In this study, we report the green synthesis of nontoxic, stable, and small size gold nanoparticle by using chitosan/sodium lignosulfonate hydrogel with capping/reducing ability for the synthesis of CS/NaLS/Au NPs. The prepared bio-nanocomposite were characterized by advanced physicochemical techniques like Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray Diffraction (XRD) study. It has been established that CS/NaLS/Au NPs have a spherical shape with a mean diameter from 20 to 30 nm. Diabetes was induced by administration of 60 mg/kg of streptozotocin (STZ) intraperitoneally in 100 mature male mice and they were randomly divided into 5 groups. The negative control group received normal saline and treatment groups received glibenclamide with dose 0.5 mg/kg and 10 and 40 μg/kg of CS/NaLS/Au NPs through gavage for 50 days. In addition, one group considered as positive control (in treated-diabetic). On the last day, serum levels of samples blood glucose, urea and creatinine were measured. After tissue processing, 5 μm sections of the kidneys were prepared and they were stained by periodic acid Schiff (PAS) and used for stereological analysis. In the antioxidant test, the IC50 of CS/NaLS/Au NPs and BHT against DPPH free radicals were 117 and 86 µg/mL, respectively. In the cellular and molecular part of the recent study, the treated cells with CS/NaLS/Au NPs were assessed by MTT assay for 48 h about the cytotoxicity properties on normal (HUVEC) cell line. The increased levels of blood glucose and urea were decreased (p < 0.05) significantly in CS/NaLS/Au NPs-treated groups as compared to the untreated diabetic. The kidney weight, kidney volume (Volume of cortex, medulla, glomerulus, proximal and distal tubules, collecting ducts, loop of Henle, interstitial tissues, and vessels) and kidney structures length (length of proximal and distal tubules, collecting ducts, loop of Henle, and vessels) decreased significantly (p < 0.05) after treatment with high dose of CS/NaLS/Au NPs (p < 0.05). According to the obtained results, CS/NaLS/Au NPs can regulates the levels of blood glucose and urea and inhibits from kidney damages in STZ-induced diabetic mice. This study suggested CS/NaLS/Au NPs as an antidiabetic and nephroprotective drug in the developing countries.  相似文献

Gold nanostars(Au NSs) are asymmetric anisotropic nanomaterials with sharp edge structure. As a promising branched nanomaterial, Au NS has excellent plasmonic absorption and scattering properties. In order to tune the plasmonic photothermal and surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) activity of Au NSs to obtain the desired characteristics, the effects of reagents on the local surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) bands of Au NSs were studied and the morphology and size were regulated. Nanoparticles with different sharp edges were synthesized to make their local plasmon resonance mode tunable in the visible and near-infrared region. The effects of the number and sharpness of different tips under the control of AgNO3 on the photothermal response of Au NSs and the SERS activity and their mechanism were discussed in detail. The results show that as the length of the branch tip becomes longer and the sharpness increases, the plasmonic photothermal effect of Au NSs is strengthened, and the photothermal conversion efficiency is the highest up to 40% when the length of Au NSs is the longest. Au NSs with high SERS activity are used for the Raman detection substrate. Based on this property, the quantitative detection of the pesticide thiram is achieved.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive method was developed based on dispersive micro‐solid‐phase extraction for the extraction of hydroquinone, resorcinol, pyrocatechol and phenol from water samples prior to high‐performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. SiO2, SiO2@MPTES, and SiO2@MPTES@Au nanoparticles (MPTES = 3‐mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane) were synthesized and characterized by scanning electronic microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, differential thermogravimetric analysis, and infrared spectroscopy. Variables such as the amount of sorbent (mg), pH and ionic strength of sample the solution, the volume of eluent solvent (μL), vortex and ultrasonic times (min) were investigated by Plackett–Burman design. The significant variables optimized by a Box–Behnken design were combined by a desirability function. Under optimized conditions, the calibration graphs of phenol and dihydroxybenzenes were linear in a concentration range of 1–500 μg/L, and with correlation coefficients more than 0.995. The limits of detection for hydroquinone, resorcinol, pyrocatechol, and phenol were 0.54, 0.58, 0.46, and 1.24 μg/L, and the limits of quantification were 1.81, 1.93, 1.54, and 4.23 μg/L, respectively. This procedure was successfully employed to determine target analytes in spiked water samples; the relative mean recoveries ranged from 93.5 to 98.9%.  相似文献

A nanomaterials-based novel molecular beacon has attracted growing attentions in fluorescent assays as many nanomaterials possess excellent quenching efficiency. In this work, a gold-based nanobeacon probe was established to detect organophosphorus pesticides for the first time. The constructed gold-based nanobeacon acted as a signal indicator and could display the decreasing of the intensity in the presence of targets, which competitively bound to single strand DNA. To achieve a high sensitive probe, some parameters including solution pH, temperature and reaction time were investigated and optimized. The gold-based nanobeacon probe assay was proved to be rapid and sensitive to achieve a detection limit of 0.035 μM for isocarbophos, 0.134 μM for profenofos, 0.384 μM for phorate and 2.35 μM for omethoate, respectively. The prepared nanobeacon effectively reduced the background and improved the detection sensitivity and selectivity. The probe is stable, easy to operate and does not need sophisticated instruments. These features makes the probe feasible for screening trace organophosphorus pesticides in real samples.  相似文献

The syntheses, structures, and chemotherapeutic activities of Ag(I)‐, Au(I)‐, and Ru(II)‐complexes ligated to a novel N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand, 2‐(4‐nitrophenyl)imidazo[1,5‐a]pyridin‐2‐ylidene ( 1 ), are described. The corresponding complexes, [Ag( 1 )2][PF6], [Au( 1 )2][PF6] ( 3 ), and [Ru( 1 )(p‐cymene)Cl][PF6] ( 4 ), were prepared using convenient transmetallation chemistry and characterized using a range of spectroscopic and analytical techniques. X‐ray crystallography revealed that complexes 2 and 3 adopted linear structures whereas 4 exhibited a prototypical “piano‐stool”‐like geometry; the structural assignments were further supported by DFT calculations. A series of in vitro studies revealed that while the aforementioned Ag(I), Au(I) and Ru(II) complexes exhibited significant cytotoxicities against the human colon adenocarcinoma (HCT 116), lung cancer (A549), and breast cancer (MCF7) cell lines, the Ru derivative was most prominent.  相似文献

By using biphenyl‐2‐ylphosphines functionalized with a remote tertiary amino group as a ligand, readily available acetylenic amides are directly converted into 2‐aminofurans devoid of any electron‐withdrawing and hence deactivating/stabilizing substituents. These highly electron‐rich furans have rarely been prepared, let alone applied in synthesis, because of their high reactivities and low stabilities associated with the electron‐rich nature of the furan ring. In this work, these reactive furans smoothly undergo either in situ intermolecular Diels–Alder reactions to deliver highly functionalized/substituted aniline products or intramolecular ones to furnish carbazole‐4‐carboxylates in mostly good to excellent yields. This work offers general and expedient access to this class of little studies electron‐rich furans and should lead to exciting opportunities for their applications.  相似文献

Cisplatin is a drug frequently used in chemotherapy of various types of tumors due to its strong cytostatic activity against cancer cells. However, this therapy is not free from severe side effects related to the nonselective action of the drug. The solution to this problem could be the application of drug-targeted delivery systems (DTDSs). Gold nanoparticles can be used in such systems as selective drug carriers, ensuring its transportation through the bloodstream to destination tissue. The method of DTDSs analysis providing qualitative and quantitative information about the formation of this conjugation is crucial to establish the kinetics of reaction and stoichiometry of reagents, which ensures the best drug binding rate. Moreover, the status of so far proposed techniques/methods dedicated to elaborating the course of DTDSs formation is preliminary and in majority guarantee only the confirmation of drug‒carrier conjugate formation. In this paper, we demonstrate the procedures of reagents’ preparation and cisplatin‒gold nanoparticles DTDS formation, which have a significant influence on the rate and stoichiometry of the reaction. We also present the novel application of CE-ICP-MS hyphenation for effective separation and online monitoring of all components of the reaction mixture.  相似文献

Nanometric gallium-nitride rods were grown on a silicon (1 1 1) substrate through a chemical vapor deposition process with gold particles as the catalyst. Randomly distributed gallium-nitride rods of 20–200 nm in diameter and of various densities and lengths were formed under different deposition conditions. Characterization analyses, such as scanning electron microscopy and optical reflection spectroscopy, have been carried out on samples containing gallium-nitride rods different in size, shape, length and density. While the scanning electron microscopy shows directly the images of the sample surfaces, the optical spectroscopy provides a nondestructive evaluation of the sample surfaces, especially helpful for checking the uniformity of the samples.  相似文献
