A mixed-metal 1D coordination polymer [CaCu(HBTC)2(H2O)8]n (where H3BTC – benzene-1,3,5-tric arboxylic acid) was obtained in a solvothermal synthesis of a well-known copper-containing metal–organic framework [Cu3(BTC)2(H2O)3]n (HKUST-1) in autoclaves 3D-printed from commercial polypropylene. This material was a source of calcium ions, apparently, leaking from a colorant (calcium carbonate) promoted by glacial acetic acid as a modulator used to produce large single crystals of HKUST-1. This finding was confirmed by elemental analysis and a model experiment that resulted in a new calcium-based 1D coordination polymer [Ca(H2BTC)2(H2O)5]n under the same solvothermal conditions with no copper or calcium salts put into a 3D-printed autoclave.  相似文献

Hydrothermal formation of tobermorite from a pre‐cured cake has been investigated by transmission X‐ray diffraction (XRD) using high‐energy X‐rays from a synchrotron radiation source in combination with a newly designed autoclave cell. The autoclave cell has a large and thin beryllium window for wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction; nevertheless, it withstands a steam pressure of more than 1.2 MPa, which enables in situ XRD measurements in a temperature range of 373 to 463 K under a saturated steam pressure. Formation and/or decomposition of several components has been successfully observed during 7.5 h of reaction time. From the intensity changes of the intermediate materials, namely non‐crystalline C–S–H and hydroxylellestadite, two pathways for tobermorite formation have been confirmed. Thus, the newly developed autoclave cell can be used for the analyses of reaction mechanisms under specific atmospheres and temperatures.  相似文献

Reaction between 5-cyano-3,6-di(het)aryl-1,2,4-triazines and arylhydrazines with the following aza-Diels–Alder autoclave reaction affords hardly available 2-amino-3,6-di(het)aryl-pyridines in up to 67% yield after two steps and in 75% yield for the one-pot way. The compounds obtained can be promising for medicinal chemistry.  相似文献

采用高压釜合成和乙酸乙酯/水萃取提纯的模式制备出高产率、高纯度的环状烷基硫碘盐. 高压釜合成在保证产率的前提下, 大大缩短了反应时间(反应时间仅为原来的1/3)|乙酸乙酯和水的萃取提纯模式在保证产品纯度的同时, 大大缩短了提纯时间, 还避免了有毒试剂的使用. 制备出的烷基环状硫碘盐作为碘源用于配制染料敏化太阳电池用电解质, 相应电池的光电转化效率接近使用传统烷基咪唑碘盐的电池. 电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试表明环状烷基锍阳离子相比于烷基咪唑阳离子来说, 更有利于抑制电池内部的电子复合反应, 同时还能促进对电极上电子交换反应的进行, 最终可以提高电池的开路电压和填充因子.  相似文献

In this work, low-pressure synthesis of carbon spheres from resorcinol and formaldehyde using an autoclave is presented. The influence of reaction time and process temperature as well as the effect of potassium oxalate, an activator, on the morphology and CO2 adsorption properties was studied. The properties of materials produced at pressureless (atmospheric) conditions were compared with those synthesized under higher pressures. The results of this work show that enhanced pressure treatment is not necessary to produce high-quality carbon spheres, and the morphology and porosity of the spheres produced without an activation step at pressureless conditions are not significantly different from those obtained at higher pressures. In addition, CO2 uptake was not affected by elevated pressure synthesis. It was also demonstrated that addition of the activator (potassium oxalate) had much more effect on key properties than the applied pressure treatment. The use of potassium oxalate as an activator caused non-uniform size distribution of spherical particles. Simultaneously higher values of surface area and total pore volumes were reached. A pressure treatment of the carbon materials in the autoclave significantly enhanced the CO2 uptake at 25 °C, but had no effect on it at 0 °C.  相似文献

以磷石膏为原料,利用蒸压法制备半水硫酸钙晶须.采用均匀设计实验的基础上,进一步考察了料浆固液比、反应时间、蒸压压力对产品长径比的影响,并借助透射偏光显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)等仪器对产品进行表征.结果表明,最佳反应条件:料浆固液比0.15 g· mL-1、反应时间0.5h、蒸压的压力0.3 MPa,在此条件下制备出了长径比99.07、晶须直径约1μm、纯度高、结晶良好的晶须产品.并从微观形貌、晶体结构、物相分析三个方面阐明了半水硫酸钙晶须生长规律.本研究对磷石膏的高值化利用具有指导意义.  相似文献

MgF2 thin films with ultra low refractive indices were obtained by sol–gel method using sols prepared from magnesium acetate and hydrofluoric acid. The sols were autoclaved in a Teflon cell at 100–180°C for 24 h and then coated on SiO2 glass or CaF2 crystal substrates by spin coating. Subsequently, the samples were heat treated at 150°C for 1 h. The optical properties of the thin films, such as refractive index and transmittance, were investigated in the UV region, especially in the deep UV (DUV, below 250 nm) region. Though the coatings consist of single layers, both samples exhibited high transmittance. In addition, they exhibit such antireflection effect over a very wide range of wavelength. Such a good antireflection effect was produced only by low refractive indices. It has also been confirmed that, even in the range of vacuum UV (VUV, 200–150 nm), CaF2 samples with antireflection coatings could keep such a good antireflection effect.  相似文献

A series of hydroxyphenylketimines, of which 15 are new, was synthesized in methanol at high temperature (200°C) using a sealed steel reactor. This reaction setup especially enhances the synthesis of 2‐hydroxyphenylketimines, with yields up to six times higher than those obtained with the conventional acid‐catalyzed method under refluxing conditions. In fact, some imines were achievable only by the autoclave method.  相似文献
