空间遥感相机长条反射镜较圆反射镜的整体刚度相差很大,整个组件在随火箭发射过程中因力学环境引起的自身位置改变导致面形的微小畸变从而对成像质量造成严重影响。因此,反射镜组件的设计就成为整个相机系统研制的重点与难点之一。对其进行科学、严谨的力学环境仿真是设计中的有效辅助手段。对某相机的长条反射镜组件动力学响应进行了较为深入的研究,借助MSC-patran,用有限元法进行了求解。获得了组件的动力学特性。  相似文献

The possibility of using the finite-element method for investigating two-dimensional problems on natural vibrations in the mechanics of composite materials with curved structures is considered. With the example of a hinge-supported strip made of a composite material with a locally curved structure, the influence of geometrical and mechanical parameters of the strip on its eigenfrequencies is examined. This paper analyses and models the dynamic interaction among permeable multi-cracks in a piezoelectric strip under anti-plane shear waves by the Schmidt method. The Fourier transform is applied and then two pairs of triple integral equations can be solved using the Schmidt method. The results show that the stress and the electric displacement intensity factors of cracks depend on not only the crack length and the piezoelectric coefficient, but also the thickness of the piezoelectric strip, the distance between multi-cracks and the frequency of incident wave.  相似文献

以研制的光导纤维反射分光光度计为仪器,建立了根据浸渍醋酸铅的纸带与硫化氢反应生成黑色硫化铅斑点而改变纸带相对反射率,达到对H2S测量的新方法。测量波长为450nm,测量H2S浓度范围为5×10-8mol/L~1.35×10-6mol/L。方法可用于测量废气中的硫化氢。  相似文献

Currently, high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods are mainly used to measure antiretroviral plasma concentrations in HIV-infected patients. Although the utility of routine therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) as an additional tool to optimize long-term antiretroviral therapy is unclear, if TDM is to be widely used, the availability of simple, cheap and reliable methods for the measurement of antiretroviral drug levels are needed, particularly in resource-limited settings. In this study, an immunochromatograhic (IC) strip test to detect the presence of nevirapine (NVP) in body fluids has been developed. Antiserum to NVP was first raised in rabbits by immunization against NVP chemically conjugated with bovine serum albumin, and subsequently validated by Western immunoblotting and competitive indirect ELISA. The partially purified anti-NVP antibodies were conjugated with colloidal gold particles. The conjugation of the colloidal gold and polyclonal antibodies was monitored by UV-vis spectroscopy, while transmission electron microscopy images were used to characterize the particle size and shape of the conjugates. The resulting colloidal gold conjugates were used for the production of an IC strip test to detect nevirapine in human plasma. Preliminary assessment suggests no-cross reactivity of the NVP polyclonal antibodies but assessment of plasma samples from HIV-infected patients receiving HAART needs to be conducted. This assay could potentially be used for drug monitoring as part of the clinical care of HIV infected patients.  相似文献

应用仪器中子活化(INAA)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP AES)和原子吸收光谱(AAS)对神华集团马家塔露天矿2-2#煤层中Hg、As、Se、Pb、Be、Cr、Cd、Ni、Th、U、Mn、Mo、Co、Sb和Br共15种有害痕量元素的质量分数进行测定。结果表明,绝大部分痕量元素的质量分数都明显低于中国煤中元素质量分数的平均值,只有Hg和Mn的质量分数偏高,其中Hg的质量分数异常高;通过分析痕量元素在煤层垂向剖面上的质量分数变化特性,揭示出痕量元素在煤层中分布的非均一性,分析了影响痕量元素分布与富集的因素;通过痕量元素之间以及与黄铁矿硫、Fe、Al、Ca、P的聚类分析,研究了痕量元素之间以及与煤中不同矿物组分之间的亲和特性。  相似文献

In this paper interfacial edge crack problems are considered by the application of the finite element method. The stress intensity factors are accurately determined from the ratio of crack-tip-stress value between the target given unknown and reference problems. The reference problem is chosen to produce the singular stress fields proportional to those of the given unknown problem. Here the original proportional method is improved through utilizing very refined meshes and post-processing technique of linear extrapolation. The results for a double-edge interface crack in a bonded strip are newly obtained and compared with those of a single-edge interface crack for different forms of combination of material. It is found that the stress intensity factors should be compared in the three different zones of relative crack lengths. Different from the case of a cracked homogeneous strip, the results for the double edge interface cracks are found to possibly be bigger than those for a single edge interface crack under the same relative crack length.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this work, a new turn-on fluorescent probe 1 for Hg2+ ions detection based on rhodamine B spirolactam was reported. Among tested metal ions, probe 1 shows high selectivity towards Hg2+ in the the mixture solution of methanol and 0.02 M HEPES buffer (V/V = 9:1, pH = 7.2). No absorption and emission band of probe 1 was observed in the range from 450 to 700 nm. While only addition of Hg2+ to probe 1 could lead to appearance of a new absorption band centered at 553 nm and a fluorescence emission band around 577 nm upon excitation at 520 nm. Moreover, it exhibits excellent linear relationship (R2 = 0.9993) between fluorescence intensity at 577 nm and the concentration of Hg2+ from 1.6 to 32 μM. The sensing mechanism was proven to be spirolactam ring open induced by Hg2+ through 1H NMR, MS, absorption and fluorescence spectra. In addition, probe 1 could detect Hg2+ in real water samples and on filter paper, which demonstrates its application in environment science.  相似文献

A fast and sensitive chemiluminescent enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method to measure pathogenic bacteria, Escherichia coli O157:H7, on immuno-chromatographic membrane was studied. Non-specific binding of proteins on membrane strip was controlled to attain the best performance of immunosensor by optimising the composition of a running buffer. The specificity of the proposed immunostrip was confirmed by conducting experiments for four different micro-organisms. A chemiluminescent signal could be successfully generated from a proposed immunostrip sensing system, and a significant change in the chemiluminescent light intensity with the concentration of target microbes was obtained. E. coli O157:H7 could be quantitatively measured in the range of 1.1?×?103?–1.1?×?107 CFU (colony forming units) mL?1 within 16?min by using the developed chemiluminescent immunostrip.  相似文献
