Smooth, dense and uniform diamond-like carbon films (DLC films) for industrial applications have successfully been prepared by dual-target unbalanced magnetron sputtering and the DLC characteristics of the films are confirmed by Raman spectra. It is found that the sputtering current of target plays an important role in the DLC film deposition. Deposition rate of 3.5 μm/h is obtained by using the sputtering current of 30 A. The friction coefficient of the films is 0.2-0.225 measured by using a pin-on-disc microtribometer. The structure of the films tends to have a growth of sp^3 bonds content at high sputtering current. The compressive residual stress in the films increases with the increasing sputtering current of the target.  相似文献

以玻碳电极为工作电极,建立了线性扫描阳极溶出伏安法测定微量银的分析方法。在0.1 mol.L-1HNO3-KNO3和0.04 g.L-1聚乙烯醇的底液中,于+0.33 V处有一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与银离子浓度在0.01~0.40 mg.L-1范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0μg.L-1,方法应用于电镀废液、铜精矿、废照相胶卷样品中微量银的测定。  相似文献

The nanoporous TiO2 film electrodes have been prepared by a sol-gel deposition process The photostability of the electrodes in basic solutions has been studied. The results show that the photostability of the electrodes decreases rapidly in strong basic solutions with or without methanol. The reaction of holes to O^2- produces active O^2- atoms and the products O^2- atomsoxidize Ti^3 to Ti^4 on TiO2 film surface and subsurface. This results in the TiO2 film electrodes unstable in basic solutions both without methanol and with too low concentration.  相似文献

TiO2/ormosil films doped with kiton red have been prepared by the sol-gel method. Spectroscopic properties of the entrapped dye are studied by absorption and emission techniques. The results indicate that the absorption and fluorescence spectra of kiton red depend strongly on the properties of the ormosil matrices. The heattreatment of dye-doped film leads to the increasing fluorescence intensity and the largest intensity is obtained after heat-treatment of 150℃.  相似文献
