摘    要:采用电热原子吸收光谱法测定抗肿瘤新药奥沙利铂中的痕量铅和砷,实验优选了灰化、原子化的最佳温度条件,进行了加标回收实验和精密度实验,加标回收率铅在97.88%—103.96%之间,砷在92.12%—105.72%之间。奥沙利铂是含贵金属的原料药,价格昂贵,检测时不耗费大量的样品、降低成本很重要。本法取样量少,不需要高温灰化和繁琐的样品富集和前处理技术,简单的酸溶解处理配成溶液后,即可直接上机测定,试样中的有机成分在灰化阶段可被除去。
