N(C5F11)3 (Fluorint FC-70) has been chosen as the test material to compare the chemicophysical data obtained by static-sample and DSC methods. The normal boiling point, the molar enthalpy of vaporization, and the constants of the Antoine equation of fluorint FC-70 are reported. DSC can be developed into a simple and rapid routine instrument to determine the enthalpy of vaporization as well as the boiling point of liquid, particularly at relative high temperature.  相似文献

采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与全氟辛基磺酰季碘化物FC-134作为碳纳米管的复合分散剂,制备了壳聚糖-碳纳米管修饰电极(MFC/GCE)。研究了环境激素双酚A在pH 8.0磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的电化学行为,并探讨了其电极过程机理。峰电位为0.450 V,峰电流与其浓度在2.5×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L。该法用于环境水样中双酚A含量的测定并与荧光法对照,测定结果吻合。  相似文献

为了提高电子器件的冷却效率,研究了不导电介质FC-72在表面加工有方柱微结构的模拟芯片上的流动沸腾强化换热性能.采用了两种方柱微结构,其边长均为30μm,但高度分别为60μm和120 μm.方柱微结构芯片与光滑芯片相比显示出较好的强化沸腾换热效果,且增加方柱高度可有效提高流动沸腾强化换热性能.方柱微结构芯片的临界热流密度随着流速和过冷度的增大而增大,且到达临界热流密度(CHF)时芯片的表面温度低于芯片回路正常工作的上限温度85℃.  相似文献

Experimental research is performed on two-phase flow boiling heat transfer in micro-channels. FC-72 is used as the working fluid. In order to analyze the heat transfer mechanism during two-phase flow boiling, the dimensionless parameters, e.g., boiling number and convection number, are used, and the effect of these parameters on the heat transfer can be confirmed during flow boiling in the micro-channel. In addition, the transition criterion from bubbly/slug flow to annular flow is proposed from the modified Weber number. Based on the boiling heat transfer mechanism obtained from the experiments, a new correlation is proposed to predict the heat transfer coefficient. The new correlation predicts well the experimental results within a mean absolute error of 5.2%.  相似文献

The evolution of the two-phase thermal control technique is moving in the direction of the use of devices which operate in stable periodic or chaotic unsteady regimes. In these devices the heat transfer coefficient relative to the evaporator walls therefore changes over time and it is hardly predictable, especially in the case of boiling regime. This paper deals with the analysis of the boiling coefficient evolutions over time during the operations of a thermal control devices which periodically operates, the Periodic Two-Phase Thermosyphon (PTPT). An experimental technique for measuring the transient boiling heat transfer coefficient in a thick flat evaporator is shown.  相似文献

本文对浸在FC-72液池中的竖直壁面及两个微小三角形通道进行了沸腾实验研究,考虑了管道尺寸对沸腾传热特性的影响。两个微小三角形通道的边长分别为1.5和2.5 mm,水力直径分别为0.87和1.44 mm,长度50 mm,采用铜块上开V型沟槽,再覆盖上透明的玻璃片构成。热流密度由贴在铜块背后的膜状加热器提供。实验得到了沸腾曲线和传热系数,并用DV摄影机拍摄到了沸腾状况。实验结果显示,管道尺寸对沸腾传热特性有显著的影响,CHF值随通道尺寸的减小而减小,小通道在低热流密度时传热系数较大。  相似文献

Physical aging of isotactic polypropylenes (homopolymer and random ethylene-propylene copolymer) at room temperature is investigated by low-strain creep, damping measurements, differential scanning calorimetry, and infra-red spectroscopy. Examination of the results suggests that physical aging produces a decrease of the magnitude of the -relaxation (lower glass transition) and an increase of the magnitude and of the relaxation time of the -relaxation (upper glass transition). A model is proposed that accounts for the variations of the fractions of amorphous material which undergo these relaxations. In this model, deformation and increase in the -fraction at the expense of the -fraction are expected to be diffusion processes. The agreement with experimental data is good. Moreover, the -form is shown to be an amorphous phase rich in molecular segments having a helical conformation.  相似文献
