摘    要:对毛细管电泳安培检测和电导检测的研究近况进行了综述,分别介绍了电导法和安培法与毛细管电泳的联接及应用,并对其发展方向作了展望。

Abstract:Progress of two electrochemical detection methods: amperometry and conductrometry, which employed in capillary electrophoresis, is reviewed. For each of the two methods, significant instrumental advances and new applications to different species in the past three years have been demonstrated. On this basis, we have suggested conceivable directions for capillary electrophoresis with amperometric and conductometric detection in the future.
