Luminescence quenching of a novel long lived Eu(III)–pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid probe of 1:2 stoichiometric ratio has been studied in 0.10 volume fraction ethanol–water mixture at pH 7.5 (HEPES buffer) in the presence of the organophosphorus pesticides chlorfenvinphos (P1), malathion (P2), azinphos (P3), and paraxon ethyl (P4). The luminescence intensity of Eu(III)–(PDCA)2 probe decreases as the concentration of the pesticide increases. It was observed that the quenching due to P3 and P4 proceeds via both diffusional and static quenching processes. Direct methods for the determination of the pesticides under investigation have been developed using the luminescence quenching of Eu(III)–pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid probe in solution. The linear range for determination of the selected pesticides is 1.0–35.0 μM. The detection limits were 0.24–0.55 μM for P3, P4, and P1 and 2.5 μM for P2, respectively. The binding constants (K), and thermodynamic parameters of the OPs with Eu(III)–(PDCA)2 were evaluated. Positive and negative values of entropy (ΔS) and enthalpy (ΔH) changes for Eu(III)–(PDCA)2–P1 ternary complex were calculated. As the waters in this study do not contain the above mentioned OPs over the limit detectable by the method, a recovery study was carried out after the addition of the adequate amounts of the organophosphorus pesticides under investigation.  相似文献

A new sol–gel hybrid methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane was prepared as sorbent for solid‐phase extraction. The extraction efficiency of the prepared sol–gel hybrid methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane was assessed by using three selected organophosphorus pesticides, namely, chlorpyrifos, profenofos, and malathion. Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry was used for detection of organophosphorus pesticides. Several vital parameters were optimized to identify the best extraction conditions. Under the optimum extraction conditions, solid‐phase extraction‐methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane method showed good linearity range (0.05‐1 μg/mL) with coefficient of determination more than 0.995. The limits of detection obtained were in the range of 0.01–0.07 μg/mL and limits of quantification ranging from 0.03 to 0.21 μg/mL. The limits of detection obtained for the developed method were 2.3–6.5× lower than the limits of detection of commercial octadecyl silica sorbent. Real samples analysis was carried out by applying the developed method on red apple and purple grape samples. The developed method exhibited good recoveries (88.33–120.7%) with low relative standard deviations ranging from 1.6 to 3.3% compared to commercial octadecyl silica sorbent, which showed acceptable recoveries (70.3–100.2%) and relative standard deviations (6.3–8.8%). The solid‐phase extraction‐methyltrimethoxysilane‐chloropropyltriethoxysilane method is presented as an alternative extraction method for determination of organophosphorus pesticides.  相似文献

Abstract

Due to their wide applications as insecticides, pesticides, chemical warfare agents, etc., detection of organophosphorus compounds is of great importance. This paper deals with application of polyaniline conducting polymer (PANi) as a sensor material for detection of some agricultural organophosphorus compounds that are commonly used as insecticides and pesticides. The compounds employed in this investigation are dichlorvos, trichlorophon, and chlorpyrifos. The effects of some important parameters such as concentration, thickness of the polymer film, etc., on electrical conductivity and conductivity stability for these compounds have also been investigated. In situ electrical conductivity measurements were performed using a standard direct-current (DC) four-point probe technique. It was found that adsorption and desorption of these compounds on PANi film cause measurable change in the resistance of conducting polymers.  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive and efficient liquid phase microextraction (LPME) method was developed to determine trace concentrations of some organophosphorus pesticides in water samples. This method combines liquid phase microextraction with gas chromatographic (GC) analysis in a simple and inexpensive apparatus involving very little organic solvent consumption. It involves exposing a floated drop of an organic solvent on the surface of aqueous solution in a sealed vial. Experimental parameters which control the performance of LPME such as type of organic solvent, organic solvent and sample volumes, sample stirring rate, sample solution temperature, salt addition and exposure time were investigated and optimized. Finally, the enrichment factor, dynamic linear range (DLR), limit of detection (LOD) and precision of the method were evaluated by the water samples spiked with organophosphorus pesticides. Using optimum extraction conditions, very low detection limits (0.01-0.04 μg L−1) and good linearities (0.9983 < r2 < 0.9999) were achieved. The LPME was performed for determination of organophosphorus pesticides in different types of natural water samples and acceptable recoveries (96-104%) and precisions (3.5 < R.S.D.% < 8.9) were obtained. The results suggested that the newly proposed LPME method is a rapid, accurate and effective sample preparation method and could be successfully applied for extraction and determination of organophosphorus pesticides in water samples.  相似文献

A novel class of curcumin-derived fluorescent probes was designed. This kind of probe introduces easy leaving groups methylsulfonyl and phenylsulfonyl respectively to achieve the detection effect through the nucleophilic attack of amino acids. At the same time, BF2 group is introduced to increase the emission wavelength of the probe. Probes 4 and 5 can respond quickly with amino acids, but can specifically recognize Cys. In UV detection, the maximum absorption wavelength of the probes can be blue-shifted by 81 nm with the addition of Cys and still show a strong fluorescence signal. The detection limits for compounds 4 and 5 were determined to be 0.40 μM and 0.87 μM, respectively, with a goodness-of-fit of 0.99. In addition, a rapid response of the probe to Cys could be observed with the naked eye within 1 min. These results provide a new method for rapid detection of Cys; And this kind of probe has the drug structure of curcumin, which can provide ideas for the design of drug-probe.  相似文献

Alkaline-phosphatase (ALP) catalyses the hydrolysis of 1-naphthyl phosphate to fluorescent 1-naphthol (λex=346 nm, λem=463 nm). This enzymatic reaction was investigated in presence of inhibitors: organochlorine (tetradifon), carbamate (metham-sodium) and organophosphorus pesticides (fenitrothion), heavy metal (Ag+) and CN. The fluorescent signal, which is inversely dependent on the inhibitor concentration, is related to the amount of the inhibitor. Detection limits between 4.1 μM for tetradifon and 91.2 μM for metham-sodium were found. The relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) was between 2.6 and 6.2%.Sol-gel matrices derived from tetramethyl orthosilicate were doped with ALP using microencapsulation. The response of the biosensor based ALP sol-gel encapsulated to 1-naphthyl phosphate was reproducible (R.S.D.=6.6%). Inhibition plots obtained for test pesticides (metham-sodium and tetradifon) display linear calibration in the ranges 194-774 μM and 3.5-28 μM, detection limits of 4.9 and 292.3 μM and R.S.D. of 3.9 and 7.3% for metham-sodium and tetradifon, respectively. The results show that the system is able to detect class compounds such as pesticides and inorganic compounds.  相似文献

Pyridinoline and deoxypyridinoline crosslinks are biomarkers found in urine for collagen degradation in bone turnover. For the first time, a rapid, sensitive, and ion‐pairing free method is described for the analysis of pyridinoline and deoxypyridinoline using ultra‐high performance liquid chromatography with Cogent Diamond Hydride column and detection by Q Exactive hybrid quadrupole‐orbitrap high resolution accurate mass spectrometry. The separation was achieved using both isocratic and gradient conditions and run time <5 min under isocratic conditions of 20% acetonitrile in water containing 0.1% formic acid. Pyridoxine was used as an internal standard and relative standard deviation of the retention times of both pyridinoline and deoxypyridinoline were <1%. The limit of detection was 0.082 ± 0.023 μM for pyridinoline and 0.118 ± 0.052 μM for deoxypyridinoline. The limit of quantitation was 0.245 ± 0.070 μM for pyridinoline and 0.354 ± 0.157 μM for deoxypyridinoline. The method was validated by the detection and quantitation of both pyridinoline and deoxypyridinoline in skin and urine samples.  相似文献

A method based on solid-phase microextraction and gas chromatography flame photometric detector for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in food samples was described. Three kinds of vinyl crown ether polar fibers were prepared with sol-gel process and used for the analytes. The new coatings showed higher extraction efficiency and sensitivity for organophosphorus pesticides compared with commercial fibers—85 μm PA and 65 μm PDMS-DVB. Specifically, the benzo-15-crown-5 coating was the most effective for the target analytes. Several factors affecting the performance of SPME such as extraction temperature and time, salt addition, and dilution ratios of samples were optimized. The apparent recoveries of spiked food samples (apple juice, apple and tomato) were determined to be over 55.3% and the limits of detection (LODs) were in the range of 0.003-0.09 ng/g for the OPP studied. The method was applied to determine the concentrations of OPP in real food samples.  相似文献

Sodium dodecyl sulfate coated amino‐functionalized magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were used as an efficient adsorbent for rapid removal and preconcentration of three important organophosphorus pesticides, chlorpyrifos, diazinon and phosalone, by ultrasound‐assisted dispersive magnetic solid‐phase microextraction. Fabrication of amino‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles was certified by characteristic analyses, including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. Affecting parameters on the removal efficiency were investigated and optimized through half‐fractional factorial design and Doehlert design, respectively. The analysis of analytes was performed by high‐performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. Under the optimum conditions, extraction recoveries for 20 ng/mL of organophosphorus pesticides were in the range of 84–97% with preconcentration factors in the range of 134–155. Replicating the experiment in above condition for five times gave the relative standard deviations <6%. The calibration curves showed high linearity in the range of 0.2–700 ng/mL and the limits of detection were in the range of 0.08–0.13 ng/mL. The proposed method was successfully applied for both removal and trace determination of these three organophosphorus pesticides in environmental water and fruit juice samples.  相似文献

In this work, a sensitive and selective detection method based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) was developed for analyzing thiol compounds by using a novel fluorescent probe. The new fluorescent probe contains a disulfide bond which selectively reacts with nucleophilic thiolate through the thiol-disulfide exchange reaction. An obvious fluorescence recovery can be observed upon addition of the thiol compound in the fluorescent probe solution due to the thiol-disulfide exchange reaction and the destruction of FRET. This novel probe was successfully used to determine dithiothreitol (DTT), glutathione (GSH) and cysteine (Cys). The limits of detection (LOD) were 2.0 μM for DTT, 0.6 μM for GSH, and 0.8 μM for Cys. This new detection method was further investigated in the analysis of compound amino acid injection.  相似文献

An innovative approach for sensitive and simple electrochemical detection of non-electroactive organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) was described in this report. The novel strategy emphasized the fabrication of an oxime-based sensor via attaching pralidoxime (PAM) on graphene quantum dots (GQDs) modified glassy carbon electrode. The introduction of GQDs significantly increased the effective electrode area, and then enlarged the immobilization quantity of PAM. Thus, the oxidation current of PAM was obviously increased. Relying on the nucleophilic substitution reaction between oxime and OPs, fenthion was detected using PAM as the electroactive probe. Under optimum conditions, the difference of oxidation current of PAM was proportional to fenthion concentration over the range from 1.0 × 10−11 M to 5.0 × 10−7 M with a detection limit of 6.8 × 10−12 M (S/N = 3). Moreover, the favorable detection performance in water and soil samples heralded the promising applications in on-site OPs detection.  相似文献

A simple Schiff-base derivative with salicylaldehyde moieties as fluorescent probe 1 was reported by aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characterization for the detection of metal ions. Spectral analysis revealed that probe 1 was highly selective and sensitive to Al3+. The probe 1 was also subject to minimal interference from other common competitive metal ions. The detection limit of Al3+ was 0.4 μM, which is considerably lower than the World Health Organization standard (7.41 μM), and the acceptable level of Al3+ (1.85 μM) in drinking water. The Job's plot and the results of 1H-NMR and FT-IR analyses indicated that the binding stoichiometry ratio of probe 1 to Al3+ was 1:2. Probe 1 demonstrated a fluorescence-enhanced response upon binding with Al3+ based on AIE characterization. This response was due to the restricted molecular rotation and increased rigidity of the molecular assembly. Probe 1 exhibited good biocompatibility, and Al3+ was detected in live cells. Therefore, probe 1 is a promising fluorescence probe for Al3+ detection in the environment.  相似文献

The electrochemical detection of artemisinin generally requires high oxidation potential or the use of complex electrode modification. We find that artemisinin can react with p-aminophenylboronic acid to produce easily electrochemically detectable aminophenol for the first time. By making use of the new reaction, we report an alternative method to detect artemisinin through the determination of p-aminophenol. The calibration curve for the determination of artemisinin is linear in the range of 2 μmol L−1 to 200 μmol L−1 with the detection limit of 0.8 μmol L−1, which is more sensitive than other reported electrochemical methods. The relative standard deviation is 4.83% for the determination of 10 μM artemisinin. Because the oxidation potential of p-aminophenol is around 0 V, the present method is high selective. When 40 μM, 90 μM and 140 μM of artemisinin were spiked to compound naphthoquine phosphate tablet samples, the recoveries are 107.6%, 105.4% and 101.7%, respectively. This detection strategy is attractive for the detection of artemisinin and its derivatives. The finding that artemisinin can react with aromatic boronic acid has the potential to be exploited for the development of other sensors, such as fluorescence artemisinin sensors.  相似文献

A single-drop microextraction (SDME) procedure with a modified microsyringe was developed for the analysis of six organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) in water. Microsyringe was modified by attaching a 2-mm cone onto the needle tip end. The conditions affecting SDME performance including microextraction solvent, stirring speed, extraction time, ionic strength and sample pH were optimized. Under the optimized conditions, the linear ranges of the SDME with ethion as internal standard were 0.05–50 μg L?1 (except for dimethoate 5–5,000 μg L?1) and limits of detection (LOD) were 0.012–0.020 μg L?1 (except for dimethoate 0.45 μg L?1). Recoveries of six pesticides were in the range of 70.6–107.5 % with relative standard deviation lower than 6.0 %. The modified method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and acceptable in the analysis of OPPs pesticides in water samples.  相似文献

A novel nanoprobe based on S,O-doped carbon nitride quantum dots (S,O-CNQDs) was designed and synthesized. The as-prepared S,O-CNQDs exhibits good biocompatibility and strong fluorescence at excitation 360 nm. It is found that folic acid (FA) could efficiently quench the fluorescence of S,O-CNQDs. The obtained S,O-CNQDs is capable of acting as a sensitive and selective probe for FA detection in the range 5.0–83.3 μM with a detection limit of 90 nM. The as-prepared probe has been successfully utilized for the detection of FA in various real samples with satisfactory recoveries (98.8–107 %) and small relative standard deviation (<5%). The reaction mechanism between S,O-CNQDs and FA has been discussed. In addition, FA-S,O-CNQDs formed through a classical cross-linking reaction between FA and S,O-CNQDs easily accesses and penetrates into HepG2 cells with high folate receptors expression. FA-S,O-CNQDs with low cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility shows great potential in FA detection and targeted imaging of cancer cells.  相似文献

We report a miniaturized and disposable electrochemical sensor for phenolic compound detection. The sensor was constructed by modifying the working electrode surface of screen-printed electrode (SPE) with carbon black (CB) dispersion. This new probe showed higher sensitivity and better resistance to fouling than the bare SPE, displaying the suitability of CB as an excellent nanomodifier of SPE for phenolic compound detection. Catechol, gallic acid, caffeic acid, and tyrosol were detected by square wave voltammetry with a detection limit of 0.1 μM, 1 μM, 0.8 μM, and 2 μM, respectively. The sensor was able to selectively discriminate the mono-phenols and ortho-diphenols with rapid and easy measurement, paving the way to use a cost-effective device for quality control of foods and beverages containing phenolic compounds.  相似文献

A fast and efficient method was developed for the extraction and determination of organophosphorus pesticides in water samples. Organophosphorus pesticides were extracted by solid‐phase extraction using magnetic multi‐walled carbon nanotubes and determined by gas chromatography with ion‐trap mass spectrometry. Parameters affecting the extraction were investigated. Under optimum conditions of the method, 10 mg magnetic multi‐walled carbon nanotubes were added into 10 mL sample. After 2 min, adsorbent particles settled at the bottom of test tube with a magnet. After removing aqueous supernatant, the analytes were desorbed with acetonitrile. Then, 70 μL of acetonitrile phase was injected into the gas chromatography and mass spectrometry system that had an ion‐trap analyzer. To achieve high sensitivity, the large‐volume‐injection technique was used with a programmed temperature vaporization inlet, and the ion‐trap mass spectrometer was operated in single ion storage mode. Under the best conditions, the enrichment factors and extraction recoveries were in the range of 113–124 and 74–103%, respectively. The limits of detection were between 3 and 15 ng/L, and the relative standard deviations were < 10%. This method was successfully used for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in dam water, lagoon water, and river water samples with good reproducibility and recovery.  相似文献

A novel HBT-hemicyanine hybrid was prepared. This hybrid not only displays a large red-shifted (Δλ = 125 nm) emission compared to the well known ESIPT dye HBT, but also can be used as a new probe for rapid, colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent detection of bisulfite with high selectivity and sensitivity in aqueous solution. The detection limit of this probe for HSO3 was calculated to be about 56 nM with a linear range of 0–25 μM. The potential application of this probe was exampled by detection of bisulfite in real food samples and living cells. Overall, this work not only provided a new ratiometric sensing platform, but also provided a new promising colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe for bisulfite.  相似文献

A high‐throughput, rapid, and efficient modified QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe) method with a simple cleanup procedure has been developed for simultaneously determining 227 pesticides in pepper samples by liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (running time: 10 min). Pesticide residues were extracted/partitioned with an acetonitrile/DisQuE QuEChERS pouch, and the resulting samples were cleaned up with different methods: dispersive solid‐phase extraction with primary secondary amines or multiwalled carbon nanotubes and graphitized carbon solid mini cartridge column. The results indicated that multiwalled carbon nanotubes dispersive sorbents achieved the best recoveries and had less matrix interference. The numbers of pesticides with a recovery in the range of 70–120% were 199 at a spiked level of 40 μg/kg. The correlation coefficients (r2) for 227 pesticides were above 0.99, while the limits of quantitation of pesticides in pepper samples ranged from 0.13 to 13.51 μg/kg (S/N = 10), and the limits of detection ranged from 0.04 to 4.05 μg/kg (S/N = 3). The relative standard deviations of approximately 197 pesticides were below 20% at spiked levels of 40 μg/kg. Based on these results, the proposed method was chosen as the most suitable cleanup procedure for the determination of multiresidue pesticides in pepper samples.  相似文献

In this work, we present a new complete method using Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) and chemometrics for the qualitative and quantitative detection of pesticides by measuring the acetylcholinesterase (ACHE) activity. The Raman SERS is not only used for measuring the ACHE activity, but also for the direct detection of pesticides individually and for their identification. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were used as dynamic SERS substrates for sensitive monitoring of ACHE activity in the presence of very low levels of organophosphate and carbamate pesticides, chemical warfare agents that are known to be ACHE inhibitors. The lowest detectable level for paraoxon was determined at 4.0 × 10−14 M and 1.9 × 10−9 M for carbaryl. The use of the enzyme allowed limits of detection for both pesticides that were much lower than the limits obtained by direct SERS analysis of the pesticides. The system shows a linear relationship between the intensity band at 639 cm−1 and pesticide concentration. These results suggest that this biosensor could be used in the future for the non-selective detection of all ACHE inhibitors at very low concentrations with possible identification of the inhibitor.  相似文献
