钼盐涂覆—无火焰原子吸收法测定肿瘤患者血清中微量铝的研究

摘    要:用钼盐涂覆石墨管并以K2Cr2O7和Triton X-100为基体改进剂,GFAAS法测定肿瘤癌患血清中微量铝,大幅度提高测定灵敏度和准确度。避免了沾污。特征浓度21.15pg/0.0044A·S。加标平均加收率104.92%。相对标准偏差小于8.17%。

Abstract:Different kinds of graphite tubes and of matrix modifiers have been tested for optimization of operation condition for determination of Al in serum by GFAAS. The effects of different interference ions have been eliminated by adding K2Cr2O7 and Triton X-100 as matrix modifier. The method is suitable for determination of serum of cancer patients. The characteristic mass is 21.15pg/0.0044 A x S. The recovery rate is 104.92. The relative standard deviation is less than 8.17%. The result obtained is satisfactory.
