The research progress of a novel traffic solution,a submerged floating tunnel(SFT),is reviewed in terms of a study approach and loading scenario.Among existing publications,the buoyancy-weight ratio(BWR) is usually predefined.However,BWR is a critical structural parameter that tremendously affects the dynamic behaviour of not only the tunnel tube itself but also the cable system.In the context of a SFT prototype(SFTP) project in Qiandao Lake(Zhejiang Province,China),the importance of BWR is illustrated by finite element analysis and subsequently,an optimized BWR is proposed within a reasonable range in the present study.In the numerical model,structural damping is identified to be of importance.Rayleigh damping and the corresponding Rayleigh coefficients are attained through a sensitivity study,which shows that the adopted damping ratios are fairly suitable for SFTP.Lastly,the human sense of security is considered by quantifying the comfort index,which helps further optimize BWR in the SFTP structural parameter design.  相似文献

A study was conducted on the effect of atmospheric parameters,including temperature,wind speed,and relative humidity,on fine particulate mass concentrations measured in Jiading District of Shanghai,China, during the period from January 2009 to January 2010.A sensitivity analysis was applied to investigate the interaction between atmospheric parameters and particulate mass concentration.The experiment revealed that the concentration of particulates increased with particle size from 0.1 to 1.0μm,and decreased with the increase of particle size from 1.0 to 2.5μm.The effects of atmospheric parameters on fine mass concentrations were significantly particle size-dependent.The PM1.0-2.5 may come from the size increase of smaller particulates after moisture absorption.And the variation of concentrations of PM0.1-1.0 was mainly attributed to the accumulation of PM0.1.The ventilation index and dilution index were calculated on the basis of data collected in December 2009.A correlation analysis indicated that there was a significant relation between these two indexes and the particulate concentration by examining the three particle size ranges,0.0-0.1,0.1-1.0,and 1.0-2.5μm.The Spearman correlation coefficients that related the ventilation index to the concentration for the three particle size ranges were -0.45,-0.56 and -0.47, respectively,while the coefficients that related the dilution index to the concentration were -0.36,-0.42 and -0.45,respectively.  相似文献

Herein, we propose an aptamer‐equipping strategy to generate specific, universal and permeable (SUPER) NK cells for enhanced immunotherapy in solid tumors. NK cells were chemically equipped with TLS11a aptamer targeting HepG2 cells and PDL1‐specific aptamer without genetic alteration. The dual aptamer‐equipped NK cells exhibited high specificity to tumor cells, resulting in higher cytokine secretion and apoptosis/necrosis compared to parental or single aptamer‐equipped NK cells. Interestingly, dual aptamer‐equipped NK cells induced remarkable upregulation of PDL1 expression in HepG2 cells, enhancing checkpoint blockade. Furthermore, in vivo intravital imaging demonstrated high infiltration of aptamer‐equipped NK cells into deep tumor region, leading to enhanced therapeutic efficacy in solid tumors. This work offers a straightforward chemical strategy to equip NK cells with aptamers, holding considerable potential for enhanced adoptive immunotherapy in solid tumors.  相似文献

A numerical analysis was carried out to study the moving boundary problem in the physical process of pulsed Nd-YAG laser surface melting prior to vaporization. The enthalpy method was applied to solve this two-phase axisymmetrical melting problem. Computational results of temperature fields were obtained, which provide useful information to practical laser treatment processing. An effective solvothermal reaction route has been developed for large-scale synthesis of CdS nanowires. L-cysteine was used as both sulfur source and capping reagent. The nanowires obtained were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, UV-Vis and PL. On the basis of time-resolved experiments, a possible growth mechanism was proposed. FTIR analysis confirmed the formation of Cd-cysteine complex and peptide during the reaction. The mechanism was further supported by comparative experiments with other sulfur sources. The microemulsion copolymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile in an n‐butanol/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide/oil/water microemulsion system was studied. The solubilization sites of the two monomers were determined with an NMR technique. The results showed that the solubilization behaviors of the two monomers were quite different. Most of the styrene was solubilized in the palisade layer of the microemulsion, whereas the acrylonitrile had an equilibrium distribution in the aqueous phase and palisade layer of the microemulsion. The reactivity ratios of styrene and acrylonitrile in the microemulsion system were different from those in other media. The effect of the monomer feed composition on the copolymerization kinetics was investigated, and the mechanism of nucleation of the latex particles was examined. The experimental results showed that the copolymerization loci were changed from the microemulsion droplets to the aqueous phase when the concentration of acrylonitrile in the monomer feed reached approximately 80%; this could be further proved by the effect of the monomer feed composition on the copolymerization kinetics. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An efficient method is presented for the synthesis of novel donor-acceptor silole chromophores through selective monohalogenation of 2,5-dimetallosiloles followed by Negishi alkyne cross-coupling reactions.
