The combination of acebrophylline (ABP), levocetirizine (LCZ) and pranlukast (PRN) is used to treat allergic rhinitis, asthma, hay‐fever and other conditions where patients experience difficulty in breathing. This study was carried out with the aim of developing and validating a reverse‐phase high‐performance liquid chromatographic bioanalytical method to simultaneously quantitate ABP, LCZ and PRN in rat plasma. The objective also includes determination of the pharmacokinetic interaction of these three drugs after administration via the oral route after individual and combination treatment in rat. Optimum resolution between the analytes was observed with a C18 Kinetex column (250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5 μm). The chromatography was performed in a gradient elution mode with a 1 mL/min flow rate. The calibration curves were linear over the concentration range of 100–1600 ng/mL. The intra‐ and inter‐day precision and accuracy were found to be within acceptable limits as specified in US Food and Drug Administration guideline for bioanalytical method validation. The analytes were stable on the bench‐top (8 h), after three freeze–thaw cycles, in the autosampler (8 h) and as a dry extract (?80°C for 48 h). The statistical results of the pharmacokinetic study in Sprague–Dawley rats showed a significant change in pharmacokinetic parameters for PRN upon co‐administration of the three drugs.  相似文献

An environmentally benign, multicomponent integrated chemical process has been developed for the synthesis of 3,5-dispirosubstituted piperidines by cyclo-condensation reaction of amines, formaldehyde, and dimedone using iron(III) trifluroacetate [Fe(F3CCO2)3] Lewis acid in aqueous micellar medium at ambient temperature (25–30 °C). The heterogeneous solid acid catalyst conveniently promotes this double amino methylation reaction in which six molecules condense in one pot to form six new covalent bonds. The synthesized 3,5-dispirosubstituted piperidines have been screened for their in vitro antibacterial activity using agar well method. Many of these compounds showed satisfactory antibacterial activity as compared to standard drugs against all the bacteria tested.  相似文献

Data comparator is the integral part of arithmetic and logical unit of any electronic or optical data processor. Due to some inherent limitations of electronics it cannot be possible to obtain a super fast operation (over terahertz limit) from electronic comparators. Again wavelength encoding technique has been established as an excellent one over other existing optical data encoding techniques. Semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) technologies have shown their strong potentiality of realizing many all-optical systems. In this communication the authors have proposed a new scheme of developing all-optical wavelength encoded n bit binary comparator exploiting the four-wave mixing, wavelength filtering, wavelength conversion and nonlinear polarization rotation capabilities property of nonlinear semiconductor optical amplifiers. The scheme can be used for comparing signed and unsigned optical binary data of any bit wide numbers as well. The comparator is especially suitable for use as a building block in a larger optical circuit, such as in an all optical telecommunications switch.  相似文献

Visible light excitable rhodamine B derivative (TARDHD) has been developed for fluorescence and naked eye detection of histidine in aqueous medium. TARDHD shows 45 fold fluorescence enhancement in the presence of histidine. It forms Schiff base with histidine and stabilizes via intra-molecular H-bonding. The process of infrared multiple photon dissociation (IRMPD) of molecules is of great fundamental importance and has practical significance, such as isotope separation etc. Unfortunately, a clear insight into the process has been hindered by the bewildering array of important variables affecting MPD. The dissociation probability γ (φ) i.e. the yield has been found to be a sensitive function of laser fluence φ along with numerous other parameters like laser frequency, gas pressure etc. We have shown that in single frequency IRMPD, an accurate quantitative characterization of the dissociation probability can be adequately expressed by a ‘power law’ model with two fitting parameters namely critical fluence, φc and multiphoton order,m. This model was exploited in analysing our MPD results on various systems. However, the small isotope shift encountered in heavy elements and the sticking phenomenon observed in small light molecules restrict respectively the separation factor and the dissociation yield. These problems can effectively be tackled by irradiation with multifrequency laser beams which can be chosen appropriately on the basis of spectroscopic features. Based on our success in single frequency model, multifrequency IRMPD is modelled by a functional form containing the product of power law terms for individual fluences on irradiation frequencies. This model is successfully benchmarked with our experimental results on multifrequency LIS of tritium. Such knowledge can be utilized for appropriate separation process design, evaluation and optimization.  相似文献

In this article, we describe a solid-state photoelectrochemical cell for light detection. Safranine-T dye mixed with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution was deposited on a conducting and transparent indium-tin-oxide (ITO)-coated glass that was used as one electrode and another ITO-coated glass as the counterelectrode. A solid polymeric electrolyte consisting of polyethylene oxide-ammonium perchlorate-ethylene carbonate and propylene carbonate with suitable weight ratio was prepared and sandwiched between these two ITO-coated glass electrodes, which were separated by a Teflon spacer about 50 μm thick. The cell was biased with a direct current source to make the dye and PVA-coated ITO as the anode and the other ITO as the cathode. On illumination by a tungsten lamp, from the cathode side, the change of photocurrent was measured. The dark current-voltage characteristics and the growth and decay of the photocurrent for steady and pulsed illumination were studied.  相似文献

Recently it has been demonstrated that Bell inequalities for spin 1/2 particles must be modified if unsharp spin observables are considered, and furthermore, the modified Bell inequalities may not be violated by quantum mechanics if the observables are sufficiently unsharp. In case of massive particles there may be more imperfection than seems to appear in the photon EPR experiments. So the experiment proposed by Fry, Walther and Li can place experimental limits on the unsharpness of spin variables. It sheds new light on the much debated issues like non-local correlations in quantum mechanics.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

6-Amino coumarin has been established as an efficient nitrite ion selective fluorescent sensor. The developed method shows linearity up to 1.6 × 10?6 mol L?1 of nitrite ion concentration. Interference from other common anions is almost negligible. The reagent shows strong binding affinity towards nitrite ion as evident from its binding constant value (5.8 × 104), estimated by Stern-Volmer method. Some real samples were analyzed. Single crystal X-ray structure of the reagent is reported. Preliminary computational studies on the molecular level interaction between the reagent and nitrite ion were performed by density functional theory (DFT, B3LYP) method.  相似文献
