The nonlinear theory of thermally stimulated depolarization currents is developed. The theory explains the processes of hetero- and homocharge relaxation in complex crystals with hydrogen bonds and allows the relaxation oscillator parameters to be calculated using the quadratic approximation for the external electric field.  相似文献

Kinetics and mechanism of liquid-phase oxidation of tert-butyldimethylsilane t-BuMe2SiH with molecular oxygen in the temperature range 297–350K were studied. Reaction orders in silane, initiator, and oxygen were evaluated. The major product of the oxidation of t-BuMe2SiH is tert-butyldimethylsilyl hydroperoxide t-BuMe2SiOOH. It was shown for the first time that the major reaction product is a silyl hydroperoxide. Non-catalytic addition of 1,2,4-triazole to vinyl ethers and esters occurs on heating (65-175°C, 4-20 h) to give Markovnikov adducts (yield 30-100%). Electron-deficient alkenes (acrylonitrile, acrylic acid, 4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one) react with 1,2,4-triazole (78-190°C, 4-20 h) to give anti-Markovnikov adducts in yields of 45-83%.  相似文献

The reaction of 1,4-dilithiotetraphenylbutadiene (2) with 1,1′-dichloro-2,3,4,5-tetraphenyl-1-silole (3) leads to 2,3,4,5-tetraphenyl-1-(1,2,3-triphenylnaphthalen-4-yl)-1H-silole (5) instead of the expected octaphenyl-1,1′-spirobisilole (1). The reaction of 2 with SiC14 in dioxane produced 1 in low yield, confirming results reported earlier.  相似文献

The interaction of (Me3Si)3SiH with O2 is known to afford (Me3SiO)2Si(H)SiMe3 in which the two oxygen atoms arise from the same oxygen molecule. In order to investigate the mechanism of this unusual reaction, the oxidation rates were measured in the temperature range 30-70 °C by following oxygen uptake in the presence and absence of hydroquinone as inhibitor. The rate constant for the spontaneous reaction of (Me3Si)3SiH with O2 was determined at 70 °C to be ∼3.5 × 10−5 M−1 s−1. A sequence of the propagation steps is proposed by combining the previous and present experimental findings with some theoretical results obtained at the semiempirical level. These calculations showed that the silylperoxyl radical (Me3Si)3SiOO undergoes three consecutive unimolecular steps to give (Me3SiO)2Si()SiMe3. Evidence has been obtained that the rate determining step is the rearrangement of silylperoxyl radical to a dioxirand-like pentacoordinated silyl radical. Our findings are of considerable importance for the understanding of the oxidation of hydrogen-terminated silicon surfaces.  相似文献

Complexes of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-thenoylpyrazol-5-one and of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-furancarbonylpyrazol-5-one, which was synthesized for the first time, with copper, rhodium, lanthanum, and europium were studied. The substances obtained were studied using elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy, while the rhodium derivatives were additionally studied using the 1H NMR method. The thermal stability of the copper derivatives was studied upon heating in a vacuum. The presence of additional heteroatoms in acylpyrazolone had virtually no effect on the structure and composition of the complexes formed. These ligands were shown to coordinate atoms of d and f metals through oxygen atoms similarly to other -diketones, whereas the remaining heteroatoms only participated in the formation of a hydrogen bonding system with additional ligands or coordinated solvent molecules.  相似文献

Thiols mediate the radical isomerization of allylic amines into enamines. The reaction results in the cleavage of the allylic C-N bond, after treatment with aqueous HCl. The mechanism involves the abstraction of an allylic hydrogen alpha to nitrogen by thiyl radical, followed by a return hydrogen transfer from the thiol to the carbon gamma to nitrogen in the intermediate allylic radical. The scope and limitations of the reaction with respect to the nature of the thiol, to the structure of the allylic chain, and to the nature of the substituents at nitrogen were investigated. The experimental results were interpreted on the ground of DFT calculations of the C-Halpha BDE in the starting allylic amines, and of the C-Hgamma BDE in the resulting enamines. The efficiency of the initial hydrogen transfer is the first requirement for the reaction to proceed. A balance must be found between the S-H BDE and the two above-mentioned C-H BDEs. The incidence of stereoelectronic factors was analyzed through NBO calculations performed on the optimized geometries of the starting allylic amines. Additional calculations of the transition structures and subsequent tracing of the reaction profiles were performed for the abstraction of Halpha from both the allyl and the prenyl derivatives by p-TolS(*). The latter allowed us to estimate the rate constant for the abstraction of hydrogen by thiyl radical from an N-prenylamine and an N-allylamine.  相似文献

Phosphine generated along with hydrogen from red phosphorus and aqueous potassium hydroxide selectively reacts with aryl(hetaryl)ethenes (α-methylstyrene, 2-vinylnaphthalene and 5-vinyl-2-methylpyridine) in superbasic system KOH-DMSO(H2O) to give secondary phosphines. The latter are practically quantitatively oxidized by elemental sulfur or selenium (20–25°C, toluene, 0.5 h), to afford the hitherto unknown secondary phosphine chalcogenides with bulky arylalkyl pyridine and naphthyl substituents.  相似文献
