| 摘 要： | 研究了人体尿液中环丙沙星的荧光性质。通过控制体系中的pH值，消除了背景干扰，据此建立了同步－导数荧光光谱法直接测定人体尿液中环丙沙星含量的新方法。其线性范围为1．3－33．1ng/L，回收率99％－104％，相对标准偏差2．0％－2．4％。

| Abstract: | The fluorescence characteristics of ciprofloxacin in human urine was investigated in detail. The background interference was eliminated effectively at pH of 3.7. Based on this, a new method for the determination of ciprofloxacin in human urine using the first order synchronous-derivative fluorimetry has been developed. The linear range was 1.3～33.1 mg/L. The recovery was 99％～104％ and RSD was 2.0％～2.4％. |
