Summary Two methods of instrumental neutron activation analysis for the determination of selenium in steels, based on respectively77mSe (t 1/2 = 17.5 s) and75Se (t 1/2 = 120 d) are presented. Good agreement is obtained by application of both methods on a series of steels containing selenium at the 0.1% level. Interferences and advantages associated with either method are discussed.

Zusammenfassung Zwei Methoden werden beschrieben, die auf der Messung von77mSe (t 1/2 = 17,5 s) bzw.75Se (t 1/2 = 120 d) beruhen. Bei der Anwendung auf Stähle mit Selengehalten in der Größenordnung von 0,1 % wurden gut übereinstimmende Werte erhalten. Störungen und Vorteile der Methoden werden diskutiert.

A series of Ag(I) complexes ( 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 ) derived from imidazol‐2‐ylidenes was synthesized by reacting Ag2O with an o‐, m‐, p‐xylyl or 1,3,5‐triazine‐linked imidazolium salts ( 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ) and then characterizing these using various spectro‐analytical techniques. Additionally, triazine‐linked bis‐imidazolium salt 5 was characterized using the single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction method. Complexes 6–9 were formed from the N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand precursors 1–3 as PF6 salts in good yields. Conversely, salt 5 does not form Ag(I) complex even under various reaction conditions. Using ampicillin as a standard, complexes 6–9 were tested against bacteria strains Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as Gram‐negative and Gram‐positive bacteria, respectively, showing potent antimicrobial activities against the tested bacteria even at minimum inhibition concentration and bacterial concentration levels. Furthermore, the potential anticancer activities of the reported complexes were evaluated against the human colorectal cancer (HCT 116) cell lines, using 5‐fluorouracil as a standard drug. The highest anticancer activities were observed for complex 8 with an IC50 value of 3.4 μm , whereas the lowest was observed for complex 9 with an IC50 value of 18.1 μm . Two novel triorganotin carboxylate complexes of the biologically active urocanic acid have been synthesized and characterized. Elemental analysis, melting point, spectroscopic techniques – IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR – mass spectrometry and X‐ray diffraction studies have been used for structural characterization. Crystal structures of the tin(IV) derivatives show that urocanic acid acts as a bridging bidentate ligand through its imidazole nitrogen atom and its carboxylic group, producing a polymeric one‐dimensional chain. The molecular structures of the complexes, catena‐poly‐tri(n‐butyl)tin(IV) 3‐(3H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)prop‐2‐enoate (1) and catena‐poly‐triphenyltin(IV) 3‐(3H‐imidazol‐4‐yl)prop‐2‐enoate (2), present a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal configuration. This is further confirmed by 119Sn NMR in the solid state. The tin(IV) derivatives form double‐stranded ribbons via N―HO―H bonds. Nevertheless, the compounds are essentially monomeric in solution, with a tetrahedral configuration as observed by 119Sn NMR in solution. The cytotoxic activity of the titled compounds has been tested against six human cell lines and the corresponding IC50 values are reported. Both tin(IV) compounds have a high to very high in vitro cytotoxic activity against the tumor cell lines K562, HCT‐15 and MCF‐7. 以O2-2,4-二硝基苯基偶氮二醇盐(PABA/NO)为先导化合物,选择适当的仲胺作为偶氮二醇盐中相应的胺片段,并用碳氮键取代苯环5位的碳氧酯键,设计合成了化合物2a,2b和4a~4j,以期获得活性更强且稳定性好的抗肿瘤药物.目标化合物经1H NMR,13C NMR及HRMS进行了结构确证.生物活性测试结果表明,目标化合物可不同程度地抑制结肠癌HCT-116细胞的增殖,其中化合物4h的活性最强(IC50=7.945±0.421 μmol/L),优于PABA/NO(IC50=12.134±0.675 μmol/L).NO释放实验结果表明,此类化合物的NO释放量与细胞毒性呈正相关.化合物4h在HCT-116细胞中释放NO的量最多,约是正常细胞的2倍.此外,化合物4h在大鼠血浆中的体外稳定性显著优于PABA/NO,值得进一步研究.  相似文献

Cancer has become a leading cause of death worldwide, which is responsible for 7.6 million cancer deaths according to GLOBOCAN survey conducted in 2008. The exploration of cis-platin analogues (carboplatin, lobaplatin, nedaplatin, oxaliplatin) and their incorporation to the treatment of cancer patients has further led interest in exploring metal-based anticancer drugs. The current study describes the synthesis of two new tetra-coordinated mono- and tetranuclear organotin(IV) carboxylate complexes and their in vitro anticancer studies. Each one of the complexes (1–2) has been characterized by analytical (micro- and gravimetric analysis) and spectroscopic (FTIR, 1H, 13C, 119Sn-NMR) techniques. Furthermore, molecular structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated using X-ray crystallography. The characterization data showed that the coordination took place via oxygen atoms from the carboxylate anions to generate 1 as an organodistannoxane dimer and 2 as a mononuclear complex. Exceptionally, the NMR spectroscopic and X-ray crystallographic study showed that acetone molecules also took part in crystallizing 2. Both complexes were tested against three cancerous (colon cancer HCT 116, breast cancer MCF 7, leukemia K562) and one non-cancerous (3T3-L1) cell lines. Both complexes showed same IC50 value (0.2 μM) against HCT 116, whereas for the other two cancer cell lines (MCF 7 and K562) and a normal cell line (3T3-L1), 2 showed results better than 1. Importantly, the complexes showed exceptional activity against MCF 7 and K562 cell lines and the IC50 values were calculated in nanomoles (MCF 7, IC50s = 86.5 and 53.4 nM; K 562, IC50s = 22.9 and 49.6 nM for 1 and 2, respectively). Both, 1 and 2, showed IC50 values many times better than the standard drugs (5-FU, Tamoxifen, betulinic acid and cis-platin) used. Compared to cancerous cell lines, the complexes showed mild toxicity against normal cells (3T3-L1). Overall, two remained relatively effective.  相似文献

Colorectal cancer is one of the life-threatening ailments causing high mortality and morbidity worldwide. Despite the innovation in medical genetics, the prognosis for metastatic colorectal cancer in patients remains unsatisfactory. Recently, lichens have attracted the attention of researchers in the search for targets to fight against cancer. Lichens are considered mines of thousands of metabolites. Researchers have reported that lichen-derived metabolites demonstrated biological effects, such as anticancer, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, analgesic, antipyretic, antiproliferative, and cytotoxic, on various cell lines. However, the exploration of the biological activities of lichens’ metabolites is limited. Thus, the main objective of our study was to evaluate the anticancer effect of secondary metabolites isolated from lichen (Usnea barbata 2017-KL-10) on the human colorectal cancer cell line HCT116. In this study, 2OCAA exhibited concentration-dependent anticancer activities by suppressing antiapoptotic genes, such as MCL-1, and inducing apoptotic genes, such as BAX, TP53, and CDKN1A(p21). Moreover, 2OCAA inhibited the migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner. Taken together, these data suggest that 2OCAA is a better therapeutic candidate for colorectal cancer.  相似文献

血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度的检测对于心脑血管疾病以及贫血等疾病的预防和治疗起着非常重要的作用,为了能够无创、准确的对血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度进行检测,本研究提出了一种基于光谱技术的检测方法。经解剖学研究表明,在微循环中,血流变的异常以及血液粘稠度的改变均能引起舌象的变化,即舌象和血液成分之间存在一定的相关性,所以本研究通过采集240例志愿者舌尖反射光谱,同时拍摄志愿者舌体图片和记录生化分析结果。在进行数学建模前,首先将240例志愿者随机分为校正集和验证集,运用偏最小二乘分别建立数学模型,校正集预测值和生化分析真实值之间相关系数分别为0.998和0.938,运用所建数学模型对验证集未知样本进行预测,验证集未知样本的预测结果与生化分析真实值之间相关系数分别为0.979和0.883,平均相对误差分别为1.65%和1.88%,均方根误差分别为4.066和4.139,由实验结果可见,所建立的模型可以较好的对HCT和MCHC进行预测,同时实验结果也表明近红外光谱分析结合偏最小二乘方法有可能能够为血细胞压积和平均血红蛋白浓度的检测提供一种无创的检测方法。  相似文献

The giant resonance region in90Zr and116Sn excited by 270 MeV helions has been measured up to about 35 MeV excitation energy. The low and the high energy octupole resonances are seen prominently in addition to the quadrupole and the monopole resonances. The angular distribution data for the various multipoles are satisfactorily explained by the collective model calculations. The percentatge energy weighted sum rule strengths have been determined for all the prominent resonances.  相似文献

The reactivity of -cyanoethylhydrazine toward enaminonitrile and aroyl isothiocyanates is reported. A variety of 3,5-diaminopyrazole and 3-1,2,4-triazolin-5-thione derivatives could be prepared.

The interacting boson model of Arima, Iachello, and co-workers is applied to the even ruthenium isotopes, ^96 Ru -116Ru. Excitation energies, electromagnetic transition strengths, quadrupole and magnetic dipole moments, and △(E2/M1) mixing ratios have been described systematically. Mixed symmetry states are investigated. It is seen that the properties of low-lying levels in these isotopes, for which the comparison between experiment and theory is possible, can be satisfactorily characterized by the Interacting Boson Model-2.  相似文献
