Two New Diterpene Acetylxylosides from Aster veitchianus

Two new acetylxylosides,ent-manool-13-O-β-D-2′-acetylxylopyranoside(1)and entmanool-13-O-β-D-2′,4′-diacetylxylopyranoside(2)were isolated from Aster veitchianus.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.     

贵州冬凌草的对映－贝壳杉烷二萜化合物

从贵州产冬凌草[Isodon rubescens (Hemsl.) Hera]中分离得到12个6，7－断 裂－7，20－内酯－对映－贝壳杉烷二萜化合物，经波谱分析鉴定了它们的结构， 其中有7个新化合物，分别命名为贵州冬凌草乙素～辛素（guidongnins B～H, 1～ 7)，以及卢氏冬凌草甲素（8）、卢氏冬凌草乙素（9）、贵州冬凌草素（10）、狭 叶香茶菜素(angustifolin, 11)和6－表香茶菜素（6-epiangustifolin, 12)等5个 已知化合物。另外，将作者原命名的贵州冬凌草素（guidongnin, 10）更名为贵州 冬凌草甲素(guidongnin A, 10)，并利用二维核磁区振波谱技术修订了卢氏冬凌草 乙素的结构。     

New Rare Earth（Ⅲ） Complexes with H2tmtaa

A series of Ln(tmtaa)(Htmtaa)·CH_2Cl_2(Ln=Sm,Tb,Er and Yb)complexes were prepared and characterized byinfrared spectra,mass spectra and molecular electronic spectroscopy as well as DSC measurement.A sandwichstructure containing all the eight nitrogen atoms of tmtaa and Htmtaa was proposed for these complexes.X-rayphotoelectron spectra(XPS)of these complexes revealed that four nitrogen atoms of both tmtaa and Htmtaa werechemically equivalent to each other,respectively.The acidic hydrogen of Htmtaa did not bind specifically to any ni-trogen atom of Htmtaa,but was shared by all the four nitrogen atoms.The magnetic properties of these complexeswere found to be in good agreement with their theoretical values.     

Two Novel Sub-skeleton Types of ent-Kauranoids from Isodon gesneroides

Two novel ent-kauranoids with new sub-skeleton types, gesneroidins G and H were isolated as white powder from the ether extract of the leaves of Isodon gesneroides through normal phase column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated as 3β,6α,7β-triacetoxyl-15-hydroxyl-14-oxo-ent- 15,16-seco-kaur-11,17-olide and Iα-hydroxyl-3β,6α,7β,11 β-tetraacetoxyl-ent-nor-15,17-kaur-8,16-olide on the basis of the spectral evidences including ID and 2D NMR spectra.     

皱叶香茶菜化学成分的研究

从采自西藏的皱叶香茶菜中分离鉴定了3对B-闭联对映贝壳杉烯型二萜化合物:二萜化合物皱叶香茶菜素(Ⅰ)和二氢皱叶香茶菜素(Ⅱ);isodocarpin(Ⅲ)和dihydroisodocarpin(Ⅳ)及Carpalasionin(Ⅴ)和dihydrocarpalasionin(Ⅵ)。(Ⅰ)、(Ⅲ)和(Ⅴ)分别与对应的二氢化合物(Ⅱ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅵ)以混合物的形式被分离和鉴定。化合物(Ⅱ)为新化合物,(Ⅰ)、(Ⅳ)和(Ⅵ)首次在自然界发现,(Ⅲ)和(Ⅴ)为已知化合物。     

Chemical Constituents of Ailanthus triphysa

Two new compounds,8(14),15-isopimaradiene-2α，３α，19-triol(1),and 6α，７β－dihydroxy-17(20)-cis-5α－pregna-16-one(2),together with four known copounds,a oxygenated rare phyllocladane,phyllocladan-16α，19-diol(3),kaempferol-3-0-β－Ｄ-galactopyranosied,kaempferol-3-0-α－Ｌ－rhamnopyranoside and scopoletin, were isolated from the leaves of Ailanthus tripysa.Structures of 1-3 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data as compared with related compounds.     

La-Ba-Sm体系催化剂上的甲烷氧化偶联

用甲烷氧化偶联反应评价了不同方法制备的Ｌａ－Ｂａ－Ｓｍ体系催化剂，结果表明，用机械混合Ｌａ２Ｏ３，Ｂａ（ＯＨ）２．８Ｈ２Ｏ和Ｓｍ２Ｏ３三组分及高温焙烧方法制备的催化剂，从Ｃ２收率和选择性总体看，较其它方式优越，在催化剂（ＩＶ）上进行了５００ｈ的稳定性实验，在整个过程中，催化剂的活性和选择性基本稳定；催化剂的起动温度较低，在较宽的温度范围内易于控制对工业生产意义较大，通过ＸＲＤ，ＸＰＳ，ＩＲ，ＳＥＭ     

16α-溴-17-羟基对映贝壳杉烷类化合物的合成

贝壳杉烯化合物。在以甜叶菊甙(stevioside,2)为原料在进行对映贝壳杉烯二萜的合成研究中,我们试图合成1及其衍生物3和4以进行抗旱孕活性试验及构效关系的研究。 合成的关键是引进C_(9.11)双键,此可通过C_(17)—OH先引入C_(11)—OH,然后脱羟而成。文献曾报道几乎定量地将17羟基对映贝壳杉—19—酸甲酯(5)转化成C_(11,17)环醚化合物 6(Scheme1)。氧化环     

冬凌草甲素和冬凌草乙素与谷胱苷肽的迈克尔加成反应

采用紫外光谱动力学方法测定了抗肿瘤对映贝壳杉烯二萜冬凌草甲素和冬凌草乙素与谷胱苷肽迈克尔加成反应的级数、速率常数和平衡常数.结果表明,冬凌草甲素和冬凌草乙素与与谷胱苷肽迈克尔加成反应符合二级动力学方程,25℃下的速率常数分别为16.196 0L·(mol·s)-1和7.480 5L·(mol·s)-1,平衡常数分别为177.98L/mol和85.60L/mol.冬凌草甲素与谷胱苷肽迈克尔加成反应速率和反应程度均比冬凌草乙素的大得多,反应活性更好.对映贝壳杉烯二萜通过与机体发生迈克尔加成反应而产生抗肿瘤作用;因此,冬凌草甲素可能比冬凌草乙素具有更好的抗肿瘤活性.
