建立骨骼的微波消解和金属毒物铊的ICP/AES标准加入分析方法。取0.2g骨粉于聚四氟乙烯消解管中,加入3.0mL浓硝酸及0.5mL双氧水,进行微波消解。结束后,用2%硝酸定容至10.0mL。根据标准加入法进行ICP-AES定量分析。方法的回收率为99.4%,检出限为5.1ng/g,线性范围为5~500 ng/mL。该方法操作简便,回收率高,检出限低,线性范围宽,可多元素同时测定,结果可靠。  相似文献

基于THUMS(total human model for safety)下肢长骨有限元模型, 在材料和单元属性等方面进行了改进. 在详细分 析行人下肢长骨载荷特点的基础上, 采用多种不同载荷工况下较新的生物力学实 验数据, 对长骨模型进行了前-后和外-内加载 方向的准静态三点弯曲验证, 同时对近心端1/3处、中部和远心端1/3处加载的动态三点弯曲 验证. 验证结果表明, 该模型具有较好的生物逼真度, 能够准确地模拟行人下肢长骨的骨折 及碰撞响应, 可用于后续行人下肢模型的开发, 并为行人下肢损伤机理和安全防护研究提供 准确高效的研究手段.  相似文献

The calculation of the dose rate and cumulative dose in the morrow-free skeleton and bone marrow of thorotrast patients presupposes the knowledge of both the translocation of thorium daughters to the skeleton, and the portion of 232Th that is localized in colloidal form in the bone marrow. Whereas in bon marrow 228Th is in equilibrium with 232Th up to only 20%, in marrow-free skeleton 228Th is present in excess to 232Th (average activity ratio 1·75), considering the measured activity ratios between 232Th and its daughters as well as the distribution of the colloid and the unclides of the thorium decay chain within the organism the dose rate and cumulative dose in bone marrow and marrow-free bone were calculated as function of the time of thorotrast burden and the amount of injected material.  相似文献

A novel semi-empirical scattering model of trabecular bone facilitating its characterization and allowing optimization of the interrogating pulse-echo transducer performance was developed. The model accounts for spatial density distribution of the trabeculae and includes measurement conditions such as pressure–time waveform of the probing ultrasound wave, the emitted field structure, and the transfer function and limited bandwidth of the acoustic source operating in pulse-echo mode. These measurement conditions are of importance as they modify the scattered echoes, which in turn are linked to the micro-architecture of the bone. The bone was modeled by a random distribution of long and thin cylindrical scatterers having randomly varying diameters and mechanical properties, and oriented perpendicularly to the ultrasound beam axis. To mimic clinically encountered conditions the relevant empirical data obtained at 1 MHz were input to the model. The data included pulse-echo source pressure field distribution in the focal zone and the above mentioned transfer function. With these data the model allowed frequency dependent backscattering coefficient of the simulated bone structure and its statistical properties to be determined. The results obtained indicated that the computer simulation is of particular relevance in studying scattering properties of the cancellous bone and holds promise as a tool to determine the relationship between the physical dimensions and shape of the scatterers and for monitoring of osteoporosis. The results of simulations also indicated that the new bone model proposed is well suited to mimic clinically relevant conditions. In contrast to the existing bone models, which usually assume scatterers to be randomly distributed as infinitely long identical cylinders with a cross-section much smaller than the probing ultrasound wave, the new model includes two populations of scatterers having different physical dimensions and also allows the mechanical properties of the scatterers to be varied.  相似文献

In this study, ultrasonic backscattering signals in cancellous bones were obtained by finite difference time domain (FDTD) simulations, and the effect of trabecular material properties on these signals was analyzed. The backscatter coefficient (BSC) and integrated backscatter coefficient (IBC) were numerically investigated for varying trabecular bone material properties, including density, Lame coefficients, viscosities, and resistance coefficients. The results show that the BSC is a complex function of trabecular bone density, and the IBC increases as density increases. The BSC and IBC increase with the first and second Lame coefficients. While not very sensitive to the second viscosity of the trabeculae, the BSC and IBC decrease as the first viscosity and resistance coefficients increase. The results demonstrate that, in addition to bone mineral density (BMD) and microarchitecture, trabecular material properties significantly influence ultrasonic backseattering signals in cancellous bones. This research furthers the understanding of ultrasonic backscattering in cancellous bones and the characterization of cancellous bone status.  相似文献

The present study examines the drilling and heating of a bone due to pulsed CO2 laser irradiation. To obtain temperature profiles inside and at the surface of the bone, electron-kinetic and Fourier theories are used. The study is extended to include an experimental investigation into the measurement of the penetration speed. This is achieved using a fibre-optic system. In order to reduce the degree of burning around the hole side, helium was used as the assisting gas during drilling. It is found that the penetration speeds predicted from the theory are in good agreement with the experimentally obtained values.  相似文献

The possibilities of inductively coupled plasma atomic mass spectrometry for determination of elemental composition of archaeological bones for reconstruction of paleodiet are discussed. The interferences of different polyatomic ions on the determination of Fe, Cu, Mg, Mn, Zn, and Zr are investigated and evaluated. Thus, a method for the determination of Al, As, Ba, Mg, Pb, Sr, V, Zn, and Zr is proposed and is validated by analysis of IAEA-SRM-H-5 (animal bone). The applicability of the proposed procedure is demonstrated analyzing real archaeological bone samples dated to 4th century b.c. and the results are compared with the data obtained by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.  相似文献

Earlymost Villafranchian fossil bones of an artiodactyl and a perissodactyl from the Milia excavation site in Grevena, Greece, were studied in order to evaluate diagenetic effects. Optical microscopy revealed the different bone types (fibro‐lamellar and Haversian, respectively) of the two fragments and their good preservation state. The spatial distribution of bone apatite and soil‐originating elements was studied using micro‐X‐ray fluorescence (µ‐XRF) mapping and scanning electron microscopy. The approximate value of the Ca/P ratio was 2.2, as determined from scanning electron microscopy measurements. Bacterial boring was detected close to the periosteal region and Fe bearing oxides were found to fill bone cavities, e.g. Haversian canals and osteocyte lacunae. In the perissodactyl bone considerable amounts of Mn were detected close to cracks (the Mn/Fe weight ratio takes values up to 3.5). Goethite and pyrite were detected in both samples by means of metallographic microscopy. The local Ca/P ratio determined with µ‐XRF varied significantly in metal‐poor spots indicating spatial inhomogeneities in the ionic substitutions. XRF line scans that span the bone cross sections revealed that Fe and Mn contaminate the bones from both the periosteum and medullar cavity and aggregate around local maxima. The formation of goethite, irrespective of the local Fe concentration, was verified by the Fe K‐edge X‐ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectra. Finally, Sr K‐edge extended XAFS (EXAFS) revealed that Sr substitutes for Ca in bone apatite without obvious preference to the Ca1 or Ca2 unit‐cell site occupation.  相似文献
