A novel host molecule, 1, suitable for crystalline lattice-type inclusion, has been synthesized, and its cocrystal formation ability has been investigated. Host 1 proved to be of potential use for organic solvent separation and retrieval, and a promising auxiliary for solidification of certain odorous substances. The crystal structures of the solvent-free host 1, and its complex with 1,4-dioxane (1 : 1), have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The structure of 1 (guest-free) is triclinic, P , with a = 9.452(2), b = 10.359(3), c = 13.116(3) Å, = 101.80(2), = 106.53(1) and = 104.32(1)°. The spacious, propeller-like molecules are held together by weak van der Waals' forces. The dioxane inclusion compound is monoclinic, P21/a, with a = 15.050(1), b = 8.641(1) and c = 20.658(1) Å, and = 94.56(1)°, and contains two crystallographically independent guest molecules, both located around symmetry centres. The molecular packing seems to be governed by C—H···O type bonds (C···O = 3.31 and 3.48 Å) from the host to the dioxane oxygens.  相似文献

Host-bacteria interactions have mostly been investigated with regard to the host response or to activities of pathogenic bacteria. In contrast, we aim to identify reactions of non-pathogenic bacteria that result from their contact with host cells of the gastrointestinal tract. In a proteomic approach, the response of non-pathogenic human Escherichia coli bacteria on gut epithelial cells (rat IEC-6) was investigated in an in vitro co-culture model. For this purpose, a sensitive analytical procedure was developed based on the identification of two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis separated proteins by online nanoLC-electrospray ionization MS/MS using a quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometer for accurate mass determination. We demonstrate here the efficiency of this technique by the identification of a total of 43 differentially expressed proteins, out of which 25 were up-regulated and 18 were down-regulated. They represent a wide range of molecular weight and different metabolic and physiological functions.  相似文献

In this work, the host–guest interaction between calixpyridinium and the anionic anticancer drug methotrexate disodium was explored in water. Unexpectedly, an interesting anisotropic needle-like rather than an ordinary isotropic spherical supramolecular amphiphilic assembly was fabricated by the complexation of calixpyridinium with methotrexate disodium. It is the second anionic guest to be discovered to form the non-spherical supramolecular assembly upon complexation with calixpyridinium. This discovery implies the possibility to construct various topological nanostructures based on the host–guest interactions between calixpyridinium and the anionic drugs in the future. The resulting calixpyridinium–drug assemblies with different morphologies may have the diverse potentials to adjust the efficacies of anionic drugs.  相似文献

A series of novel solution-processable small-molecule host materials: 2DPF-TCz, 2SBF-TCz, 27DPF-TCz, and 27SBF-TCz comprising a fluorene monomer as the rigid core and tri-carbazole as the periphery have been designed and synthesized, and their optical, electrochemical, and thermal properties have been fully characterized. The host materials exhibit high glass-transition temperatures (231–310 °C) and high triplet energy levels (2.61–2.73 eV). High-quality amorphous thin films can be obtained by spin-coating the host materials from solutions. It is found that the HOMO level of the host materials can be tuned by linking the tri-carbazole unit to the 2,7 positions of the fluorine core, resulting in appropriate HOMO energy levels (−5.36 to −5.23 eV) for improved hole-injection in the device. Solution-processed blue and green electrophosphorescent devices bases on the developed host materials exhibit high efficiencies of 21.2 and 34.8 cd A−1, respectively.  相似文献

Four cholate-based pyridinium compounds were synthesized and their binding abilities toward unmodified amino acids were investigated by UV spectroscopy and fluorescence emission spectroscopy. Studies revealed that the recognition process involved hydrogen bonding, electrostatic force, and π–π interaction. The receptor 4a was found to recognize l-tryptophan specifically, and the complex was studied by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The receptors 4b and 4c showed very little recognition ability toward l-tryptophan, indicating the important role of the benzyl group at pyridinium ring.  相似文献

The complexation of ester betulin derivatives with (2-hydroxypropyl)-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) was studied by mobility shift affinity CE. Electrophoretic mobility for triangular peaks was calculated using the parameter a1 of the Haarhoff–Van der Linde function instead of the peak top time. Dependences of the viscosity corrected electrophoretic mobility on HP-β-CD concentration were not described on the basis of only complexes with 1:1 stoichiometry due to the fact that these binding curves did not reach a plateau. However, the dependences were well described taking into account both 1:1 and 1:2 complexes. The presence of higher order equilibria was also revealed by x-reciprocal plots. The values of apparent binding constant logarithm, obtained for the first time, for 1:1 and 1:2 HP-β-CD complexes of betulin 3,28-diphthalate and betulin 3,28-disuccinate with 95% confidence interval limits in brackets are the same within error and are equal to 4.85 (4.73–4.95), 8.56 (7.75–8.82), 4.92 (4.86–4.97), and 8.54 (8.23–8.72) at 25°C, respectively. These values for 1:1 and 1:2 HP-β-CD complexes of betulin 3,28-disulfate at 25°C are 4.61 (4.57–4.64) and 7.11 (6.57–7.34), respectively. The binding constants for betulin 3,28-disulfate agree with the previously obtained results from the separation in the thermostatted capillary segment.  相似文献

The first cationic water-soluble pillar[7]arene CWP7 was prepared. 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and MALDI-TOF-MS were performed to provide converging evidences of the structure of obtained CWP7. Host–guest complexation between this novel pillar[7]arene-based host and sodium pyren-1-olate guest G was fully investigated in aqueous solution. Increased fluorescence intensity was observed during the inclusion complexation. Driven by the cooperativity of electrostatic interactions, π-stacking interactions and hydrophilic/hydrophobic interactions, the guest penetrated into the cavity of CWP7 to form a pseudorotaxane-type inclusion complex with relatively high binding affinity.  相似文献

Tetrasilver telluride sulfate was obtained as a black air‐stable polycrystalline powder; its structure was determined from X‐ray powder diffraction data. The new compound crystallizes in the cubic space group P213, with the unit cell parameter a = 8.6263(2) Å and Z = 4. The crystal structure of Ag4Te(SO4) is composed of a positively charged silver‐telluride three‐dimensional framework, in which the isolated tetrahedral SO42– anions are embedded. The framework features an irregular coordination for tellurium atoms with a coordination number of six and manifold Ag–Ag contacts ranging from 2.99 to 3.14 Å. The distortion of the SO42– anion as well as the interactions within the framework and between the framework and the SO42– anions are analyzed with the help of the structural data, vibrational spectra, and band structure calculations.  相似文献

It is obtained that, as grown, non-irradiated stishovite single crystals possess a luminescence center. Three excimer pulsed lasers (KrF, 248 nm; ArF, 193 nm; F2, 157 nm) were used for photoluminescence (PL) excitation. Two PL bands were observed. One, in UV range with the maximum at 4.7±0.1 eV with FWHM equal to 0.95±0.1 eV, mainly is seen under ArF laser. Another, in blue range with the maximum at 3±0.2 eV with FWHM equal to 0.8±0.2 eV, is seen under all three lasers. The UV band main fast component of decay is with time constant τ=1.2±0.1 ns for the range of temperatures 16-150 K. The blue band decay possesses fast and slow components. The fast component of the blue band decay is about 1.2 ns. The slow component of the blue band well corresponds to exponent with time constant equal to 17±1 μs within the temperature range 16-200 K. deviations from exponential decay were observed as well and explained by influence of nearest interstitial OH groups on the luminescence center. The UV band was not detected for F2 laser excitation. For the case of KrF laser only a structure less tail up to 4.6 eV was detected. Both the UV and the blue bands were also found in recombination process with two components having characteristic time about 1 and 60 μs. For blue band recombination luminescence decay is lasting to ms range of time with power law decay ∼t−1.For the case of X-ray excitation the luminescence intensity exhibits strong drop down above 100 K. such an effect does not take place in the case of photoexcitation with lasers. The activation energies for both cases are different as well. Average value of that is 0.03±0.01 eV for the case of X-ray luminescence and it is 0.15±0.05 eV for the case of PL. So, the processes of thermal quenching are different for these kinds of excitation and, probably, are related to interaction of the luminescence center with OH groups.Stishovite crystal irradiated with pulses of electron beam (270 kV, 200 A, 10 ns) demonstrates a decrease of luminescence intensity excited with X-ray. So, irradiation with electron beam shows on destruction of luminescent defects.The nature of luminescence excited in the transparency range of stishovite is ascribed to a defect existing in the crystal after growth. Similarity of the stishovite luminescence with that of oxygen deficient silica glass and induced by radiation luminescence of α-quartz crystal presumes similar nature of centers in those materials.  相似文献
