摘    要:通过Al、SiO_2、HClO_4对Fe、Ca、Mg原子吸收法测定干扰的研究,对仪器工作条件、溶样方法的研究,建立了原子吸收法测定硅藻土中Fe、Ca、Mg的分析方法。此法测定Fe、Ca、Mg的相对标准偏差分别是Fe<2.0%、Ca<9.0%、Mg<10.0%,三元素回收率均在94-106%之间。

Abstract:In this paper, Aluminum (III), Silicon dioxide and perchloric acid interforence with determination of iron, calcium and magnesium by atomic absorption spectrometry are studied. Instrument condition and dissolution procedure of sample are studied. A analysis method of determination of iron, calcium and magnesium in diatomite by AAS was introduced. The relative standard deviation was Fe<2.0%, Ca<9.0% and Mg<10.0%. The recovery of three elements was 94-106%.
