| 摘 要： | 综述了近年一灿位素特别是稳定性同位素在锌研究中应用及其研究进展，它使人们对锌在人体内的吸收、利用、储存、排泄等代谢过程有了不少新认识，并提出了人体锌代谢池的概念，认为它可能是目前判断人体锌营养状况的最可靠指标。

| Abstract: | A review with 19 references on the application of isotope to the research in zinc and the researching development of zinc was presented. The absorption,exploitation, storage, excretion of zinc in hthen bodies were concluded and the concept of the zinc metabolic cell was given,which is regarded as the most veliable index to evaluate the nutrition situation of zinc. |
