Pd_2(dba)_3/BINAP催化合成1,4-双-(4′-苯胺基苯酰基)苯

以Pd2(dba)3/BINAP催化1,4-双-(4′-溴苯酰基)苯和苯胺反应,合成了1,4-双-(4′-苯胺基苯酰基)苯,其结构经UV,1HNMR,13CNMR和元素分析表征。     

不对称加氢催化剂[Ru(BINAP)(OAc)2]的合成及其固载化研究

对文献报道的实验反应条件进行优化改进后,合成了不对称加氢催化剂[Ru((S)-BINAP)(OAc)2]和[Ru((R)-BINAP)(OAc)2]。将合成的催化剂应用于惕各酸的不对称催化氢化,(S)-2-甲基丁酸得率为88%,立体选择性可达85%e.e.。为了提高催化剂的利用率,将催化剂[Ru(BINAP)(OAc)2]负载在新型介孔分子筛SBA-15上,用于惕各酸的不对称催化氢化,循环应用3次后,(S)-2-甲基丁酸得率仍可达到59%,立体选择性达57%e.e.。     

Photocatalytic E→Z Contra-Thermodynamic Isomerization of Vinyl Silanes with Lewis Base

Herein, we disclosed the contra-thermodynamic E→Z isomerization of alkenyl silanes, according to the in situ formation of a chromophoric species, in the presence of rac-BINAP as the catalyst. The reaction carried out in DMSO or CH₃CN under irradiation at 405 nm allowed the interconversion of the E-isomers into the Z-congeners in good to excellent yields and outstanding Z/E selectivities, on 18 examples. Finally, the mechanism of this E→Z isomerization was studied to get insight into the reaction mechanism.     

Use of cheaper metal than Rh, CHCl3-free Pd catalyst, in 1,2-addition of aromatic aldehydes with arylboronic acids

Pd(OAc)₂-(±)-tol-BINAP-catalyzed arylation reaction of aromatic aldehydes with arylboronic acids in the absence of CHCl₃ is described.     

The role of protic solvent in asymmetric hydrogenation of methyl levulinate in the presence of a ruthenium-containing catalyst

A comparative study of asymmetric hydrogenation and deuteration of methyl levulinate catalyzed by the Ru^II—(S)-BINAP—HCl system (BINAP is 2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1′-binaphthyl) in MeOH and MeOD was carried out. The results obtained suggest an important role of the protic solvent in the formation of catalytically active ruthenium complexes. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. An effective BINAP and microwave accelerated palladium-catalyzed amination of 1-chloroisoquinolines in the synthesis of new 1,3-disubstituted isoquinolines

A facile and microwave accelerated reaction of 1-chloro-3-(4-chlorophenyl)isoquinoline with various heterocyclic amines, catalyzed by Pd, in the presence of BINAP additive and sodium carbonate as the base, leads to the formation of 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)isoquinoline, 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)isoquinoline and 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)isoquinoline via Buchwald protocol in good yields. Similarly pyrazolylisoquinolines are also reported.     

Application of 3,3′-disubstituted xylBINAP derivatives in inter- and intramolecular asymmetric Heck/Mizoroki reactions

3,3′-Disubstituted xylBINAP derivatives were applied to inter- and intramolecular asymmetric Heck/Mizoroki reactions. The results from these reactions were compared to those obtained with (R)-xylBINAP, (S)-BINAP and 3,3′-disubstituted BINAP derivatives. Catalysts derived from 3,3′-disubstituted xylBINAP ligands were found to be most effective in the arylation of 2,3-dihydrofuran in terms of reaction times, conversions, and product enantioselectivity.
