用角分布X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试和样品原位加热相结合的方法研究了阴离子是对甲苯磺酸根的电生导电聚吡咯的化学和聚集态结构.其结果表明聚吡咯表面约几个原子层内原子的相对浓度依下述次序递减:C>O>S>N;导电聚吡咯中的氮原子至少有吡咯氮和氧化态氮两种;在200℃加热以后聚合物链不受影响,但阴离子向表面迁移,同时氧化态氮大大减少.  相似文献

Results of permittivity measurements, electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness, and heat generation due to microwave absorption in conducting polymer coated textiles are reported and discussed. The intrinsically conducting polymer, polypyrrole, doped with anthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid (AQSA) or para-toluene-2-sulfonic acid (pTSA) was applied on textile substrates and the resulting materials were investigated in the frequency range 1-18 GHz. The 0.54 mm thick conducting textile/polypyrrole composites absorbed up to 49.5% of the incident 30-35 W microwave radiation. A thermography station was used to monitor the temperature of these composites during the irradiation process, where absorption was confirmed via visible heat losses. Samples with lower conductivity showed larger temperature increases caused by microwave absorption compared to samples with higher conductivity. A sample with an average sheet resistivity of 150 Ω/sq. showed a maximum temperature increase of 5.27 °C, whilst a sample with a lower resistivity (105 Ω/sq.) rose by 3.85 °C.  相似文献

N-Succinimidyl ester functionalized polypyrrole-coated polystyrene latex particles (PSE-PPyNSE) were prepared by the in situ copolymerization of pyrrole and the active ester-functionalized pyrrole (pyrrole-NSE) in the presence of polystyrene latex particles. Polystyrene microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization (PSE) leading to particles having a diameter of 450 nm. These PSE particles were precoated with poly(N-vinylpyrrolidone) prior to the in situ copolymerization of pyrrole and pyrrole-NSE. The initial comonomer concentration fractions were 25/75, 50/50 and 75/25 for pyrrole and pyrrole-NSE, respectively. The PPy-coated PSE particles were characterized in terms of morphology, particle size, electrophoretic mobility and chemical composition. The study of morphology by means of scanning electron microscopy showed roughening of the underlying PSE particles owing to the addition of PPyNSE, the overlayer thickness of which was estimated to be around 7 nm. Moreover, loading PPyNSE overlayers resulted in a shift of the electrophoretic mobility from –5.31 m cm/V s to a very small but positive value (0.082–0.112 m cm/V s). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and IR spectroscopy permitted the detection of pyrrole-NSE repeat units at the surface indicating that pyrrole and pyrrole-NSE did indeed copolymerize. The PSE-PPyNSE particles were further evaluated as bioadsorbents of human serum albumin used as a test protein. For this study, PSE-PPyNSE50 particles, synthesized from a comonomer feed ratio of 50/50 in pyrrole/pyrrole-NSE, were used and were shown to attach efficiently human serum albumin macromolecules with a maximum amount of 0.2 mg m–2.

The polymerization thermokinetics of pyrrole in the presence of iron trichloride art studied by using a Calvet microcalorimoter. The apparent activation energy, the pre-exponential constant and reaction order of this reaction in the temperature range of 25.2—37℃are 34.5 KJ·mol~(-1), 10~(2.74)S~(-1) and 1 respectively. The activation free-energies of this reaction at 25.2°, 30°and 37℃are 91.8, 92.9 and 94.2 KJ·mol~(-1) respectively.  相似文献

本用电化学方法制备了聚吡咯-水杨酸修饰电极;并进行了电化学行为的研究,经电化学处理该是电极对水杨酸根具有选择性响应,响应线性范围在1.0×10^-^5-1.0×10^-^3mol/L之间。电极斜率为40mV/pC,该电极具有较好的稳定性,响应时间在180-300s之间;电极寿命可达60d。  相似文献

Polyaniline and polypyrrole: A comparative study of the preparation   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Aniline and pyrrole have been oxidized with ammonium peroxydisulfate in aqueous solutions, in the presence of equimolar quantities of hydrochloric acid. The oxidation of pyrrole was faster; the induction period typical of aniline oxidation was absent in the case of pyrrole. As the proportion of oxidant-to-monomer molar concentration increased up to 1.5, the yield increased in both cases. Similarities between the two oxidations are illustrated and discussed. The oxidant-to-monomer molar ratio 1.25 is proposed to be the optimum stoichiometry, in the accordance with the data published in the literature. The conductivities of the polymers prepared were only slightly dependent on the oxidant-to-monomer ratio in the range 0.3-1.5, and were of the order of 100 S cm−1 for polyaniline and ∼10−2-10−1 S cm−1 for polypyrrole. Outside this interval, the conductivity of both polymers was reduced. Polyaniline having conductivity ∼10 S cm−1 was produced in solutions of phosphoric acid of various concentrations. On the contrary, the conductivity of polypyrrole was reduced as the concentration of phosphoric acid became higher. The type of protonation is discussed with the help of FTIR spectra by analyzing the ammonium salts obtained after deprotonation. Sulfate or hydrogen sulfate anions produced from peroxydisulfate always constitute a part of the counter-ions.  相似文献

We report electrochemical studies on the influence of a small concentration of chloride ions on the electroactivity of the polymer matrix of polypyrrole (PPy), poly(N-methylpyrrole) [p(N-MePy)] and a poly(titanocene-propyl-pyrrole) derivative, p(Tc3Py) [Tc(CH2)3NC4H4; Tc=CpCpTiCl2; Cp=C5H5; Cp=C5H4] in acetonitrile (AN), tetrahydrofuran (THF) and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF). The polymer films were obtained on Pt disc electrodes from AN solutions of the monomers containing 0.1 M tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate (TBAPF6) as the supporting electrolyte and then transferred to the corresponding monomer-free solution. Studies in Cl-containing solutions have shown that the p(Tc3Py) matrix is very sensitive to the presence of Cl ions in all the above solvents, namely that it was subjected to electrochemical degradation at potentials above 0.1 V vs. a Ag/0.01 M Ag+ in AN reference electrode. Degradation of the p(Tc3Py) matrix was also observed in chloride-free DMF+TBAPF6 solutions. Addition of chloride ions to the AN solution containing pyrrole, N-methylpyrrole or Tc3Py inhibits the deposition of the polymer films. On the other hand, we have found that PPy and p(N-MePy) matrices after their deposition in chloride-free AN solutions show much more stable redox responses in contact with chloride and/or DMF solutions. In situ preparation of polypyrrole (Ppy) by photo-polymerization coated on a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) as a low humidity sensor was reported. Different concentrations of Ppy films say 0 wt.% (as blank), 0.1, 1, and 10 wt.% were investigated to measure humidity concentrations between 14.7 and 5412.5 ppmv. The adsorption/desorption behavior was also examined at humidity concentration 510.2 ppmv. The sensitivities of 0, 0.1 and 1 wt.% Ppy films at 51.5 ppmv were 0.143, 0.219 and 0.427, respectively. For 1 wt.% Ppy, the highest sensitivity was obtained. The slope and correlation coefficients (R2) for 1 wt.% Ppy at the ranges of 14.7–898.6 ppmv were 0.0646 and 0.9909, respectively. A series of molecular simulations have been carried out to calculate bond energy for the water molecule interaction with Ppy, which was found to be 3 kcal/mol indicating the existence of hydrogen bonding during the sorption process. Based on Langmuir isotherm adsorption assumption, for 0.1 and 1 wt.% Ppy films, the association constants were 2606.30 and 5792.98, respectively. This larger association constant for 1 wt.% Ppy film explains higher sensitivity.  相似文献
