| 摘 要： | 本文将毛细管电泳-激光干涉检测法用于饮料中蔗糖的定量测定.结果表明,在样品浓度低于10mg/mL时,检测信号与样品浓度成正比.样品不需衍生化处理直接进行测定,分析结果较为满意.

| Abstract: | The principle of laser interference refractive index detection for capillary elec-trophoresis was demonstrated. The detection was used to determine the content of sucrose in beverage. The experiment results show that the magnitude of the detection signal is proportional to the concentration of analyte. |
