel and fast deep eutectic solvent (DES)-based homogeneous liquid–liquid microextraction (HLLME) was applied for the extraction of copper from vegetable samples followed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). 1,5-diphenyl carbazone (DPC) was used as the chelating agent, and a DES was used as the extraction media. The utilized DES was based on benzyl triphenyl phosphonium bromide and ethylene glycol in a 1:8?mole ratio. The phase separation phenomenon was occurred by changing of sample temperature. Several factors influencing the extraction efficiency were investigated and optimized. Under the optimized conditions, an enhancement factor of 64 was obtained. The limit of detection, based on three signal-to-noise ratio, and limit of quantification were found to be 0.13?µg L?1 and 5.0?µg L?1, respectively. The calibration curve was linear within the range of 5.0–250?µg L?1 with r2 > 0.9957. Intra- and inter-day relative standard deviations (%) of 2.1% and 2.6% were obtained at the concentration of 25?µg L?1. The accuracy of the proposed method was evaluated by analyzing a tomato leaves certified reference material and the results were to be in agreement with the certified value. Finally, the feasibility of the method was successfully confirmed by determination of copper in spinach, lettuce, broccoli, potato, carrot and parsley samples.  相似文献

A facile synthetic strategy towards conformationally stable chiral chromophores based on dimeric porphyrinoids has been established. A peculiar class of face-to-face intramolecularly interlocked corrole dimers were formed by the oxidative C−C coupling linked at the inner carbon sites upon simple treatment of copper(II) ions. Their intrinsic electronic structures were modulated by the peripheral corrole ring annulations, which lead to distinct optical properties and redox profiles. The stereogenic carbon centers implemented in the confused corrole skeleton provided a rationale for designing novel chiral materials.  相似文献

Abstract

In order to develop an easy and rapid identification method for distinguishing CH3OH from C2H5OH, a new carbonate-based trinuclear Cu(II) precursor, [Cu3(bpy)63-CO3)(CH3OH)](BF4)4·(CH3OH)2·(H2O)2 (1), has been isolated. We report here the synthesis, crystal structure, and characterizations by various spectroscopic (IR, UV–Vis, powder XRD) techniques, as well as the solvatochromic behavior of this coordination compound. Its X-ray crystal structure reveals that the main structure of 1 consists of three [(bpy)2Cu]2+ centers, which are bridged by carbonate via a μ3111 fashion. Strong O–H?O hydrogen bonding between the carbonate and solvent molecules has been observed for the first time in similar structures. Its ground powder exhibits solvatochromic behavior that selectively distinguishes CH3OH from C2H5OH.  相似文献

Abstract

Four new heteroleptic copper(I) complexes bearing either 2-pyridyl-1,2,3-triazole (pytri) or the related triphenylamine (TPA) substituted (TPA-tripy) ligands and the ancillary ligands 6,6′-dimesityl-2,2′-bipyridine (diMesbpy) or bis[(2-diphenylphosphino)phenyl] ether (POP) were synthesized in good yields (75-95%). All the complexes were extensively characterized using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopies and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESIMS) and in the case of the two pytri compounds the solid state structures were determined via X-ray crystallography. The pytri complexes showed MLCT absorption bands which shift from 433?nm for the diMesbpy complex to 347?nm for POP. TPA-pytri complexes introduce an ILCT band resulting in improved visible absorption (376?nm, 26,400 M?1 cm?1 for [Cu(TPA-pytri)(diMesbpy)](PF6)). Emission from this ILCT state (470?nm, Φ?=?0.08) was red-shifted compared to the free ligand with negligible effects from ancillary ligands. Band assignments were confirmed with resonance Raman spectroscopy and TD-DFT calculations.  相似文献

A concise and efficient method for the synthesis of 1,4-naphthoquinones has been successfully developed involving a CuI/Cu(OTf)2/DMSO system-catalyzed intramolecular oxidative cyclization of (o-alkynyl)arylketones. The present protocol provided a novel approach to access functionalized 1,4-naphthoquinones from non-naphthoquinone precursors with good selectivity and functional group tolerance.  相似文献

An enantioselective Cu(II)-catalyzed conjugate addition of dialkylzinc reagents to α,β- or α,β,γ,δ-unsaturated ketones with chiral cyclohexane-based amidophosphine ligands was developed. With 2 mol% of Cu(OAc)2·H2O/L5, the conjugate addition of diethylzinc to α,β-unsaturated ketones was achieved in good-to-excellent yields (up to 98%) and high enantioselectivities (up to 92% ee). This catalytic system was shown to be efficient for the 1,4-conjugate addition of Et2Zn to (2E,4E)-1,5-diphenylpenta-2,4-dien-1-one with 85% yield and 90% ee. Moreover, with 1 mol% of Cu(OTf)2/L11, the conjugate addition of α,β,γ,δ-unsaturated ketones was accomplished with 1,4-regioselectivity, good yields (79–86%) and excellent enantioselectivities (up to 97% ee).  相似文献

A hierarchical nanostructure consisting of uniform copper oxide nanowires vertically grown on three-dimensional copper framework (CuO NWs/3D-Cu foam) was prepared by a two-step synthetic process. The uniform CuO NWs anchored onto the 3D foam exhibited outstanding electrocatalytic activity towards hydrogen peroxide reduction due to the unique one‐dimensional direction with its excellent catalytic activity and large surface area of 3D substrate, which enhanced electroactive sites and charge conductivity. As a result, a wide linear detection range of 1 µM–1 mM, good sensitivity of 8.87 µA/(mM ⋅ cm2), low detection limit of 0.98 µM, and rapid response time of 5 s to hydrogen peroxide were achieved under a working potential of −0.4 V in phosphate buffer solution (pH of 7.4). In addition, the CuO NWs/3D-Cu foam material showed excellent selectivity to hydrogen peroxide and good resistance against poisonous interferents, including ascorbic acid, dopamine, urea, uric acid, and potassium chloride. Furthermore, the CuO NWs/3D-Cu foam presented good reproducibility, stability, and accurate detection for hydrogen peroxide in real sample; therefore, it may be considered to be a potential free-standing hydrogen peroxide sensor in practical analysis applications.  相似文献

Herein, we report for the first time, an eco-compatible hydrothermal route for the synthesis of carbon enriched mesoporous material (CuO NFs@MP) using fruit waste (Pulp) obtained from Citrus limetta’s (Mausambi) decorated irregular shaped CuO nanoflakes (NFs). The CuO NFs@MP nanocomposite was fully characterized through several spectroscopic-cum-analytical techniques such as TEM and XPS, which further confirmed the presence of CuO NFs. CuO NFs@MP could serve as an excellent catalyst for N-Arylation reaction and also paves promising peroxidase mimic activity. The preliminary results indicated that CuO NFs@MP shows the catalytic advantage of higher yields, shorter reaction time and greener conditions. Simultaneously, the oxidation of colorless TMB with H2O2 into blue-green colored ox-TMB was also observed in 60 s with CuO NFs@MP. The present nanocomposite is easy to synthesize, economical, retrievable and a reusable catalyst for synthesizing a varied range of N-Arylated products and could also mimic peroxidase without significant loss of activity.  相似文献
