Electron Holography of Barrier Structures in Co／ZrAlOx／Co Magnetic Tunnel Junctions

We investigate the potential profiles and elemental distribution of barriers in Co/ZrAlOx/Co magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) using electron holography (EH) and scanning transmission electron microscopy. The MTJ barriers are introduced by oxidizing a bilayer consisting with a uniform 0.45-nm Al layer and a wedge-shaped Zr layer (0-2 nm). From the scanning transmission electron microscopy, AlOx and ZrOx layers are mixed together, indicating that compact AlOx layer cannot be formed in such a bilayer structure of barriers. The Eli results reveal that there are no sharp interfaces between the barrier and magnetic electrodes, which may be responsible for a smaller tunnelling magnetoresistance compared with the MTJs of Co/AlOx/Co.     

Solid Phase Synthesis of 2-Substituted 1,3-Oxazin-6-ones Using Resin-bound Cyclic Malonic Acid Ester

A facile solid phase synthesis of 2-substituted 1,3-oxazin-6-ones using polymer-supported Meldrum‘s acid has been reported. Reaction of the resin-bound cyclic malonic acid ester with triethyl orthoformate and subsequent double substitution with amide, afforded the corresponding polymer-supported acylaminomethylene cyclic malonic acid ester, which upon thermal treatment led to 1, 3-oxazin-6-ones in good yields and with high purity.     

苯基取代聚乙炔中的元激发

苯环取代聚乙炔是一类具有简并基态的发光聚合物.利用扩展的SuSchriefferHeeger模型,研究了这类聚合物链中的孤子、极化子等元激发特性.结果表明:由于苯环与聚乙炔主链间的强π电子耦合,苯环取代抑制了聚乙炔主链的二聚化,减小了导带与价带之间的能隙;因此取代聚乙炔中的元激发具有较小的激发能,同时具有更大的相干长度.尽管苯基取代对元激发有很大的影响,但是非取代聚乙炔中元激发的基本物理规律依然成立,表明这些元激发的基本特性不受取代基团的影响 关键词： 孤子 极化子 苯基取代聚乙炔     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure, Fluorescent and Thermal Properties of Sodium Tridecafluorodizirconate Na_5Zr_2F_(13) Compound

α-卤代萘与叔己酮碳负离子在Co(Ⅱ)络合物催化下的自由基链式亲核取代反应产物的薄层色谱定量分析

研究了以Co(Ⅱ)络合物为催化剂,α-卤代萘与叔己酮碳负离子的自由基链式亲核取代反应(SRN1)产物α-萘基叔己酮的薄层色谱扫描定量分析方法;定量分析的线性范围为0～4.4μg,平均回收率99%～101%,异板间相对标准偏差为2.3%,同板相对标准偏差为1.6%.     

非晶Zr—Co的超导转变

测量了非晶态过渡族 Zr_(100-x)Co_x(x=20—41)合金的超导转变温度 T_c、上临界场 B_(c2)(T)和临界电流密度 J_c(H,T).T_c 随着 Co 含量 x 增加而线性地降低.上临界场 B_(c2)(T)的测量数值符合标准的 WHH 理论.电子状态密度和电子比热系数都随着 Co 含量 x 增加而降低.临界电流密度 J_c(H,T)和磁通钉扎力 F_p,相当弱,可以归因于在相干长度尺度上的结构均匀性.     

双－全氟烷基氮氧自由基从取代苯甲醛的攫氢反应──用EPR方法建立取代基自旋离域参数σ的新尝试

Ｒ_ＦＮ（Ｏ　）Ｒ_Ｆ和Ｒ_ＦＮＯ的Ｆ１１３溶液在室温下与一系列的对位取代苯甲醛反应，得到稳定的对位取代苯甲酰基全氟烷基氮氧自由基。由△ａ_Ｎ和△ａ_Ｆ~β的σ单参数相关以及△ａ_Ｎ与σ和σ　双参数相关表明：极性效应是影响氟烷基酰基氮氧自由基中氮原子自旋密度变化的主要因素，而自旋离域效应的影响是很小的。
