| Abstract: | We discuss the problem of Hopf＇s bifurcation of a fine focus of order 2 for a predator-prey model with simplified Holling-IV functional response. By means of the implicit function theorem, we prove that the number of limit cycles, which are produced in the neighborhood of the fine focus by perturbing this predator-prey system, is two. |
