| 摘 要： | 采用电位溶出法检测了９５３例正常儿童发锌，铜，铅，镉含量，得出深圳地区不同年龄组男，女儿童的正常参考值，同时对各元素进行了年龄组间及性别间的比较。结果显示，除发锌无显著性别差异外，男童发铜，铅，镉含量显著高于女童（Ｐ〈０．０５或Ｐ〈０．０１），随着年龄的增长，儿童发锌含量逐渐上升，而发铜，铅，镉水平逐渐下降。

| Abstract: | The content of Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd in hair of 953 normal children was determined, and the nor- mal reference values of ho Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd of the children in Shenzhen city were established.The re- sults showed that there was no significant difference in the content of hair in between the ho and girls, but the values of for Cu, Ph, Cd in the male children were significantly higher than that in the female (P< 0.01 - 0.05). It was found that the hair Zn level increased gradually and the content of hair Cu, Pb, Cd decreased gradually with the growth of children. |
